Lord Zedd cast his arms to either side, and with one mighty yell of fury he exuded enough dark energy to completely decimate this annoyingly white realm and all its inhabitants.
That's what he tried to do, at least.
Instead, he found himself standing before the Fountain of Infinity with his arms outstretched as he screamed at nothing, and no magical energies even began to form around him. He realized that doing nothing but shouting in such an odd pose made him look exactly like one of those Power Rangers, so he angrily dropped his arms to his side and stood up straight. He looked around to take in the environment and the many strange people that were looking at him, materializing his Z-Staff in his hands as he did.
Things had been looking up for Lord Zedd after a rough couple of years. After years of being thwarted by teenagers – ones led by the greatest force of good ever known, but teenagers nonetheless – and expelled from his castle by a robotic empire, he’d finally gained the upper hand. Gone was the domain he’d secured for himself across several galaxies, taken over by the same Machine Empire that had ambushed him on Earth. He’d been patient and lurked in the shadows, waiting for the right moment. It had arrived, and the machines had fallen to his wrath. Victory had been sweet, made that much better by his recent lack of experience with it.
He’d barely had time to let out a victorious cry before being confronted by a white faced child-god that had taunted him, and challenged him to be entertaining. How dare he. Robbed of his voice and movements while the being had explained this “Omnilium” phenomenon, he now used the same breath he’d intended for a shout of joy to instead curse Omni.
He looked left. He looked right. How was one supposed to be a proper jester and interest the white child in a realm of bland nothingness? The real question was, had he really been stolen so blatantly from his own castle? Perhaps the machines had left behind traps or explosives, and they had actually killed him so quickly he never knew it happened, and this was the afterlife. What a depressing scenario.
The fact that he was being approached by not one, but three individuals clad in all white, just like a Ranger, seemed to support his hypothesis that this was indeed hell. Funny. He’d always assumed there would be a lot of fire or a lot of ice. One of the extremes. He wouldn’t fully commit to the idea that he was dead just yet. He’d seen plenty of precedent for people to banished to other dimensions and alternate realities, and he really just didn’t want to admit that he’d been bested by someone as pathetic as King Mondo. He would crawl his way back, dragging the corpses of all who stood before him along for the ride. These three would set the tone.
“Haven’t seen you around here before, prime,” the center man said as they came to a stop. “You must be new. Welcome to the Omniverse. I’m Captain Searle.”
“Tell me about this realm and I may consider sparing your lives,” Zedd immediately demanded. He had no use for pleasantries with these inferior lifeforms.
Searle shifted, then glanced to the troops on either side briefly. He was well versed in the hostility of a fresh prime. “Low ready. Set on stun.”
Zedd heard the click on the rifles of the end Stormtroopers, and watched as they raised the guns ever so slightly. The barrels were not pointed at him, but it wouldn’t take much effort on their part to fix that. How adorable. Lord Zedd could only respond with a gleeful laugh. Even without his magical prowess, no mortal could stand against him in direct combat, and that might exactly what he needed to help fix his mood.
Captain Searle, ever the professional, kept his cool even though the other two were a bit uneasy on their feet over this strange newcomer's laughter. The lead Stormtrooper just sighed. “Just so you know, a lot of primes tell us they’re limited in odd and unique ways from the world they knew.”
“Impudent wretch,” Lord Zedd’s voice rose as anger replaced his laughter, and he stepped towards the three. “I am Lord Zedd, and I need only a fraction of my strength to boil your flesh within that hideous suit of armo-“
There was a loud pop, and a sudden impact sent Lord Zedd stumbled backwards, clutching his chest with his free arm. He braced his staff against the white floor, which prevented him from falling right over. He looked in bewildered fury to see that the Stormtrooper on the right had shot him. Not only was that injustice infuriating enough, but it had actually hurt like hell. How could such feeble peashooters harm him, with only one shot, even? The man was right, the dark lord’s powers were limited far more than he realized.
“What is the meaning of this!?” Zedd gasped as he felt around for a wound. There wasn’t one, as the Stormtrooper had made good on his orders to stun.
“Are we good, now?” the captain asked. “Do we have an understanding?”
Zedd’s regained his breath and balance, but did not step towards the three again. He couldn’t believe that these three peons would clearly be a match for him in a straight fight. He had a long way to go.
Captain Searle waited in silence for only a few seconds. He was so done with this unstable prime. “Well, we’re with the Empire. We’re here to help new primes get acquainted with this world.”
“The Empire?” Lord Zedd scoffed once more. “How amusingly presumptuous.”
“And yet, it’s stuck,” Captain Searle gave a shrug. “We’ll give the name to the group that wants it the most, if they can take it.”
Lord Zedd nodded, carefully and deliberately. Searle could tell he was thinking about doing exactly that.
“There’s eight gates that lead to different verse,” Captain Searle continued. Theoretically, he should be recruiting any prime he encountered, but this one might be fine to let go. “There’s all sorts of different environments, depending on which one you select. Plenty of potential for anything in any of them.”
“I desire only power,” Lord Zedd responded. “Where would I seek the means to destroy all that oppose me?”
Captain Searle blinked behind his mask. Oh well, Space Marines needed something to do, too. “Back behind us is the gate to the Imperial verse, Coruscant. You want to join the big dogs? That’s us. Fair warning though, if you raise hell there they won’t be shooting stun guns at you.”
“I will investigate your Empire,” Lord Zedd said after some brief contemplation. “It just might serve me well.”
Searle watched as Zedd brushed past them and began to walk towards the gate to Coruscant. Good luck with that, dude.
Lord Zedd was brimming with anger as he walked, but he knew he had to keep it under control. If Omnilium was the key to getting his powers back, he would gather all he needed. If he had to work with this Empire to do so, it was an injustice he would stomach for the time being. Loathe as he was to admit it, they were mighty, and he needed help. It didn’t matter.
He had fallen before. He would rise again.

Justin and his bodyguard stood clustered around the flickering light of their fire. When the night had first settled, the burning wood had been the only source of protection against the encroaching darkness. Now, it licked at their heels as the stench of death pressed in around them. How many of these monsters were there? The shambling horde had done well to get this close to Darkshire, and the astronomer took a deep breath.
Gabriel Bloom, Captain of his Guard, raised his sword higher and took a sudden stab forwards, the blade expertly stabbing through the face of one rotten corpse.
“Well, M’Lord, look on the bright side.” The stern-faced man said, without a trace of amusement on his weather-beaten features. “This lot outright proves that you’re on the right track.”
Justin chuckled faintly, and lifted his fingers to push his glasses back into place. The stars above twinkled merrily. Even here, even now, he couldn’t help but find beauty in the way they shone. And yet, one of the stars didn’t seem quite right… he was sure he would have noted that erratic movement previously.
“I suppose you’re right Captain, just a pity that nobody will ever hear of it.”
Suddenly, then, that irregular star fell streaking towards the ground, the burning white of it resolved instead into a short figure wearing strange, bright orange clothing. His hair was even stranger – a mass of spikes projecting every which way. The brilliance of that bright white illumination made the poor astronomer feel even less confident about their chances.
All around them were the rotting corpses of the damned and the dead. Most were simple peasants; a motley crew of assorted corpses which had lain forgotten in this abominable place. Their flesh was sallow and most writhed with maggots, the obvious wounds which had claimed their lives worn as proudly as soldiers might bear their coat of arms.
Some few were the more dangerous sort – men of rough trade whose deaths had come thanks to their own folly. Bandits and soldiers whose ignoble ends they now sought to bring about on the encampment which had dared to stand in defiance of their master’s will.
For one moment, Justin wondered if the strange figure now stood at the edge of the ring of death were their master – but the casual smile he wore dispelled that notion at once. If there was any doubt, the cheerful note in his voice cast it aside completely.
“Ohayo!” He announced, above the growls and snarls of the dead as they began to shamble around to face him as well as their initial quarry. “Six to one? That doesn’t seem like very fair odds!” His boots dug into the dirt, and that bright light surrounding him burst even brighter, a shining beacon against the dark night.
“LET’S TRY THIRTY TO ONE INSTEAD, HYAAAAAAAAA!”
“Do you think he’s suicidal or… or does he actually have a chance?” Justin tried his best to keep the quiver of fear from his voice, but he couldn’t quite manage it. Gabriel, however, hadn’t taken his eyes off the hoard of enemies since the beginning, and now that there was an opening, he was ready and willing to take advantage of it!
“ATTACK, ALL OF YOU! FOR THE KINGDOM!”
The battlecry served its purpose, his men surged into the front rank of confused undead with blades slashing in all directions, determined to force the enemy back and away from their charge. In the same moment, the newcomer burst from his stationary position to hit the enemy like a cannon ball. What had seemed a hopeless situation was immediately thrown into a new light by this sudden and unexpected good fortune.
Gabriel had seen many men fight in his day. The Omniverse was full of strange and wondrous styles which he could never have dreamed of before his time here. He had never, however, seen a man fight with only his own limbs and seemingly without even an ounce of fear in his heart as he took on the restless dead.
The enemy were numerous, but the martial artist moved with a grace and control which bellied his apparent enthusiasm to get into the fray. He turned the numerous grasping limbs of his adversaries into a weakness rather than a strength; ducking and twisting amongst them such that they spent as much time pawing fruitlessly at each other as they did trying to find solid purchase upon his stocky, muscular frame.
But he wasn’t merely waiting for the guards to do their work; he was no mere distraction! Where he lashed out in return, bones and tendons tore in a hideous cacophony of discordant violence. The rotten, decayed husks had no adequate defence against such a coordinated onslaught, and with each blow another was sent toppling to the ground, where a powerful stomp or accurate slash of the blade could send them back to a merciful rest.
Even as he watched, the stranger turned to deliver a crashing kick which staved one creature’s ribcage in cleanly, and then one of the sturdier of the lot was on him. No mere peasant, this wretched sack of flesh had clearly once been a mercenary; thick chainmail and leathers protected him from the first three blows, though it had clearly not protected him from the spear-haft still lodged firmly in his heart. Even as Gabriel watched a great, rusted battle axe came swinging down to attempt the decapitation of their would-be saviour.
He shouted a cry, attempting to warn the man – and at the last possible moment both arms came up to protect his head. The axe slashed hard against the martial artist’s forearms, cleaving a deep cut across them with a splatter and spray of blood…
And then the warrior undead’s legs were swept out from underneath him, and a punishing fist crashed through his skull, sending a fountain of grey-matter and maggots flying into the air.
The stranger’s voice raised in protest - “Eugh! These things are disgusting!”
It had been a long time since Goku had engaged in massed combat, but the skills never truly died – which was more than could be said for the foul-smelling creatures which made up this foe. There was a kind of rhythm that you had to find in these situations; a heartbeat to the battle, a give and take which flowed through it all. The dull ache in his arms was only getting worse as the fight dragged on, and he was surprised to find that he was moving so slowly. That sense of strange weight which had settled on him since his arrival here refused to let itself be shaken off completely. It was as though he were fighting with a limb tied behind his back, only he had never been aware of it before…
It was exciting! Ordinarily, foes like this would pose no challenge at all, but now he found himself suddenly having to hit each one with care and precision; to duck and dodge away out of range of grasping hands and slashing, rusted blades. Frieza had been the most intense battle of his life, but it had been a battle of martial artists clashing for the fate of the galaxy – this was a scrum of desperate men and women forced to action against mindless undead.
When the battle was finally won, it wasn’t with a single glorious attack or display of overwhelming power – it was with the slow, methodological dismemberment of the nauseating enemies which continued to try and drag them to the ground.
Goku himself was left battered and bleeding, not least from the vicious cut to his forearm, but he was unbowed. So, too, was Gabriel – a warrior he had picked out in the melee almost immediately. The tall, powerfully-built blonde sheathed his sword and cast an appraising eye over the blood-and-gore caked form of Goku. How Gabriel’s armour still managed to shine as a brightly-polished mirror was completely beyond the saiyan.
“You have my thanks.” Gabriel said, offering his hand. “Captain Bloom. I would know your name, friend.”
Goku smiled easily and took the hand, squeezing hard through the metal and shaking firmly.
“Son Goku. Just Goku is fine.” He laughed, scratching behind the back of his head, “It was no problem. What were they? I’ve never seen anything like that before!”
The Captain turned to cast his eye over the astronomer – who seemed to have emptied the contents of his stomach onto the ground, just to add to the degree of unsanitary mess now staining the campsite.
“We can’t stay here.” Gabriel declared. “Son Goku, would you help me relocate the camp to higher ground? When we have set up a new base, I will answer your questions.”
Goku blinked, and looked around the blood-drenched battlefield. “Eeeh? Oh, sure sure, I suppose that makes sense…”
By the time the new camp was safely ensconced amongst the hills overlooking the Gate into this place, Goku was thoroughly exhausted and couldn’t keep his eyes open any longer. The saiyan slept, and there were muttered words from the remaining members of the expedition.
“There were eighteen of us when we began, Justin, now there’s scarcely enough to keep you safe. We need to send back for reinforcements.”
“We don’t have time for that. It is imperative that we complete our mission.”
“Then we will need help from an outsider.”
All eyes turned to the figure now splayed out next to the fire, snoring as merrily and completely as though he were sleeping in the softest sheets, rather than on damp, cold earth. How anyone could sleep at all – let alone so soundly – after seeing such brutal horrors first hand was a mystery they did not want to think about too deeply.
“Do you think we can trust him? It could have been an elaborate trick.”
A pregnant silence followed, and it was Gabriel’s voice which broke it.
“A man like that? No. I’ve seen him fight. I don’t know what he is… but I’m certain there isn’t a shred of deception in him.”
When the sun rose the next morning, it was on a camp almost as weary as it had begun. None had slept well, and the discussion long into the hours of the night had not been pleasant. In the end, however, Gabriel had given his word that he would tell Goku what had happened, and it had been agreed that the outsider could probably be trusted – if he had wanted to betray them, doing so in the middle of the battle would have been quite easy, after all.
It would have been an easier decision to stomach if they hadn’t had to watch him eat the next morning. Goku had attacked the thin and watery gruel they had available as though it were another deadly enemy to be overcome with maximum force. Not a drop remained in his bowl, as the rest of the party tried to stomach theirs down.
“So, those creatures, what were they?”
Gabriel turned his head to face Goku, and his jaw clenched firmly. “Evil magic. The corpses of the dead brought back to kill us.”
“Oooh. Does that happen a lot around here?”
The Captain hesitated for a moment, nonplussed by the easy acceptance of such a thing. “Ah, well, yes, but there is a particular reason why they are after us.”
“Oh? What did you do?”
Gabriel looked to Justin helplessly, whilst his surviving men had to try and hide smirks of amusement at the easy way the newcomer had thrown their poor commander for a loop. He was used to being treated with deference and respect; there was something in Goku’s manner which made it clear he didn’t really know or care who they were or what they were doing; it was only the fact that they were in danger which interested him at all!
The Astronomer took pity on his friend and took over the explanation for him.
“We are searching for a piece of a star.” He said, “We have reason to believe it fell to earth in this place, in fact… I think I have charted its precise location, and it is absolutely vital that we reach it before our enemies find it and use it themselves.”
Goku’s brow furrowed at that, and he scratched his head again.
“Eeeh? A star? Like, a meteor? Don’t those fall to earth all the time?”
The Astronomer chuckled, and shook his head. “Not like this, no. Suffice to say, the creatures that attacked us last night were the first evidence we have of a coordinated effort to stop our advance. Everything else has just been… a natural consequence of this place.”
Goku cocked his head to the side. He didn’t need to say anything to make it clear he was completely and totally lost. This time, it was Gabriel who came to the rescue.
“A lot of our men have died whilst Justin confirmed his predictions. There used to be a lot more of us. Now, we are considering whether to push on or call for reinforcements…”
Goku nodded his head seriously.
“And the trouble with that.” Justin continued, “Is that the longer we leave it, the more likely that the powers which sent those monsters – or one that is even worse - will find the star piece, and use it to become even more powerful than they are already!”
Hopping up to his feet, Goku punched his open palm and nodded firmly in response. “I see!” He declared brightly, “So those were just the small fry? They’ll send stronger guys to try and kill you?”
The Astronomer and his guards shared a curious look – Goku didn’t sound worried or nervous at the prospect of fighting stronger enemies… he sounded excited, as though the prospect had done more to wake him up than breakfast ever had.
“I, suppose you could put it that way.” Gabriel said. “This whole world is ruled by evil, the longer we stay here, the more likely it is that they will send their truly powerful servants to try and finish us off.”
Goku’s face split into a wide grin, and his eyes twinkled at the prospect.
“Okay! Then you don’t have to worry at all!” Goku announced, his hands moving behind his head. “I’ll travel with you! If those things were the first attack, I want to see what else this place can throw at me! Haha!”
Gabriel stared in naked confusion at the brash confidence this strange newcomer was suddenly exuding.
“Are you, are you sure—“ Justin began, intending to scold Goku for his attitude, to warn him of the darkness and dangers which surely lay ahead. Instead, Goku interrupted him by holding up his hand.
“Absolutely! Don’t worry about it! I saw some of what Gabriel was able to do in that fight, and I wanted to spar with him anyway.” His grin took on a whole new, cheeky, dimension, and he walked over to clap the stunned Captain on the back.
“I can’t do that if I let you die, right? So let’s go and get this meteor! What’s the worst thing that could happen?”
… Oh, why did he have to ask that?

While he was not the paragon of physical strength, King Sombra knew that he had plenty in the way of magic that he could use. On his way back from the Endless Dunes he'd found a certain pendant that he believed had some magical properties. Little did he know that this pendant was actually a banishment circle that could be used to remove other Primes from the world. Presently he was completely unaware of such as he trotted through the Nexus on his sore as tartarus hooves. Whoever had created that desert that he'd been in would be hung when he had a chance. No hanging was too good for such an individual. He'd have an army of unicorns roast the individual alive.
No that was even too good for someone who had created a desert with such scorching heat and bandit problems. Thoughts of revenge aside he needed to find someone who knew more about the Omniverse. Suddenly his magic activated and a black crystal appeared near him. The crystal glowed and began to show the Dataverse, specifically the info by Lord Dominator. Such a thing was definitely intriguing. It might give him the potential to gain even more influence in the Omniverse. Chances are those bandits at the very least were going to remember what he did. His actions while not done in a 'kind' way would likely save other Primes from being beset by that particular group. Of course that hadn't been his intentions at all. His goal at that moment had simply been to avoid being sold, skinned, eaten or anything else that they had planned for him.
"What to do now?"
Wait, he knew what he needed to do now. Finding a medic who could work on equines was definitely in order so he could get his hooves looked at. Each trot he made felt like someone was jabbing a white hot lance or sword into his hooves. To make a long story short when he encountered the absolute moron who had created the desert, King Sombra was going to be creative with how he was going to torture the guy. For that reason he needed to work on making himself stronger.

So this is the OOC thread for this thing over here.
Stripping away the arrogant Lord Dominator-ness, what's this all about?
Pretty simple, it is a vehicle for giving villains (and some heroes) publicity for their actions. The list will be maintained steadily and is open to NPCs as well as PCs. (In fact, all of the top ten slots are likely to be NPCs at the moment).
Each person involved in the list will be given an arbitrary point score which will increase by an arbitrary amount decided by Dominator when they do something. What they've done and why will be noted with the point increase. For instance, if we had the slots 24-26 populated as follows:
24) Joe Badness (19,893 points)
25) Crazy Earl (19,332 points)
26) Sunshine Sparklepants (18,791 points)
And Sunshine Sparklepants concluded a big story where she obliterated everyone who ever made fun of her name, an update might be posted along the following lines:
24) Sunshine Sparklepants (20,911 points) <- +2120 points for Defending the Honour of the Sparklepants Family (1348 counts of justifiable homicide)
25) Joe Badness (19,893 points)
26) Crazy Earl (19,332 points)
If you do not want to be included, please let me know.
I can easily justify having Dominator leave pretty much anyone off the list for any reason, and I don't want to force people to take part in this silly 'competition' if it is of no interest to them OOCly. However, there are some big events which Dominator may hear about, read about, or even be involved with and they may well earn participants a spot on the list unless I know that you'd rather avoid such a thing OOCly.
Equally, if you do want to take part in the list, you're going to need to let me know somehow! IC is always preferable to OOC (you can always use a random secondary witness to detail your heinous acts) but I'll work with it if you just OOCly want a ranking.
Please also note that this is all being run by an incredibly biased and unfair character. This is not something that is intended to be taken super seriously but, hopefully, it can be used as a jumping-off point for all manner of interesting stories!

Okay, so, I’ve been VERY disappointed with what I’ve seen here. Like, seriously! You’ve got ‘Heroes’ and ‘Villains’ babbling at each other, idiots running around the Nexus sharing their schemes with anyone who happens to have a pointy helmet…
No, no, no, this won’t do.
Where I’m from, we did Villainy right (and YES, it IS something you put on your business cards). We had a galactic leaderboard to keep track of who the greatest actually is. This helped keep everyone honest and let everyone know who the major players are. That way, you knew if the person you are talking to can back up their smack talk, or if they are just a sandwich with delusions of grandeur.
I’m going to do you people a favour and put one together myself. You want to know how I score it? You want to know how to earn points? You want some insight into whether this system will be fair and just?
TOO BAD.
You people have had more than enough time to organise something like this already and you've dropped the ball, so I get to make the decisions now! Do something you think is worth points, you let me know, I increase your ranking. Or I don’t. I’m clearly one of the few people around here with any sense of judgement whatsoever. You can like it, you can hate it, or you can go set up your own leaderboard, which will make you look lame, desperate and pathetic.
‘But Lord Dominator’ I hear you cry, ‘What makes you so great? Why should we care what you think?’
Well, you don’t have to. But any real, professional Villain knows that half the point is the respect and admiration of your peers. So, you can ignore it if you like – but you should know that not everyone out there will.
Do you really want to be part of a list without being at the top?
That’s what I thought.
Submissions are now open. The starting positions will be published in 14 days. Contact me through the Dataverse to make your case for inclusion. Evidence will help your argument. Some of you are big enough and scary enough that I've already started to pencil you in, because I know who you are and that's worth something.
You absolutely can make submissions for other people. Heroes, if you want to let the world know about some dark, terrible threat who beat you up and stole your lunch money, this is a great way to achieve that.
And don’t bother trying to threaten, intimidate or pull one over on me to increase your ranking. That’s just tacky. Tackiness never increases your ranking.
You are welcome to attempt bribery, of course.
-Lord Dominator.

| How large is Coruscant? |

I have some plans in the works and I need to know how large Corsucant is, vertically, to know if I need to alter them in anyway to compensate for the fact that we can't actually exit the atmosphere of the planet. From the top floor of Tier 1 how much space is there to the top of the verse?
EDIT: Also as a bonus non sequitur I think the Nexus should be changed into a space station that exists in a space verse. Instead of traveling in some white area to a gate, you have to navigate the giant space station dubbed "Nexus" and take a teleporter to your verse. Fountain is the same, but it's in a giant dome at the center of Nexus. A MUD I used to play did something similar where the starting point was a space station called Center of the Universe which everyone dubbed CoU for short. From there you could get to all the planets of the DBZ universe and/or just quest on the station.

Character name: Shiotaro Yuki
Character source: Original
Character history: Prior to Omniverse, in her own realm of things, Yuki was what was known to be the Champion of Winter. She existed in a realm where an entire Pantheon ruled over the world in its entirety and with them were a single mage chosen or created within their element to aid them. Yuki served the primal god of water in this realm, known as Aquis.
Early on, Yuki had the issue of being diagnosed with Chronic Leukemia. To bypass this, she studied a hybridized form of haemomancy and cryomancy, involving freezing of blood to strengthen her bones and clot her vessels. As she dove deeper into more advanced forms of hydromancy and cryomancy, she learned to transmute her flesh into her respective element. Her time serving her god was cut short from the former Avatar of Bloodshed's doing. She inherited Aquis' power and became the new goddess of water, setting certain faults of Aquis' straight and continuing rule of the aquatic doamin with the former Avatar of Bloodshed at her side as her new Champion of Winter.
Several hundreds upon thousands of years ran smoothly with little to no war occurring between gods of them pantheon. That peace, however, had dulled many of the gods' awareness of each other's dangers. A massive war broke, starting so quickly that many causations were tossed around as the reason the war began. Few gods stayed out and the world itself was dying out from the massive murders and damages of the clashing deities. The god of death underwent a new name and began working as an assassin, taking out major gods who could pose a threat with their abilities and any potential warriors who were just as dangerous as the god they served. Yuki's Champion of Winter was no exception to this factor and his death lead to her entering to find the one to commission such a task. The God of Death himself snapped out of his alternative persona when one attempted to get him involved by requesting the death of the Goddess of Life, the commissioner not knowing the assassin was the very person they wanted, and murdering the commissioner. The god of death himself went to the god of magic in attempts to spare the divines who stayed out of the war, including Yuki for her joining was late and reason was under his actions.
Regardless of the few who were spared or not, the world itself was dying, or rather close enough to dead to try again. As the world itself ended, all the lost lives were sent to an afterlife realm known to be the Pure Lands, where all who have died and did not have their souls re-enter the world would come. Several eons would pass before some souls vanished, and others fading and the world they left completely barren and abandoned. It is unknown what has happened to their souls after they leave the Pure Lands. Rumour says they enter a renewed world they could call home, others say they ventured off further than what the cosmos could offer them. It is unknown when Yuki left the Pure Lands, why, and how, but now she's found herself here.. In some... Other kind of world to explore, and back to her former state before apotheosizing.

The jewelry itself is composed of pure Arcana essence molded into the form of a metallic accessory and accented with a gemstone of a corresponding colour to the respective element of the wearer. In its unused state, it is in the form of any wearable accessory from a bracelet to earrings to a necklace or anklet. The piece itself has no definite mass, but only shifts into specific forms within reason. Aesthetically, Yuki's is silver metalloids and decorated with blue opals or sapphires. Despite its build being arcana magic, it cannot be used for elemental purposes (for example, frost damage), and can only be broken apart by arcana magic where it is then reduced into a liquid of pure essence.
The jewelry itself can morph into a scimtar, a curved blade with a single jag on its spine. This particular one is of a chromatic silver colour, the belly engraved in filigree and accented with blue opals.
The secondary form her jewelry takes is in a series of chains that are barbed and hooked all around the links and used for grasping and shredding whatever it brushes against when thrown. They are completely silver in colour without decoration, though some barbs may be composed of sapphire.
