Omniversal Villain Leaderboard OOC - Lord Dominator - 08-08-2016
So this is the OOC thread for this thing over here.
Stripping away the arrogant Lord Dominator-ness, what's this all about?
Pretty simple, it is a vehicle for giving villains (and some heroes) publicity for their actions. The list will be maintained steadily and is open to NPCs as well as PCs. (In fact, all of the top ten slots are likely to be NPCs at the moment).
Each person involved in the list will be given an arbitrary point score which will increase by an arbitrary amount decided by Dominator when they do something. What they've done and why will be noted with the point increase. For instance, if we had the slots 24-26 populated as follows:
24) Joe Badness (19,893 points)
25) Crazy Earl (19,332 points)
26) Sunshine Sparklepants (18,791 points)
And Sunshine Sparklepants concluded a big story where she obliterated everyone who ever made fun of her name, an update might be posted along the following lines:
24) Sunshine Sparklepants (20,911 points) <- +2120 points for Defending the Honour of the Sparklepants Family (1348 counts of justifiable homicide)
25) Joe Badness (19,893 points)
26) Crazy Earl (19,332 points)
If you do not want to be included, please let me know.
I can easily justify having Dominator leave pretty much anyone off the list for any reason, and I don't want to force people to take part in this silly 'competition' if it is of no interest to them OOCly. However, there are some big events which Dominator may hear about, read about, or even be involved with and they may well earn participants a spot on the list unless I know that you'd rather avoid such a thing OOCly.
Equally, if you do want to take part in the list, you're going to need to let me know somehow! IC is always preferable to OOC (you can always use a random secondary witness to detail your heinous acts) but I'll work with it if you just OOCly want a ranking.
Please also note that this is all being run by an incredibly biased and unfair character. This is not something that is intended to be taken super seriously but, hopefully, it can be used as a jumping-off point for all manner of interesting stories!

I have no real reason to include Sinestro at this time. If you'd like to give some OOC details of public events that he is known to be responsible for, that Lord Dominator may have heard of, I will consider it.

Even though I am no longer writing, Ganondorf DID choke his own Secondary to death, helped raze Nippur, and enslaved (for all intents and purposes) Eighteen (another Prime no longer being written as). He MAY have done other villainous things.
However, I feel like you might want to keep this to active Primes. I'd recommend Sinestro and Shang Tsung. Great villains who've done great things in the Omniverse.
Also, Diablo = Top Spot forever.

Dawn isn't necessarily a villian, but it doesn't mean she's a hero. Albiet she has done nothing wrong in the Omniverse yet, she is likely to find trouble somewhere. A vigilante lives by their own creedo, even if it goes against authorities or other primes that want to stand in her way. Outside the Omniverse, she murdered about 17 people, justifiably of course. They may have been linked to the case involving the house fire that killed her father. Just a note, I don't expect to be high on this leaderboard, just perhaps included somewhere.

Sorry, just to clear up some misconceptions that appear to have grown up since I included historical acts in the initial standings.
Going forward, only new events will earn points. I gave a two week window for people to contact me and provide historical context for the initial ranking. From now on, you need to go out and do villainous acts in the Omniverse (and contact me - preferably ICly unless the act has major IC visibility) to earn points and be placed.
