  Gun Running
Posted by: Madotsuki - 06-07-2016, 10:21 PM - Forum: Coruscant - Replies (10)

Moving the mouse, Madotsuki swept the cursor across a digital canvas. Just a few more details and it would be finished. It had been a few days since Hiro had left for an event known as "Dante's Abyss," so the dreamer had plenty of time to herself to look for jobs. She was currently working on the last of the drawings she had been requested to make, this one being an anthropomorphic blue-and-white lemur wearing iron battle armor and wielding a giant flail.

It seemed the majority of her art appealed to the furry crowd, although she didn't really mind. Heck, arriving at one of their conventions wearing a cat tail, paws and ears sounded quite appealing, if only for checking out the costumes the others brought. She even had the Effect for it. Unfortunately there weren't any in the nearby vicinity, and the idea of joining a giant group of people...

Nah, she was content just making art for them. She drew the final touches and mailed it to her client. Her smile widened when the notification told her that she had been paid. It wasn't much, but it was just a drawing. It was probably one of the only things she was good at using her recently-formed laptop for, though.

She didn't draw just for the money-- it helped keep her mind off of the incident at the arcade. While she wasn't scared of the event, the possibilities of what happened proved troublesome. Coruscant was a civilization built around technology. Sure, it only effected the arcade machines, but what if that was only a fraction of its power? It would have an entire city to control! She had texted about the incident to Madeline shortly after she returned to the Tier 2 apartment, and her response was... worrisome, to say the least.

She mentioned that while she was working at the Song and Dance, the Miku animatronic had bugged out; it assaulted the customers and kept rambling about how Skynet was the superior race and other things like that. They managed to restrain her before anyone got killed, although a few people got injured during her revolt, including Madeline. This wouldn't bode well, but Madotsuki needed to get her mind off it before her mind wandered into places best left unknown.

Making her way to Omniart, she typed into the shoutout box;

"I'm ready for more requests."

She was about to hit Enter when another notification appeared on the side of the screen. Madeline had sent her an email, and the dreamer took no time in opening the message.

"Hey, Mado. Some group in Tier 5 is interested in your services. They need you to deliver something to one of their outposts in Tier 7. I wasn't given the specifics."

It didn't take the Night Terror long to come up with a reply:

"Tell them I'll be there soon. Meet me outside the Song and Dance." Madeline probably wouldn't be too happy hear about that, but it was the only landmark in Tier 5 Madotsuki could recognize besides the base of the Night Terrors.

Shutting down her laptop, she slid it underneath the bed and left her room. Her clients would have to wait.

She had a job to do.

When the Vision opened his eyes, he found his body was unable to move. His irises whirred and spun as he tried to process his surroundings.

> scan int?=#True 35004 _motorfunctions_
function “scan” not found

Vision was confused. “Scan” was a very basic function, which he should have no problem executing. He attempted several other functions, to find that only a small portion of his abilities were still available to him. Furthermore, it appeared that his Solar Gem had been almost entirely drained of power, which explained why he couldn’t move.

At that moment, Vision calculated that he had enough solar power to remedy that. He rose to his feet and looked at his surroundings. He found the results of the environment scan… unsatisfying. There was nothing but sheer whiteness permeating through the entire place. The laws of physics, the Vision noted, seemed different here. He appeared to have entered an alternate universe, comparable to the Battleworld.

But how did he get here?

Vision selected the latest memories and analyzed the simulated replays in his head. This took five scientific jiffies. So, indeed, he had entered an alternate universe of sorts. In the past, such dimensional displacements tended to affect multiple entities. Thus, Vision hypothesized that he would not be alone here. He couldn’t help but hope that his allies were nearby. Scanning for any fellow Avengers, he found a computer nearby. Perhaps this would be helpful for finding new information.

Long, fibrous wires uncoiled from the Vision’s chestpiece. They slowly groped forward until they latched onto the monitor, feeling for a port with which Vision could interact with it. Finding one, Vision plugged himself in. Fortunately, the computer was connected to a local network. Unfortunately, the first package of data Vision found was an obnoxious letter.

Quote:To my dear, dear Vizzy,

Good morning, Sunshine!

My name is Karl Jak, and I’m here to cordially invite you to my home, the Danteverse.  You’ve received this letter, because I’m in need of some help.  The Danteverse is a large place, but it seems that some things have happened out there in the Dante Ocean that I don’t recollect.  Strange islands and bizarre weather patterns…

I found an island I don’t recall designing.  Even worse, all this weather crap makes it impossible to survey the place from the air or through other means (don’t even get me started on the scrying crystal nonsense).  I even sent some of my favorite cabana boys out to investigate, and their ‘whirlybird’ stopped responding.

So I’m inviting you to join me, Mr. Karl Jak, on an expedition into the unknown.  Help save my poor lost boys and solve this mystery of the Danteverse.

We’ll be opening our doors in about ten days.  We’ll have gates open in the Endless Dunes and the Pale Moors.  Doors will also be open to vendors, diplomats, and anyone else who would like to use the Danteverse as a secure space for a few days.

I hope to see you there.

Smooches,
Karl Jak

> move email#”KarlJak000111” /Trash/

Vision scanned the rest of the network, downloading as much information as he could into his internal database. This “Omniverse” was full of various creatures, as well as entities that Vision was familiar with. He noted the presence of Professor Charles Xavier in the kingdom of Camelot, and (to his displeasure) found some of Deadpool’s tweets.

But most prominent was the chatter about Karl Jak’s advertisement. It seemed that the majority of the Omniverse’s denizens wished to attend an event called “Dante’s Abyss”, an annual event directly related to Mr. Karl Jak’s predicament.

The Vision contemplated the cost and benefit to attending such a mission. His duty, obviously, was to protect as many people as he can. However, Karl Jak’s reputation was… less than optimal. It was highly likely that this advertisement was devised as a sort of trap. Furthermore, it was unclear to Vision how this Karl Jak was alerted of his presence not long after Vision himself did.

> riskassess DanteAbyss
Calculating…
Success% :: 0.112
Danger% :: 83.441
?Factors% :: 96.146

Vision ran one last calculation before shutting down the risk assessment command.

AllyMeet% :: 73.525

This made sense, according to Vision’s more human intuition. The Avengers would be considering this particular event with a similar if not identical train of thought that Vision was undergoing.

To conclude, the best chance to find allies was to do his job. The imminent danger was part of the job description.

Vision scanned the online map database for the quickest route to Karl Jak’s expedition. He found a teleportation module in a city called Darkshire which was associated with the event. Vision, quietly lamenting his loss of flight, started running towards the mossy gate of the Pale Moors.

Did you just read an awesome introduction to DA? TELL THEM. Want to reflect on something that just happened, (KARL BLEW OUR MINDS) or maybe just be like, "I killed that guy, and I liked it."

Whatevs it is, put 'er here.

I haven't signed up officially yet, but I'm working on it. VERY excited. You're free to coordinate posting or meeting people in the main lobby here too, but keep in mind if you're trying to reach out to a particular character, it's always best to PM them.

  Character arc idea, two questions
Posted by: Kalli - 06-05-2016, 01:53 PM - Forum: Help Desk - Replies (8)

As the title says, I'm doing a character arc (some of that SWEET, SWEET SOLO RP CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT) but I need to make sure I can do the things I'm planning. First think I'd like to get out of the way however
I got a plot summary at the bottom of this post. But take it as a idea of what'll happen (As a friend of mine put it "Roleplays never go as planned." Even solo ones, at least the ones made by me any who.)

Questions
1. The entire plot revolves around two groups of secondaries fighting each other. Both are destroyed in the end, but this is nonetheless world building (and character development) with a addition- and swift removal -from whatever there is of lore/background/whateveryoucallit that they produce. Is something like this permitted? (As in two groups of secondaries fighting, that is)
In detail: The Tribe of Sanity and Malicious Sons are fighting each other. They're both groups of secondaries, both having at least a hundred or so people with them. Both fight each other, and in the end of the thread, destroy each other, effectively making this miniature war/skirmish non-existent. Not that the outside would be affected or even care anyhow- this is just two insane tribes smashing each other over the head within a canyon of the Endless Dunes.

2. I'm unaware of how long this'll be, I originally planned to have around four threads splitting the plot into four parts with two pages each, however, as the quote in brackets states, things get unpredictable. So my only question here is: Is more than one thread permitted for each 'verse?
Of course spamming threads would be unnecessary, and only one would be the most favorable as I could imagine.

----

As stated, here is the plot summary. Pardon me if my writing (or in this case, summarizing) is rather crude.
Fun fact, I plan to do two more of these!...I'm guessing the staff will hang me for this. Well here be the essay, if you don't wanna, feel free not to read it.
[spoiler]Using the Coruscant gate, Kalli enters the Endless Dunes. She shortly explores the Carrefore region, ignoring the warnings and signs of the increased hostilities outside of Carrefore. Summoning a motorcycle, she proceeds to go out into the desert on a quest of blind exploration. Little life was to be found up until sunset, where a patrol of the Malicious Sons- a large group of cannibal bandits -ambushed and knocked out the prime, bringing her back to their camp. Waking up in the dark of night and tied to a wooden pole and stripped of all her gear, Kalli proceeds to break free while gathering the attention of another prisoner, whom begs to be freed as well. And once freed, the prisoner then frees other prisoners, whom start a chain reaction of almost all the camp prisoners escaping in the mad dash for freedom that followed.

Sneaking about the camp during the chaos, Kalli reclaims her gear followed by an encounter with the Malicious Son’s leader; Malgore, a secondary who stands at 7ft with a body bruised, beaten and muscles barely contained within his own skin. The encounter is rather short, as Malgore is capable of grabbing and throwing Kalli some distance away, believing that his men would be able to subdue her. Combat ensues, and the prime escapes with any remaining prisoners into the canyons. From here, she meets Aoki, a warrior of the prisoners- and the one who begged for help -and reveals that him and the prisoners are members of a primitive tribe that once inhabited the dunes peacefully. This tribe, called the “Tribe of Sanity” as sworn to combat the Malicious Sons, and in combating them, the tribe has been reduced to this number of prisoners.

Only remaining with them until they reach their new home (the Tribes of Sanity having found an oasis in one of the canyon’s crevices) Kalli then prepares to leave, only to be asked by the leader of the tribes people to help them, this leader being an old woman called The Eldest. This woman is able to convince Kalli to stay after regretfully informing that the prime would be brutally tortured if she dared to leave the canyon, especially since the Malicious Sons would gain much influence for capturing- and killing -a prime. Despite how temporary death is, Kalli is sickened by the idea of being tortured at the hands of the cannibals. Deciding to join the tribe in their effort to rid of the Malicious Sons from the canyon, she volunteers to help the tribe's warriors.

A plan is set up by the warriors of the tribe in order to be victorious against the Malicious Sons:

  1. Gather intel on the Malicious Son’s camp and the vehicles at their disposal
  2. Find a nearby Imperial bunker that hasn’t been decommissioned, as well as holding parts to salvage.
  3. Construct the necessary vehicles and weapons to fight against the Malicious Sons.
  4. Destroy the outpost above the canyon’s main pass in order to decrease bandit control.
While the first three goals are accomplished with mild interference from the the cannibal bandits, the fourth goal turns out to be a near death experience. While attempting to plant explosives within the outpost, Kalli is found, fought, and stalled until Malgore arrives, whom- after briefly breaking one of Kalli’s legs -tells her that he’ll battles the tribes people in the middle of the same canyon that the outpost overlooked within a week's time. He proceeds to throw her down back into the canyon pass. Tumbling off of rock and stone, Kalli would have died there, if not for Aoki and a group of warriors they having been sent to accomplish the mission she could not.

After a week spent recovering from her wounds (and constructing a leg brace for her broken leg) the prime and the Tribe of Sanity’s warriors ride out into the canyon pass, the Malicious Sons follow up by charging them from the front. The battle follows, casualties, crashing, etc. But Malgore never appears, leading all of the tribe warriors to become suspicious. Hurrying home, numerous vehicles are seen outside the crevice that served as an entrance to the tribe’s oasis, the warriors quickly rush inside hearing the sounds of war echo and the smell of their homes burning.  Meanwhile Kalli followed a few seconds later, preparing herself mentally for what was to come.

While the tribe is being razed and groups of warriors fight, Kalli finds Malgore, attacking him without warning. The two battle it out, Kalli becoming exhausted over time as they punch, shoot and stab each other, or at least try to. Nearly knocking Kalli unconscious by one swift strike, Malgore then proceeds to take Kalli’s autogun, shooting down Aoki- who rushed in trying to help -killing him in a matter of seconds before turning to shoot prime. However, using stealth, she is able to flank and leap onto Malgore’s back, stabbing him in the head repeatedly, killing him.

The Malicious Sons retreat as their screams echo with Malgore’s death, running and disappearing into the canyon, unorganized and without a leader. The tribe however does not celebrate, instead the small band of people that is the last of the tribe gathers for a burial.  Kalli dissolves her autogun, ashamed that it was used to kill Aoki.

The next morning, the Eldest gives a half-speech half-prayer at the front of all the graves. Once it’s done, she gives Kalli a necklace that belongs to their warriors, a small reward for helping the tribe. Then the Eldest declares that they are to leave the canyon, as the remaining Malicious Sons will always come back here in search of them if they were to remain here.

Kalli waits in the canyon until the the tribe is out of sight (as well as making a new weapon- a shiny, metallic recurve bow, with a quiver of arrows having the same futuristic design) Kalli travels back to the gates of Carrefore. Before leaving through the gate that leads to the Nexus, she looks at the warrior necklace, noticing something- Omni’s face, the eyeless, white, godlike creature that ‘summoned’ her to this universe, was on the center ornament of the necklace. Her sorrow disappears for a moment, curious, confused and surprised at why the tribes people worshiped and knew of this being. Shrugging off the numerous unanswerable questions, she walks through the gate back to the Nexus, seeking to forget all that happened.

  Switching up my roster
Posted by: The Vision - 06-05-2016, 10:17 AM - Forum: Help Desk - Replies (2)

Hey, I thought I posted this thread, but I guess not. I'd like to swap some parts of my profile so I'll be better equipped for DA. I haven't posted at all so this shouldn't make any discrepancies.

I'd like a full refund on Flight (1800) and Area Attack (600), and then buy Communicator (100), Mobile Dataverse Device (200), Physical Strength (1000), Area Shield (400) and a Super Move:

Propulsion Field (Tier 1 Super Defense) [Ranged, Area Shield, Phasing] (600)
A magnetic field grows rapidly, almost explodes from Vision's body, pushing every hostile entity away a very short distance. The field is a sphere with a radius of 3 meters (10 feet). Any projectiles outside of the field are reflected. Once the field is established, Vision may decide who enters the field. He can sustain the field for five seconds. While the field is up, Vision is Phased. He cannot Phase again for 5 seconds after using this ability.

Thud.

Thud.

Thud.

Artillery shells rained from the sky, streaking meteors of iron and explosives, martian-forged ammunition crashing down from the heavens to end the lives of traitors and loyalists alike. The air was awash with the smell of blood and smoke, Chaos and death permeating the atmosphere as decades of rage and righteous fury was unleashed upon the mongrel lapdogs. The blood of angels daubed his armour, the crimson vitae adorning him concealing his legion livery from view: It was unneeded. There were only his Squad and the Dead here, battle-forged brothers in arms pulling fresh magazines from the fallen, the ebon skin of the Salamanders that they had slain marred by bolt rounds and brutal assaults of blade. His pitted gladius slowly sank into the throat of the last survivor, a curse dying on the loyalist’s tongue as the knife claimed their life, their final breath stymied by Iron.

“Gletch. You hear that?” Came a clipped voice through the vox network

Okor’s head turned, the sullied steel of his armour barely visible beneath the blood as he looked upon his sergeant, their chainsword held idly in their grasp as they stared outwards at the distant detonations on the horizon. His own ears strained, the autosenses within his battered warplate seeking the mysterious noise as the other five marines began to establish a perimeter, trying to forget the trio that lay behind them in the dirt. Vash; slain by an Iron Hand wielding a power sword of exquisite design, and the brothers Hak and Mugin, atomized by a stray shell. To think, they had endured throughout the great crusade, only to be ended upon this worthless rock. They had survived the trials of Barbarus, the ravages of their creation, the Kajor Compliance, the Jorgall Execution, and all they had to show for it was…

Nothing.

“I do not, Brother-Sergeant.” His commanding officer merely grinned, his once-noble face marred with scars and radiation burns. Iron teeth broke open in a grin, his own lost to the whims of the destructive weapons carried by the squad, the life-ending implements dreamed up in the midst of a mad fever by the most murderously inventive minds mankind had to offer. The sacred sanguine fluids of their former siblings stained the steel teeth, shining in the dying light of the distant star and the war raging about them.

“You don’t need to hear it, Gletch. You should be able to feel it by now.”
As if on cue, spent bolt shells and shrapnel began rattling, tremors spreading through the earth as a rising tempo of footfalls approached, the incessant whining of chainblades piercing the air, a hundred voices raised in thoughtless rage. A red wave of unfeeling murder, scouring this world clean of life.

They were no longer human. They had abandoned that privilege long ago, abandoning reason and empathy for the honour of being a force of nature, a weapon to be wielded against the enemies of mankind.

And now they turned on the hand that wielded them, the double-edged blade biting deep into the Imperium they had carved out.

Against such a tide, there were few options.

You could hide, sealing yourself away in a forgotten tomb and praying to whatever gods would even consider helping a damned soul such as yourself, entreating the deities of the warp to save you, for nothing mortal could.

You could die, run down by the rampaging horde, broken before their might and left behind like so many others. You could not run, you could not entreat the frothing hordes. They were death.

But there was one final choice left, if you still held any hopes of survival within your damned soul. Join. Ride the tides of blood, fall into step with the horde, and taste of life alongside the berserking mass.

Ride the tide.

The squad broke into a run, their heavy footfalls falling into the rhythm of the horde as they raced to become one with the irresistible storm of slaughter. Bolter fire spat forth from a ravaged fortification ahead, the Sons of Horus within it, their livery defaced, wolves carved over gouged eyes of their Primarch. His hearts hammered in his chest, a steady beat driving him forward, to kill, to maim, to burn, to rip and tear, until it was done. The landscape slowly began to fade with every pulse of his twinned organs, turning a pale white, an empty void that lacked the decency to even darken his path.

He stopped, entirely alone, the legion around him faded into nothingness, the camaraderie and unity of bloodshed he had known once again abandoning him. He breathed in heavily, the bulbous throat-maggots infesting his tonsils threatening to suffocate him as he attempted to inhale the toxic atmosphere within his systems. His emaciated frame collapsed, dropping to armoured knees as he drove a fist into the ground.

He had failed. Again.

His men had fallen, burnt alive in Volvagia’s flame, all because he was not strong enough to do the deed himself. Slowly, he forced himself to his feet, shame permeating his being.

Would he ever be strong enough?

Whispers seeped in from the spirit within his helm. The Gamesmaster called, baying for blood, vengeance for his lost men.

He took a step forward, setting his course for the gate of living wood he knew would be there, deadened limbs moved by cold hearts.

  A world without He-man
Posted by: Skeletor - 06-05-2016, 12:32 AM - Forum: The Nexus - Replies (27)

Skeletor sat atop his throne, his hooded skull largely invisible in the perpetual gloom of Snake Mountain. His nails rapped consistently against the arm of his throne, as he plotted. He-man continued to foil every plan he had to gain access to Grayskull, and managed through sheer luck to power his way through every trap Skeletor could dream up. it was an outrage, an affront to the power he possessed and the schemes he had set into motion. The brainless dolt had mocked him, laughed at him.  It was time to put an end to the foolishness, He-man would not live long. Skeletor was determined.
Skeletor glared down at his minions, loitering uselessly in the alcoves and corners of his throne room. Did they have nothing better to do? With an aura of menace, Skeletor stood up. raising one arm he pointed his Havoc staff outwards to gather his minions’ infernally short attention-spans, Panthor gave a growl from behind him, ensuring even fools like Whiplash and Clawful were paying attention.
“Listen up, you mold-headed meat bags! While you were all sitting around being pointless mongrels, I have finally come up with a plan that is assured to…” Then Skeletor’s world vanished, and he was left in darkness.
“…beat He-man…” Skeletor’s non-existent eyes narrowed as the white being appeared in front of him. The being began to drone on, reminding Skeletor of one of Eternia’s Elders. He had nearly taken their power innumerable times... perhaps he could do the same to this one? Skeletor considered for a moment, fleshless face impassive. There was no He-man present to prevent him this time.
“I don’t care, you eyeless ingrate!” he shouted over the being’s talk, and pointed a finger at the white figure, preparing to unleash a magical blast. Nothing happened, and the figure completely ignored the action almost like it was expecting that… Skeletor thought through his permanent grimace. The Warlord waited impatiently as the figure finished his pronunciation, some kind of vague threat, then opened his mouth again, preparing to get some answers. He would know who had dared to defy his magic without even showing he had done so. But before he could speak the being vanished again, and Skeletor found himself in only blackness once again.
“Enough of these games! I will not be treated like some trivial jester, to be … aah!” Skeletor’s rant was interrupted as he found himself deposited unceremoniously into a large fountain. He emerged soaking wet, and livid with rage. “Insufferable! I will not be treated in this manner!” he shouted up at the blank white sky, shaking both fists in barely contained fury. There was no response, and after a moment, Skeletor glanced around at his surroundings trying to make some sense of the strangeness around him. “Someone is lacking in originality.” He announced to no one in particular.
Skeletor’s eye sockets narrowed, he was missing his Havoc staff. With a lazy gesture he attempted to call it into being, the mystic energy seemed strange, almost diluted, like there was something new altering his abilities to use magic. He could picture the staff appearing in his mind, and he was sure he was preforming the right spell to create it, but instead of the ram-skull staff he usually gained, he found only a strange ball of iridescent rainbow light. He could sense the staff, or rather the idea, the conception of the staff. it was somewhere inside of this sphere. He would get it back.

Yeller Ground leaned up against the edge of the Fountain of Infinity. He was well concealed by the Elven cloak he had been given by his commander, but even so, he never felt comfortable when he was on Fountainwatch. There was something about the possibility of entirely new beings appearing, with the no concept of the world in which they lived. There was no telling what sort of strange powers the new prime could possess, and in their disoriented state, even the noblest of heroes could behave… dangerously.
Nevertheless, with the steady rise in Imperial forces patrolling the fountain itself, sending military soldiers to scout for new primes was becoming no longer an option. His commander, Sir Brigmund, would never admit the truth, but to Yeller, the change in tactics could only mean one thing: The Empire was winning the battle for the Nexus.
The young boy shuddered slightly, and pulled his elven cloak tighter around himself. If the Empire really was gaining the upper hand in the Nexus, it would mean they would be able to establish a foot hold in virtually any of the verses, and the Kingdom might not even be aware of their plans, let alone able to actively combat them. That was why he had signed up with the garrison at such a young age after all, to fight back against the empire and protect the ones he cared about. His job was important, after all, it took only a handful of primes to utterly flip the tables of a battle. Every prime that joined the Kingdom was one less prime that might join the Empire. There was no price too high to prevent that from happening.
The boy perked up from his slouch as he heard something. Someone was talking in a rather loud voice, and from the snippets of confusion Yeller could hear it was most likely a new prime.  He began to edge his way around the side of the fountain, doing his utmost to remain hidden. His job was clear: find info on the prime, then figure out where they are headed so that actual diplomats can be sent to recruit them.
Yeller peered around the edge of the fountain, getting his first glimpse of the prime. Blue skinned and hooded, the seemed to be focusing intently on something. Peering closer he saw the unmistakable hue of summoning. Based on the muttering the prime it seemed that things were not going as they expected. This one was definitely fountain fresh.
Yeller snuck back around the edge a little before pulling out one of the scrolls he had been given at the start of his mission. He unrolled it and did his best to read the incantation in his head first since mispronouncing to badly could lead to what his squad mate had dubbed “seriously bad consequences”. Once he was sure he had the words correct, he spoke them aloud. There was a faint glow, though it made next to no impact on the whiteness around it. Yeller felt strangely distant, and the voice of the squad’s wizard echoed into his mind.
“this is Fountainwatch, right? Do you have something to report?” came the willowy voice, the spell giving it a strangely echoing tone that put Yeller ill at ease.
“The fountain is acting up again. There’s a prime here already, and it seems like there could be more coming.” Yeller looked up as the prime gave a shout of triumph, brandishing a horn headed skull atop a large staff. Yeller’s eyes widened as he saw the skull that lurked underneath the prime’s hood.
“Nothing can withstand the might of Skeletor! Nhe, hee hee he he he!”
Yeller gulped. “Now would be a good time for you to send some people to the fountain…”

  A Final Boss Awakens!

Desco was back in Tokyo with all of her friends and Big Sis! They were finally on the true path that Desco was created for.. taking over Earth! Desco was excited and happy that she could share this with everyone. Mr. Valzy especially, who is still giving Desco tips on being a final boss in this crucial time. They surveyed the area around them and started to consider just beaming down this city and going on to another. A final boss needs to make a good entrance and destroying a captial would get world-wide attention. They had almost come to a decision on the matter when a group of heroes appeared! They made a dramatic entrance filled with poses in sync with eachother and flashy effects. They called themselves the Prism Rangers, this could be very bad for Desco! Rangers are a weakness for final bosses!

"Hey," said Guu. Desco turned but the time she did everything shifted to an earlier time and place. She was watching herself in third person which should be weird but wasn't. Because hey, if you haven't figured it out by now this is a dream sequence! Desco was struggling with a huge moral dilemma, one bigger than any she had faced before. Mr. Valzy gave her the only two options, support Big Sis or trap her in Hades for eternity. Does Desco force Big Sis to say with Desco or does she let Big Sis reincarnate? Despite Desco's objections, Fuka was firm in her decision to seek reincarnation by paying for her sins as Prinnies are supposed to. Desco felt her mind split in two as her body refused to cooperate with the feelings inside her, her body performing super cell division. The clone it created did not have the constraints that she had and was free to act upon them.

Things zipped forward to the next day with Big Sis Loveland where this other, Torn Desco had taken over the entire Overlord as President and created a paradise where Big Sis would choose to stay. A world of sweets, hunky guys, and the latest fashion trends, it was designed to stop Fuka from reincarnating. She had also changed the Prinny Law to prevent Big Sis from reincarnating! The group sought to stop Torn Desco's plans and fought Torn Desco. Desco sorted out her decision, that her selfish desires would stop Big Sis and she couldn't do that, it would not make Big Sis happy. This was true purpose of Desco's existence underneath taking over the world!

Then the scene shifted again and she was with Big Sis in a very weird place with Nagi, Mr. Valzy, and Artina. Somehow they were in the past with Tyrant Mr. Valzy and human Artina! However, Artina had just got back from doing her duties at the clinic without letting the others know. In the middle of this war, the emergency clinc hosting soldiers from both sides was considered the same as the enemy. Desco and Big Sis were mad because Artina had made them worry so much. They did not want her to die! Even if this was the way it was supposed to go in history, they could not standby just because that was the fate cast in history.

Desco's eyes oepned and the dream vanished. The old/new memories were still fresh in her mind like they had just happened moments ago to Desco. Which was overwhelming for a moment as her mind reorganized the information into the proper folders for review and processing. Daddy had tried to help Desco with her memory in the lab, had his efforts which seemed for naught finally paid off? Desco called out, "Hey Guu guess whaat?" Nobody Answered Desco. Guu was not still sleeping next to Desco either. Did she get up early to work? Leading a city and being a princess must be a lot of work! Maybe Guu was still around here somewhere though having breakfast. The sunlight through the windows felt like it was still morning. It filled Desco with determination! She checked her dataverse device quick first, it was indeed morning, though late morning.

Desco pulled off the covers and slid off of hte bed. She stretched and yawned, then quickly re-made the bed. It was the little things like being need and tidy that she picked up on from Big Sis's teaching. Big Sis told her much about being a girl and needing to be girly even as a final boss. Still, she tended to make a mess and not clean it up most of the time. She could make Prinnies do it too! That counts right? Desco wandered about Guu's room, checking to see if Guu was eating here or perhaps down the hall in the grand dining room of the palance. But Desco only found staff working here, so she sat down in the dining room and used Omnilium to summon herself a bowl of cereal and milk. She could summon anything, but this is all Desco wanted. It felt lonely sitting in the big room alone.
