It was early morning, just outside the peaceful town of Langweilig was a harem. The rustic village slept soundly this early, while the harem had only just started to close. Ladies of different shapes and sizes said goodbye to their paid lovers for the day as they parted for home. While the humans left for Langweilig, anything variant left for the long trip to the next town over or even further. While they were tolerated in their place of work, they knew they weren’t welcome in town.

But while most of the prostitutes were packing up for the journey home, a woman entered the harem no one had ever seen before. She was a scantily clad blonde haired lady who walked through the place as if belonged there. No one batted an eye at the strange woman, too weary from the long night to ask too many questions.
The woman walked across the harem, stepping over cushions and beds a like, and headed towards the back. She stood by a door, which she scanned carefully.
‘Manager’ read the sign on the door.
Slowly, the women’s flesh began to melt. She started to shrink as he body slowly shaped into a puddle of water at her feet. Eventually, she disappeared into the liquid. The water started to move on it’s own as it slipped under the door.

The puddle slithered into the dark room, then it slowly began to reform into a human shape. But instead of turning into the woman, this time it transformed into a little girl with short pink hair, dead bored eyes, and a little pink dress held up by a yellow scarf. The girl named Guu
The little girl headed for the filing cabinets, where she dug around files with names on them. She sifted through them until she stopped at one file in particular.
“Earnest Drumm,” she whispered to herself.
Guu recognized the name, she had been reading about him earlier on the Dataverse. She opened the file and quickly skimmed through it. As quickly as she had found it, she already put the file back into its place and shut the filing cabinet.
Her senses told her that no witnesses were near the door, so she shifted into a puddle of water again, sliding underneath the door once again, reforming as the scantily clad woman.
She headed around the back of the building where the locker rooms and showers were located. All of the ladies had already cleaned up and gotten dressed, so the lights have already been shut off, giving Guu the cover of darkness. She walked along the rows of lockers, each one labeled with a different name. She stopped when she came across the locker of Amelia Salts. Pressing her ear against the locker door, she carefully turned the combination lock, listening to each click of the mechanism. Slowly but surely, she got the door to swing open.
Inside the locker was a random assortment of items; photographs of family, jackets, clothing. Then she spotted it.
‘A diary! Perfect!’ She thought.
She reached and grabbed for the book. Sitting down on a nearby bench, she skimmed through, looking for a particular date. After five minutes of digging, she found the particular entry she was looking for. Reading it real quick, she had a snicker at what she found.

Satisfied, she shelved the book back into the locker and firmly closed it. She simply walked through the harem, saying good-bye to several other women on the way, and heading out through the front door.

Upon safe enough distance from the whorehouse, Guu, shifted back to her default form and took a nap on some tall grass.
“Tomorrow would be a very interesting day.” She said to herself.

Dear Desco,

I know we haven’t known each other for that long, but I felt it appropriate to write you this. I am leaving to be on my own. I have discovered a few things I need to do; things I need to hammer out alone. I hope you aren’t too broken up about it, but this is the way it has to be. Sorry it is so sudden, but the timing is too perfect.
I hope we can keep in contact through the Dataverse. Even though it’s been such a short time, it has felt like months for me, and I can’t help feel somewhat attached. I realize it is kind of uncharacteristically forward of me to admit that, but it’s true.
Anywho, please take care of yourself. If you meet Nyeseth again, send him my regards. If you need someone to talk to, my communicator is most of the time open to you.

Anyone else gonna be getting this game for the Xbox One?

I'm planning on getting it today, so if anyone else is we should exchange gamertags =D

Now I wouldn't bring this up if there weren't some.. strangely unsavory things going on down in The Masquerade, but what's the rule regarding using another player's NPCs during a conflict? As far as I'm aware traditional RP is "States Action" followed by "Response to Action + Own Action", and you can't just simply say "He stomps on X's head, causing the light from their eyes to go out", or to use a more recent example "Releases their bladder all over them in frustration.".

I've been thinking about jumping in on a multiplayer rts - and since SCI isn't really a viable option anymore as activity is so low - I was thinking about giving SCII a try. Just checking to see if anyone wanted to sorta jump in with me, or is interested in doing so. I just got myself my own copy and all separate from my brother so I wouldn't be sharing an account anymore (another reason why I think I can give this a shot). If anyone wants to play my battletag is Uelle#1522.

I also have Heroes of the Storm beta, but I haven't even attempted to play that one yet.

Atelos and Shang Tsung have traveled to Silent Hill with the intention of finding clues to lead them further on the path to discovering Omni.

We wanted to request an update as to the status of our search and whether or not it has yielded any 'fruit.'

Am I allowed to ask in the Omniverse Discussion for people to join my thread? I just want to know before I make an ass of myself

The instant Negi entered the gate, a strong force pushed – no, rather pulled – him downwards, much like his arrival to the Nexus. However, this trip was shorter and far more abrupt. He was suddenly expelled from the gate onto the hard earth, landing gracelessly in a heap. Owww…

He got up, looking around. It seemed that he had arrived in a forest. The trees towered around him, ancient and forbidding, their broad leaves filtering the light. The air felt heavy and oppressive. Just like the Great Cerberus Forest. I wonder what kinds of creature live here. He shuddered, remembering the dangerous creatures in the forest. I’m in no condition to fight. I need to find a place to rest and recuperate. The fight with the mage of the beginning had taken a greater toll on him than he had first thought. Even though he was somehow physically uninjured when he arrived, he was still undeniably exhausted from the fight. He also inexplicably felt weaker than he had been before. I don't know why I feel this way though. I don't even remember that much of the past anyways.

There's no use wasting time here. I need to find someplace safer. With that in mind, he set off into the forest.

Every Wednesday night at my house I currently host a board game event. A few friends and I have really been getting into boardgames. I figured there are probably a few board gamers here. It'd be interesting to share cool games or experiences you guys have had.

The last game we played was talisman. The only problem we had was that with six people we got nowhere near to finishing it in about five hours. Towards the end we had to just chuck everyone extra stat points and cut it short as soon as someone reached the crown of command because it was getting so late. To be fair, most of us are not hard-core board gamers. I suggested that next time we simply double all stat increases to cut down on the "grinding".
