Just Some Regulations:

  • Please follow all site OOC rules to the letter.
  • Format can be whatever you’d like providing that you follow these rules.
  • This shouldn’t need to be said, but please be respectful and offer positive comments. Negativity in any form is highly discouraged. While pointing out all the errors may seem useful – to you – it certainly doesn’t make that person feel good. There are ways to help someone improve without nitpicking. As a rule of thumb try to have 5 Positives for every 1 Negative (courtesy of resident teacher protoman).
  • The above doesn’t mean you can’t criticize, but there’s a way to do it without being negative. For example, make suggestions – don’t say something about the topic is ‘wrong’ or poorly written. Maybe point out a confusing section and suggest revising it for instance, or even offer what you think may have worked better in that situation. Additionally, you could offer to proofread a member’s next post for them – be helpful instead. Positive reinforcement will keep people writing and reading here.
  • While you’re free to develop your own way of critiquing and commenting – I wouldn’t recommend making a ‘scoring’ scale. This isn’t competitive and you’re not grading topics. Instead, only offer advice and comments in whatever format you wish. Maybe offer directions the Plot can go from there (whether that is into a new topic or not).
  • As there is a flat rate of 50 OM for participating, I feel I need to include this: please do not skim, thoroughly read before posting. If you skim – especially the wordy topics – you’re likely to miss a lot. In addition, please put actual effort into your written responses. I don’t want to have to put up a word count requirement for these; so please don’t make me question whether or not you have actually tried to help a fellow member, or if you’re just trying to get easy OM.
  • OM is a nice incentive but if this starts to be abused – I doubt it will continue to be a reward. Do not abuse this for easy OM. I highlighted that above already, but it deserves a separate bullet. Seriously don’t. Please.
  • As a final point – yes you can offer suggestions as to what topics you would like to be included here next. I have no problem with that if you happen to be dying to read a given topic but need some excuse to do so.
  • These regulations should be copied and pasted into every new Book Club topic (in case I don’t do it for some reason).

This Week's Topic Options:
  • Clawing into Existence
The bloody introduction of a new Soul into the Omniverse that earned him an Empire’s Bounty listing. See why the few soldiers that escaped with their lives questioned the sanity of this Prime just after his arrival.
  • Gouki’s First Coming
The arrival of the Street Fighter Gouki and subsequent battle with the Namekian Retane. Even though both members are no longer actively posting. This marked the first player versus player battle between two members that resulted in a Death. I won’t give away spoilers in case you don’t know the results already.
And since I really enjoyed this topic have another option:
  • Return to Coruscant
Samus returns to Coruscant after the incident with the dragon Rathalos. After upgrading her suit she pursues the ebil (just kidding) robit Vitruvius to claim the Bounty on his parts. It turns out that she didn’t quite see eye to eye with the reported information however . . . exciting stuff happens. Again not saying more in case you haven’t read it.

That’s all happy reading~

Step 1: Make a post. This post should be at least 300 words. You may also post multiple times adding up to 300 words or more.

Step 2: Click on the name of your post. See it? It's probably something like 'Re: The Story of John Doe', a large line of text above your post. This should have a hashtag and your post link at the end of it (see the bolded part on the end here: http://omniverse-rpg.com/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=1114&p=7298#p7298). Copy the entire URL from your address bar.

Step 3: Post it in the active weekly gains topic. The date of your post should be within the date range, GMT. If you are submitting multiple posts that add up to 300, post all the links.

Step 4 (optional): If you have posted in the current week's book club, please include a link to that post along with the text 'book club'.

Step 5 (optional): If you have a Recognition bonus, please include in your post 'Recognition bonus: +25'. If you have an Ascendancy bonus, please post with 'Ascendancy bonus: +50'.

That's all you need to do! When the topic is updated, you will be given 150 OM. Obviously if you have a recognition or ascendancy bonus, this will be increased by 25 or 50. With book club bonuses you may earn up to 250 per week (sometimes the bonus may be bigger on special occasions).

New weekly gains topics go up every sunday at midnight (at the end of saturday and the dawn of sunday) GMT. The valid time begins on sunday at 0000 hours GMT and ends on saturday at 2359 GMT.

  Sciency stuff in The Empire!
Posted by: Schwi Dola - 11-08-2014, 07:26 PM - Forum: Omniverse Discussion - Replies (6)

I'm making this topic to discuss what should be going on behind the scenes in the Empire, and to get my NPC Prime Genjuro Kazamatsuri introduced so that everyone can get a good feel for his personality in case they wish to use him for any plots.

Also, need Omni's permission to use Gero here. But I'd like to post a back and forth with someone else taking control of Gero for this story.

Namely I would like to get them hanging out, doing some experiments, maybe test battle some of the basic Battle Suits/Demons Genjuro can easily provide against prototype things. More specifically, I'd like to get Gero hooked on the genes the Demons provide as the Demons from Hades Genjuro summons to experiment with all run off of Fear Energy. Diablo is specifically good at Terror and fear based things, so delving into this aspect should obviously have a lot of potential if Gero and Genjuro can turn that passive ability into a much more focused and weaponized form to act against fear based powers that Diablo himself uses. As Dr. Gero is known, to those that even know of him, for his works against Diablo this is a good topic to follow I think.

Character name: Atelos

Character source: Original

Character history:Born and raised by a family of Ancient Sparta. However, his village was known as heretics by the others…His village had mastered the arts of pyromancy and enchanting., Atelos was known as the softy of his village and could never bring himself to harm those around him. By the time he was 8 he had lost every fight during his child sparring sessions and has suffered innumerable amounts of wounds from the people he spends time with every day. He could not bring himself to harm the family that has been so kind to him. Out of pity, his village had given him a spiked glove enchanted with the pyromancy his village had mastered. However by the time he was 17, a neighboring Spartan village had invaded his village and had kidnapped Athelos in order to learn their ways. Yet as he was being taken to their altar room he broke free and subdued his captors. The vengeful beast within him grew and he gave no mercy to his kidnappers, taking the blows from his captors as he has done all those past years. He finally escaped and ran to his home village in Sparta only to find it in ruins, just conquered back by the Spartan Army. Devastated, he shambles back to the pile of ashes and bones of the place he used to call home. The only remnants was his fathers gleaming, bronze shield with the same enchantment as his gloves had. Isolated from his town, he took his father's shield and his glove and left Sparta permanently, carrying his only piece of home on him. Many say that after this day he had a permanent red aura about him, very few said to have seen blue and have lived to tell the tale. Until the Omni took him, where limitless possibilities await.

Physical Description: (As the last remnant of his Spartan Village, Atelos is a golden-brown color with dark hair and dark eyes. He is very unclean and has scruff as a normal 17 year old boy would be. Although he is muscular, he has numerous scars from all the beatings he took and has a slight limp in his left leg from a fracture that never set right. 6 foot exactly 185 pounds. His glove is permanently on his hand and his shield on his back. Has an aura, red or blue determining his mood and his fighting style and is purely aesthetic.)

Flames are blue and passive and defensive in nature.
Spiked Pyromancy Glove 300 OM
-Atelos' non shield hand has a spiked glove with bronze at the knuckles that can be intensified with flames. The flames are limited to his elbow length and no more width than his hands and is solely used for offensive purposes. A brighter red than his shield's flames and more aggressive in nature

  Balance
Posted by: Schwi Dola - 11-06-2014, 03:22 AM - Forum: Help Desk - Replies (10)

So I've wondered a lot and I know others wonder about this.

Where is the balance between super moves and transformation?

From what I'm told a Tech 0 person will hit a speed 20 person  at equal chance it would  hit a speed 0 person. A person with 20 defense would take equal damage as a person with 0 defense. Meanwhile  you get maybe 2 attacks in per round in your transform per round while super moves auto  hit you for massive damage.

I'd there something  I'm not getting?

A simple  solution  would  be that a super move would be all stats set to 5 plus (5 times  tier) far from perfect  but  it gives room  to be a little  more realistic.

Juliet 'Jane Adechi' Delecroix [Omni ONLY]
Posted by: Juliet Delecroix - 11-02-2014, 10:43 AM - Forum: Joining - Replies (6)

Character name: Juliet ‘Jane Adechi’ Delecroix

Character source: Original

Character Personality:

Greedy, that is one word most would use to describe Malevolence for she is truly the personification of what could be, in the right circumstances, a set of abilities that can change the tide of a war between two organizations. Utilizing her abilities for only herself and the improvement of her life, Malevolence is the kind of person that manipulates, lies and schemes to get what she wants, doing anything possible to outsmart friends, family, allies and, of course, enemies. Oddly enough, despite her greed, Malevolence doesn't want just a few thousand dollars more, or a simple, low-grade laptop, no, she wants the best of everything. Because of that "best of everything trait", Malevolence only deals in things that would get her that, pointing to the fact that she possibly has an above average intelligence, which is extremely likely due to her education. She usually only affiliates herself with those that have above average intelligence, not wanting to "taint" herself, which means she may only see those as intelligent as herself as near equals. I utilize near equals loosely, because, to be quite frank, Malevolence is an egomanical greedy bitch that will do anything possible to get what she wants, even if it means killing friends, family and allies.

Jane’s's greed is grounded deep into her mind, body and soul, controlling almost every choice she makes in almost all situations she gets herself into, her other choices get herself into and, well, anything else, really. Hidden by insatiable curiosity and an oddly strong ambition to explore science, to sate her curiosity for just a few moments before searching again, Jane's greedy side is one that is so well hidden that even people who can detect lies wouldn't sense her greediness, that's how good she is at hiding it. Partly monstrous, partly human, in origin, no one should underestimate what greed can do to a person, what it can make a person do to others, to themselves, even to people that are family members or cherished friends. Fortunately, there have been some events in her life that have opened up her mind to a 'special few things' that cause her to dislike so-called "Heroes" with utter venom and hatred in her thoughts, in her words. These events will be explained later, both in biography and in personality, the events that have changed her to, at very, very special points, to, not abandon, but instead to dampen her greed, slowing its ever so hungry mouth so that it doesn't wish to feed.

She's quite clueless about her overall capabilities as a person, not understanding that being a person and having friends does in fact have its value in life, Jane even goes so far as to ignore those wishing to wed her. While not completely clueless, she is quite ignorant to the world around her and how things "actually work" in the "real world", which merges with her other personality traits to make an odd combination. Being slightly apathetic to many situations and feeling nothing when even her allies die, Jane is quite the oddball and considered by some to be an outcast if they find out about this. Due to her nature, Malevolence is truly a unique individual while still being one of millions of unique individuals that possess the same condition that occupies both mind and body. She possesses Asperger's Syndrome, which is obvious, though not in this time period, due to the fact that she is apathetic towards thing that don't interest her, though most don't notice this right away it is obvious once others spend "quality time" in her presence. Although she isn't considered to be the "most apathetic" or the most "odd", Jane ranks right up there with quite a few people and even goes so far as to consider herself, in her own words, a "total and utter freak of the highest magnitude", a compliment to herself on her part. Fortunately, this comes with a benefit and she understands that in the most logical way which goes perfectly with the benefit, the benefit being that she approaches most situations with a logical and tactical mindset.

As stated before, Jane expresses tendencies that are odd, for any person, or at least most people on Earth, having 'quirks' that ensure she approaches everything with a tactical and logical mindset that allows her to do things many can't while also disallowing her to do things many can. This difference in her brain causes the way she acts, the way she thinks, what she says and even the way she talks to be the way they are, with acts and speech being analyzed before they are allowed, by Jane, to occur. A logical mindset has the woman that is Malevolence looking over things with an uncanny intellect, everything approached without what she considers 'too many' emotions running around in her brain, enabling Jane to function in a higher capacity while disallowing her to savor those moments that she would surely need to experience humanity as it is. Meanwhile, the tactical side of her brain works side-by-side the logical mindset that Jane has to ensure that she has at least some amount of victory in every situations she encounters and, if it is a battle, ensuring that even at a loss Jane would have inflicted heavy amounts of damage to enemy soldiers. These things together add depths and take away depth from her personality at the same time, both hampering Malevolence in some areas in her life and aiding her in other areas of her life, something that is referred to as a double edged sword.

Jane can be considered a person that suffers from egomania in the sense that she isn't the best at comforting others and would only do so if it benefits her in some way. Holding herself high above the "unintelligent masses", Jane may, at times, seem less intelligent than she really is due to her egomania, a natural trait of those with any level of ego embedded into their mind. With her intelligence, it can be considered that Jane may acknowledge her ego, though, as with people like her, you can never truly know since they almost always shrug it off as someone insulting them or just don't know "it's there". Almost always considering herself the smartest person in the room, you can expect to be corrected on many things if Jane feels there is a reason to do so, even though this most likely won't be the case, unless you are "exceptionally daft". Jane's ego also makes her extremely dangerous, making her do things that most wouldn't due to her confidence in herself, whether those things happen in the battlefield or the boardroom really depends on the situation.

Jane is extremely intelligent, a polymath that possesses skills in various fields that range from things like Advanced Calculus to theoretical physics, genetics and various other things that most people have no skill in. While tactical analysis, business management and advanced engineering are her strong suits, no one can underestimate her capabilities in the fields of things like psychology. Usually utilizing her intelligence to make new technology and boost herself to better positions in whatever area of life she would be in, Jane's capabilities are second to none most of the time. Most likely the reason why she considers herself better than some people, the only downside of her intelligence is that she goes at things in logical, unemotional ways that some just don't understand. Although her intelligence and logical approach to things can get in the way, some of the time it benefits Jane by allowing for her to take care of situations most can't. With multi-tasking being a breeze for her, advanced calculations for many things being more than simple and her logical approach working most of the time, Malevolence really can't see a reason to change, which in itself, along with other things, is as much of a weakness as it is a strength.

Jane's intelligent quotient is in fact much smaller than most would believe it to be, the intelligence of her species crossing over to her, above average in them, but still a bit lower on the scale than most would think. She has an I.Q. of 132 and yet she acts out the plans of a genius with unrivaled precision, the decisions she makes deciding her future and, possibly, the future of others, and most people wonder why but that is because most decisions are coldly calculated in her mind. Though able to be beaten in a game of chess, even after years of training, by a grand chess player, Jane would have inflicted heavy damage on your 'army', and that is what the back up to most of her offensive, or even defensive, plans are, to ruthlessly give your lives up when a loss is near to inflict irreparable damage upon the enemy. The downside of this all is that the latter mentioned is not just in her mind, it's not just internal, her cold and calculating demeanor oozes from her beautiful skin, it makes her socially awkward. Another downside to her intelligence is that it intertwines with her ego and her greed, with her believing a lot of her plans are 'nigh unbeatable', never full proof, but nigh unbeatable, and all of her plans, decisions, et cetera, having an ulterior motive, making Jane more complicated than she appears.

Jane has a fear not mentioned in her dislikes, or even her flaws, this fear being something that is quite important to her mind, body and soul, overall, through their entireties, something no one can ignore. Jane is scared of rising souls, the "Heroes" that are making a name for themselves by helping the public, but not because she thinks they are after her, no, but instead because of what she thinks they will do. With a belief that all the world's heroes will turn on all the world's people for their own, malicious means, Jane holds herself higher than them, convincing herself she is the way she is and she does the things she does to, in the end, stop these heroes from rising up. Ruthless, that is one word that people would describe her when it comes to making decisions with Earth's "Heroes", something that will fuel her for all of eternity to enact unending wrath for what they did to her and what she believes they will do to everyone. So you see, even her most malevolent plans have a benevolent reason behind them, and she doesn't care if it is a so-called situation of 'wrong act, right reasons', she only cares that she is saving the world from these monsters.

Character history:

Jane was born into an extremely wealthy family on the Italian countryside, the clean air and green grass were an eden for her as a small child and as she ran through the fields innocently the world crumbled around her. The world crumbling around her was none other than the world created by the dark souls that were her extremely wealthy parents, these dark souls had decided above all else to keep the most important of secrets from Jane. What Jane was not told that she was "special", "special" just like her parents were, so special that her mind was above that of the rest of the human race and was something capable of grasping things millennia ahead of the current technologies. Though the girl that would turn into a thriving and brilliant billionaire with her own successful technologies conglomerate and three degrees from one of the best colleges in the world, her abilities would develop later in life and when that time came she would be hellbent on finding a way to control herself. Thus it was so that Emily grew up in ignorance of what she truly was, ignorant of the fact that she was going to become a living, breathing God that possessed a mind with a well defined edge of diamond-like brilliance.

Alas, this ignorance is the very thing that had allowed Jane to live a relatively normal life or at least a life as normal as can be when you find your mother flying through the sky like some sort of bloody, well, weirdo. After that "small incident" and Jane's exposure to what her parents were, distrust with them was sown into Jane’s young mind for they had not told her which made them liars in Jane's beliefs at the time. Of course, the event had eventually become common place and after telling her half the truth, that they were indeed special just not that she was too, Jane was fine with her parents being this way which meant that the disttrust was quickly replaced with trust once more. Overall, her childhood was pretty normal, I mean she wasn't home schooled or anything and was good in her social life, she even found out that Metahumans were every where yet this little girl had a secret too. That secret was one she kept from everybody, and has used to manipulate everyone from her parents to her peers as she grew up in life to get to the place where she has now, her mind is the mind of God himself.

In essence her family is full of very, very intelligent people who are not above manipulating their own children, and in Jane's case her own parents for Jane found out something, that something wasn't just that she was smarter than her parents but that she was smarter than everyone. This mostly led to her manipulating them for candy and cake, you know like any normal kid would do if they were as smart as her, but as she grew older she, as said before, utilized it to manipulate her friends, the rest of her family, and her peers. These events resulted in a museum of lies that have been built into a towering castle erected by Jane herself and designed specifically to weather the bombardments of the truth, thus protecting her from anyone that could call her out as a liar. Her manipulation skills are unparalled except by those fully devoted to the art, as you see for Jane the ability to manipulate others just kind of came naturally for the fledgling pre-teen and thus the crowd she hung around when younger wasn't that nice. Though having evolved far past her original plan to just get whatever the hell she wants, that doesn't mean Jane has completely foregone utilizing manipulation to meet her own ends and in fact may not have changed to incorporate it tactically and much more.

Physical Description:

A spark of strength exists within every being ever to be birthed unto a world of sorrows, despair, deceit, treachry and all of the Earth's darkest evils for they know that beneath these sorrows rests hope. Though only a few entities are capable of harnessing this strength with the allure of loneliness and sin, Jane herself harnesses it quite well and utilizes it to her advantage in the form of confidence radiating from her skin. Most evident in her intense, deep ultramarine eyes the strength of Jane is almost undescribable but the one thing you know to be true is, put quite simply, they have a lethal cutting edge to them and let you glimpse into the deepest, darkest corner's of this magnetokinetic’s soul.

The strong form of Jane strided confidently through the halls of this palace, her body being a temple devoted to bringing human physique to its absolute peak specifically to make her superior to the rest of her species. When caressed, her soft, supple flesh warms your body like the hearth of a wonderful home, the scent of burning wood and the sound of its crackling only throwing the time you have with her into a legend-like moment. Well-defined musculature brings not a bulge through her beautiful dresses even before they unwound and hit the floor to show a petite form who's muscles rippled like that of a jaguar preparing to pounce their prey.

Trained movements carefully avoid bringing any harm to the things she touches almost as if she is afraid of what will happen, this is not hesitance you see, no, instead it is fear of what could happen if she gave into happiness and still you see the spark of confidence in her. Destined to live thirty years longer than her predecessors over thirty years ago in a mixture of genes between two families, her body is a personification of humanity's perfection which was a process so long in the making. It is no wonder that she is particularly more evolved in many areas and in peak health, the only question is how will she use these abilities as her capabilities are re-discovered after having the memories of them ripped away as a child?

The Magnetokinetic Mutation

Much like her personality itself Jane's abilities have a particular sort of magnetism to them that not only would you want to avoid but also would usually only see in some kind of insane physicist's madly funded laboratory. What this means for Jane is that she possesses the rarely spotted ability to manipulate raw magnetism already existing in nature or creating it herself by extending her own personal magnetic fields. Control over this is achieved through mental 'commands' and physical motions to allow for a sort of 'telekinesis over magnetism and metal', and, eventually, things that are magnetic residing inside of non-magnetic things.
Through these various control 'mechanisms', whether they be physical, mental, or even something else that hasn't been stumbled upon yet, the superhuman feats of lifting, pushing, pulling, flattening, and otherwise molding magnetic materials is achieved. Amazing things can be done through this single, ever-evolving power as Jane explores her capabilities. But don't be fooled as even one with the power of the Gods has their limitations and great harm can come to those who refuse to use their power responsibly.

Even though I won't get into details, yet at least, you have to know how much of a burden and strain this can be on the mind of a woman whowould normally be reverred as a Goddess by the primitives of this Earth. Chronic nosebleeds, simple headaches, even severe migrains, all of this is a curse that includes being weakened physically by extensive use of an ability not normally meant to be used by the average or not so average human being meaning that it's a bit too much even for the person with the ability. When Jane tries too hard the only reasonable conclusion is that the results could be disasterous to both mind and body.

Even with that being said, Jane's body is still like a single focal point for electrical, magnetic and electromagnetic energies to flow and filter through. What this allows Jane to do is have a great resistance to being shocked, to electromagnetic forces and to radiation in general. This is achieved through a unique body part but in layers such as blood, skin, or even bone that when diluted can be injected into another person with a time limit that varies between individuals but sits somewhere between two to ten hours with the usual max being twenty four hours. So, yeah, goodbye radiation poisoning and hello life as a laboratory test subject.

When utilizing the ability to absorb electrical energies in a manner different from the usual Jane can, theoretically, discharge millions of watts of electricity in the form of bioelectric blasts. Another route that can be taken is simpler, she just destabilizes her poersonal magnetic fields and collapses in on itself while yet another way to be a portable power generator is to adjust the flow of electricity around her. Though this is completely undiscovered as a potential extension of the Magnetism Mutation it is still entirely possible for Jane to have the need to 'drop' excess energies. Throughout her entire life Jane will be constantly evolving, this is simply nature's way of showcasing a 'superior being'.

Let's just hope her powers don't become too much for the human body to handle, how her extraordinary abilities develop could mean the difference between insanity and a relatively normal life.

Not being limited to any one particular type of magnetism lets Jane have near limitless potential for development, it is just the amount of training required to get to higher levels of skill would take an absurd amount of time which, to be honest, is about as ridiculous as man-kind evolving into Gods. Nonetheless, even without a mentor to train her in the woes of magnetokinesis, the young woman has already began to prove she has a wide variety of capabilities that were well hidden under the guise of quite a few library books. It is exactly because of Jane's curiosity and a hunger to sate it that her abilities have progressed this far.

That mixed with the fact her magnetokinetic potential has been passively building up despite all memories of them beng removed or suppressed brings us to yet another simple conclusion that helps to farther define Jane’s power set. The young Adechi's powers have thgeir foundation set wholly in precision, control, accuracy, and skill. This means that as prowess of these things is gathered over time that Jane's abilities will grow in power but this will only occur when the time is right.

Without these things the motherly girl is all but powerless and fully at the mercy of a cruel, cruel world of evil where good is slowly being undone. Despite this, Jane still sees hope for a Earth and will do anything to achieve her vision of a perfect world. With this fueling her powers it is almost as if nothing can bring them down from the back of the tall and powerful horse they ride on, how ignorant and naive of the world they are and how ignorant the world is of them.

Knife throwing, disarming people, bullet tossing, all of this can be done through the power of magnetism and with concentration plucking materials out of the air is possible as well in some strange form if targetted force-fields. Flinging objects at supersonic speeds, causing headaches by moving around trace amounts of iron in the brain, even constructing water filters (with the help of pretty pictures), making force fields that repel and even propel metallic things are also entirely plausible (with training) via harnessing a force of nature. The downside is that these things need to be learned and then their volatility controlled meaning the only difference between this power and others is that you need to be intelligent, creative and know that with enough iron in the blood or metal objects on a person you can fling opponents across the room or even fly if you want to coat yourself in metal and suffocate to death, though if you can do that as a power I'm sure you'll be fine unless you accidently rip yourself apart.

Look, point is that Jane's powers in particular are based entirely around precision, control, overall prowess, and skill. What this does is allow the Italian to develop more capabilities than one who's powers are entirely or almost entirely based around sheer strength. Of course this also means if she hasn't trained enough and Emily came up against someone with similar magnetokinetic abilities, except strength based with a bit more experience, or any power really, she might as well be signing her death wish.

Starting Moves:

Advanced Electrical Pulse Generation - 1200 M (Requires Ranged Proficiency) (Requires Ranged Materialize Proficiency) (Requires Area Attack Proficiency)

By collapsing magnetic fields on top of themselves, an advanced magnetokinetic is capable of generating electrokinetic pulses and blasts from any point around their body, but it should really be half a meter to two meters away depending on the direction it fires. These high powered blasts form a sort of fold in the air as they are generated in around half a second, then they are let loose which allows one to easily fire multiple blasts. Depending on whether or not you want to temporarily triple your attack, you can fire only one, super high powered, super heated bolt of electricity that forms in the lower atmosphere before bolting down to the Earth towards your target like a bolt of lightning.

The small blasts aren't hard to create, but the lightning bolt is extremely taxing and leaves the user drained unless you have absorbed a significant amount of electricity.

The pulses are something entirely different though they form the same way, but form within range of an opponent and far enough away that they won't harm the user. Only one pulse can be made at a time due to the sheer force they possess. In a massive expulsion of kinetic and electrical energies, the 'grenade' formed explodes and devastates everything within a ten meter radius. This is an extremely powerful move that must be used carefully, lest you rip yourself apart. A more advanced version pulls in things via magnetism before condensing them into small nails and them exploding outwards, the shrapnel going past a distance of thirty meters until the kinetic energy in them runs out. That means you gotta be quite the distance away.

Both of these moves are taxing, extremely so. The advanced version is in fact so taxing it practically leaves its user powerless.

I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.
