Character name: Cupa
Character source: Minecraft, though technically a fanfiction based off of a mod of minecraft.
Character history: Cupa is the princess of creepers from the land of minecraftia. She has a human form because her father mixed her DNA with a human’s DNA, giving her the ability to speak to creepers and do crazy things with TNT, but keep a human body and have human emotions and thoughts.
She was at home in her castle, getting prepared for a meeting with her dear friend Willow, when she found herself standing in a black void.
Physical Description:

Cupa is five foot six, so about the average height for a female of her age.
Stats:
ATK:5
DEF:2
SPD:2
TEC:1
Starting Proficiencies: Ranged (1000), Area Attack (600), Debuff (1000)
Starting Powers: Basic Super Jumping (300)
Starting Moves:
TNT Blast- 600 OM Requires Ranged, Area Attack.
Cupa creates a piece of minecraft style TNT in her hand, about the size of a softball. Creating the actual TNT requires only one second, but it takes three seconds to prime. Once primed, it will go off in exactly five seconds, or when it hits a hard surface. Can be both thrown or placed. Is thrown at the speed of a high school pitcher pitching a softball. Has a max range of twenty feet. When it explodes, creates a medium explosion with a radius of 5 feet from the block. Isn’t extremely powerful, but can be used repeatedly with very low energy consumption. Can be summoned and thrown while moving.
Stun Block- 300 OM Requires Ranged, Area Attack, Debuff.
Cupa creates a piece of minecraft style TNT in her hand, the same way she would for TNT blast. This looks the same as TNT blast, but the red parts of the TNT are a medium orange color. Creating the stun block takes three seconds, and priming it takes another three. Once primed, it will go off in five seconds, or when it hits a hard surface. Can only be thrown. Thrown at the same speed as TNT blast. Has a max range of twenty feet. When it explodes, a blinding light emerges from the block, and envelops a twenty foot area, blinding the target for a few seconds. The higher a target’s tec, the faster they can shake it off. This would blind a normal human for five seconds. Does not do any physical damage. Is moderately consuming to use. Can not be summoned while moving, but can be thrown while moving. Cupa is used to seeing the this particular light from years of training, and is not affected by it. An opponent can avoid this by turning away from the block or by hiding behind a solid object, but covering one's eyes through hands, sunglasses, etc. doesn't work as effectively as the other mentioned methods.
Charged TNT- 600 OM Requires Ranged, Area Attack,
Tier one offensive super move
Cupa stands completely still, and holds both her arms out to the side, as if being possessed by a demon. Blue electricity crackles in the air around her, and five TNT blocks appear in the air above her. These TNT blocks are one meter in volume, so a meter wide, tall, and long. The normal red dynamite is a light blue, the same blue as the electricity crackling around her. These blocks hover for three seconds, and then simultaneously fly at the target's current location at the same speed as her other TNT based attacks. Each block creates a powerful five meter explosion on contact with a hard surface, whether a target, a shield, or a wall from dodging.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct. I confirm! Again.

(I personally request that all my OM's reset here so I can start right back at Level 1, rather than keeping a portion of my current OM as is the current ruling - it's chill if that ain't possible but I'd like to start from the very, very beginning with this guy.)
Character name: Darth Vader
Character source: Star Wars (the canon material - none of the material from legends or the non-canon EU)
Character history: Anyone who's ever seen Star Wars already knows it. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Anakin_Skywalker
This Vader's being pulled right from the conclusion of his final scene in Rogue One; A Star Wars Story.
Physical Description:
![[Image: 2094d29bcfbf591a1978caca5a80a757.jpg]](https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/20/94/d2/2094d29bcfbf591a1978caca5a80a757.jpg)
Stats:
ATK: 3
DEF: 4
SPD: 1
TEC: 2
Starting Proficiencies:
Physical Strength (1000 OM)
Ranged Proficiency (1000 OM)
Remote Control Proficiency (600 OM)
Ranged Materialize Proficiency (600 OM)
Starting Powers:
Telekinesis (Basic, 400 OM)
Starting Moves:
Red Lightsaber (600 OM) (requires Physical Strength)
![[Image: latest?cb=20150704143351]](http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/lightsaber-info/images/c/c5/Image-1436020431.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20150704143351)
The essential weapon of every Sith - the lightsaber is a laser sword capable of cutting through almost everything, from sentient human limbs to the most solid of steels. Vader's lightsaber is a staggering 119 centimetres in length, with the metal hilt being 28 cm in total and the crimson energy beam being 91 cm. It's equipped with a dual-phase function, which allows the length of the blade to be manually lengthened to reach the height of a Zweihander. The only drawback to the futuristic, advanced sword is that Vader can grow quite drained/fatigued after swinging it around blindly for too much time, making his strikes with the blade weaker.
Saber Throw (300 OM) (requires Ranged Proficiency, Telekinesis)
Vader pulls his lightsaber-arm backward for a second before launching it forth again, grip of his saber releasing to toss it in a boomerang-esque fashion towards his opposition. The saber will spin and cut through the air in a horizontal fashion, and would glide just as fast as a thrown ball, as an example. The sabre would slice and scald anyone unfortunate enough to be in the swords way as it glides through the air. After about 3 seconds (or making contact with a target) the lightsaber would return to Vader's hand, just as it was before he threw it. Vader must be in a stationary position whilst tossing the sabre, though he may move a few steps forth whilst the blade is in the air.
Force Push (600 OM) (requires Ranged Proficiency, Telekinesis)
Placing his hand forward, Darth Vader would begin to concentrate utilising his power in the force to push his opponent back a couple of feet. This move would take about a split second to perform but, however, Vader can choose to take an additional four seconds to charge up his force push to be more powerful and destructive, a torrent capable of hurling back certain enemies up to a couple of metres, all depending on their size, stature and proximity in comparison to the blast. Force Push will affect anyone with five feet of Vader's proximity - anyone further away than that will feel little effect, apart from (potentially) stumbling backward a few steps by the rogue wind. Vader can move freely when performing an uncharged force push, but in order to charge the move he must be in a stationary position.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.
Where did you find us? Need I even answer this? I've been here for quite a while hahaha

Luci examines her I.D. card after a frankly invasive search and walks her bicycle into a cavernous room filled with storm-troopers and travelers. She takes in the weird citizens without too much gawking and head-turning, navigating through the crowd and occasionally chiming her bell to make space. She comes to a large open patio and looks out over the sprawling metropolis of Tier 1. In the distance she sees the colossal watchtower that is the Imperial Palace. When she looks up, she sees the tips of skyscrapers touching the bottom of the Library of Coruscant. When she looks down, all she sees is sky. She backs away from the edge.
"First time then, love?" asks a man in a tweed jacket with an octopus for a head. A sky-taxi floats in and picks up a passenger off the balcony. Luci looks dubious. "Look 'ere," says the man with the octopus head "you see them antenna floatin' in the air there? That's the road. Stay on YOUR side of the road. I don't quite remember which side that is, mind. Go on, take your bicycle up, give it a shot."
Luci does not.
The man possibly grins, but it is hard to tell, as he has an octopus for a head. "Trust, love. This is Coruscant. You won't fall, it's simple Omniphysics. Give us a try?" he says.
Luci does not.
The man in the tweed jacket with the octopus head pulls out a hoverboard and does a kickflip into the sky-highway, catching up with traffic.
Luci pauses, then straddles her bike and bunnyhops into the sky-highway. She causes a sky-taxi to swerve and honk but quickly gets the hang of it, bringing herself up to normal traffic speed and observing the beauty of the city. It does not last long.
The obnoxious propaganda, the big booming advertisements on glowing screens, the cameras floating at every intersection, the thick police presence, the cloud of paranoia and distrust, it all makes Luci sick. She exits the highway and floats her bike down to a cafe. She passes a poster of Judge Dredd, and does not draw a mustache on it. She hefts her bike and tosses it at the the wall. The bike disappears. A picture of the bike appears on the wall.
Luci sits down while the bubbly cashiers discuss the emperor's hair. She slides a glowing, crumpled, one-dollar-bill across the counter. The cashiers do not acknowledge her, but they do press a large red button, and a robot rises out of the floor to make Luci a coffee and descend again. Luci finishes her coffee while the cashiers talk. Then, for reasons she will never understand, she leaves a tip.
Outside a storm-trooper writes her a ticket for vandalism. Luci grabs her two-dimensional bike, pulling the painting off the wall, which turns into a real bike in her hands, showing the storm-trooper it caused no lasting harm. He seems convinced and crumples up the ticket, and Luci sighs. He hands her another ticket, for parking illegally.
Luci decides to look elsewhere for a home.
Luci finds a job as a bartender on Tier 4 and an apartment she loves on Tier 5. It's a cramped one-room with shag carpeting, but Luci paints a lovely kitchenette that really brings the room together. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but Luci doesn't mind; she's a little sketchy too.

Luci opens her eyes and does not move. The crystal clear waters of the Fountain are cool and enveloping, and she hangs there suspended as if in space. It feels good to not breath, to not claw at life, but to surrender, to pretend that this moment is all that there is.
Luci swims to the edge of the fountain and pushes herself up onto the white marble rim, stretching out on it and observing her reflecting. She runs her hand lazily across the surface, and the swirling psychedelic light of her body bounces off the ripples. She stares at herself, and she thinks of home, and she begins to cry.
She thinks of the blood in the streets, and a red tear drop falls into the fountain.
She thinks of the sunsets she will never see again, and an orange tear drop falls into the fountain.
She thinks of the laughs she will never hear again, and a yellow tear drop falls into the fountain.
She thinks of the forests she will never walk again, and a green tear drop falls into the fountain.
She thinks of the oceans she will never swim again, and a blue tear drop falls into the fountain.
She thinks of the lovers she will never love again, and a violet tear drop falls into the fountain.
And she thinks of everything that was lost, and she does not lose hope, and a gold tear drop falls into the fountain.
Luci watches as her tears coalesce, swirling around each other very quickly, and a shining prismatic bubble rises from the fountain to hover in the air in front of her, a spraycan floating inside it. She watches the bubble revolve for a moment before reaching out a finger and popping it, catching the spraycan with her other hand as it falls. She shakes it, hearing the metal ball bearing clang in the bottom, and hurriedly gets to her feet. She stands on the rim of the fountain and looks down again at her reflection. She feels exposed. She holds up an arm and sprays her wrist with the can, a rainbow mist emerging and starting to creep it's way up to her shoulder.
Luci paints herself a a thin hoodie and spaghetti-strap t-shirt. She paints herself a comfortable pair of jeans, rips already apparent in the knees and the edges already frayed. She paints herself a pair of worn sneakers. She paints herself a backpack. She paints herself a set of pens, each with a glowing tip. She paints herself a roll of blank stickers. And then she hops down off the fountain, and paints herself a sparkling gold bike.
It takes her some time; the beach cruiser has a tricky body, and Luci has trouble with the angles. She thinks a lot about the handlebars, going through a few designs before settling on a high pair with large mirrors and a bell. The hardest part is the wheels; straightening the thousand glittering strands that would become the spokes is maddening. Finally she paints a playing card to flick against the back wheel, and she stands up, satisfied.
Luci straddles the bike and looks out at the vast white emptiness around her. She sees the gates off in the distance, and the odd random traveler on their way through the Nexus. It is time to find a home.
***
Luci leans forward on the bike, the back tire rising off the ground. She pushes down on the pedal once, and the back tire screams in acceleration. The playing card clacks wildly. She grins and pushes the pedal again, and lets the bike fall. The back tire hits the ground, fishtails for a moment, and then catches. She feels a lurch as she rockets forward at eighty miles per hour. She chimes her bell.
Luci arrives first at the entrance to the Ashen Steps, her playing card clacking against the back wheel of her bicycle. The black smoking is cloying, and the glowing red gate reminds her of blood, and the red tear she shed. She rides on.
She arrives next at the entrance to the Tangled Green. The leafy vines remind her of her favorite forests, and the green tear she shed. It is beautiful, but it is not her new home. She rides on.
She arrives next at the entrance to Camelot. It reminds her of the houses where she used to meet her loved ones, and of the violet tear she shed for them. Perhaps this would be her new home. She rides on.
She arrives next at the entrance to the Vasty Deeps. The palm trees remind her of tropical beaches, and of the blue tear she shed. Still, this is not her home. She rides on.
Luci approaches the Pale Moors and rides on; she does not like the dark.
Luci approaches the Frozen Fields and rides on; she does not like the cold.
Luci's bike screeches to a halt in front of the gate to Coruscant. She eyes the storm-troopers, who do not move. They do not have to speak; their uniforms say it all. She thinks that this world, more so even than the Ashen Steps, would never be her home.
Luci turns her bike around, intending to ride off to Camelot. She looks behind her, and the storm-troopers stare back. She thinks of all she has lost, and she does not lose hope, and she rides headlong into Coruscant.

Switching from the Steven. Apparently I may not need to do the switch cost thing?
15717.42 (Spent: 15,100.00)
Character name: Usopp
Character source: One Piece
Character history: Usopp is the son of Yasopp, a pirate who joined "Red-Haired" Shanks' crew and sailed away, leaving behind his wife and son. Usopp began to lie that pirates were coming. He first began this practice when he started yelling to his mother that pirates were coming in the hopes that it would strengthen her spirits enough to keep her alive. After his mother died, he just continued to do so because of the pain of having lost both parents one way or another, leaving himself alone.
Many of the villagers made a show of chasing him and throwing things at him for running through the town, but they were used to his antics. Some villagers even used his daily run through town as a sort of alarm clock. Aside from his cries of pirates attacking, he also made up stories about adventures to entertain Kaya, a young girl he met who was sick and had to stay in bed all day.
Usopp called himself a pirate and took in three younger kids, Ninjin, Tamanegi and Piiman, as his "crew"; he dubs the group "Usopp Pirates".
After Monkey D Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, and Nami arrived on his island, Usopp's life began to spiral into adventure. Almost immediately, he helped to foil a plot to take his friend's life and fortune from a renowned pirate. His bravery and determination ended up landing him a place on the Straw Hat crew, acting as their resident sniper and general handy-man.
The Straw Hat crew only grew from there, each member being a unique and valued part of the team. From the Reindeer Doctor, to the Skeletal Musician, each brought skills to the crew which helped them all grow stronger. Even when they lost their original ship (the Going Merry), they pressed onward upon a new ship known as the Thousand Sunny, though the loss of the ship hit Usopp hard enough to cause a short-lived rift in the Straw Hats.
Over their travels, the Straw Hats have beaten many powerful pirate crews, criminal organizations, and even government strongholds. They've earned a reputation for causing chaos, and have garnered bounties to match. Usopp's own bounty, in his old world, was a respectable 200 million Berries.
After failing to help save Luffy's brother, Ace, the Straw Hats temporarily went their separate ways. Usopp trained with a man named Hercule, learning the ways of Pop Greens and how to be a greater asset to his friends. 2 years passed, and when it came time to reunite with the crew, Usopp was suddenly whisked away to a strange new world.

Dave opened his eyes to the white of the Nexus, choking softly on imaginary blood as he flailed about for a moment, before sitting upright with a sudden jerk.
Dammit.
His mind flashed back to those moments with bro on the roof, and he always had his ass handed to him there too. Damn, he needed to get stronger. That colonel guy was beefy, though. Beefier than a well-inspected frank that made first place in the local farmer competition before getting served up to some porked up dude who ate for a living. Anyways, there was only one way to get better, and that was to fight some more assholes. He checked his dataverse device. Either he could try to catch in on more hellish battles in the Nexus when they happen, or maybe he can just do some bounty hunting.
The prime sat up and was met with a great ache in his back and stomach. Whelp. So much for getting back on your feet right away. Dave gritted his teeth only slightly before resuming his usual slouch, looking at the fountain, which spewed blood-red water out of its ornate and od fashioned design. It seemed to change all the time, and Dave wondered if it ever would change to the same image again. With a hmph he scanned his surrounding area, trying to figure out where to go. If anything, he might try the ashen again, see if he can't work out something to do. That shitty sword is already gone by now, that Colonel dude probably made off with it. Whatever, there's always another shitty sword somewhere. People make those things like they are going out of style. They probably are out of style, actually, but who gives a shit. They are the best to break in half anyway.
Dave stretched out as he browsed the Dataverse, if anything, it might be good to get with a group that can help him out if needed. Hmmm, those two are down, for now, there's this Thieve's Guild, nah, he isn't for being the sneaky type. Hmmm, what about these Blades guys, they're also in the Ashen, might as well join them. And whaddya know, it's on the way home. Switching off his display, Dave began his stroll across the Nexus, shaking of the death he just experienced. Gotta stay alive, can't be letting these dead Daves pile up again.

In short: I'm planning a storyline revolving around Sabrina being given a new tool to test out by Imperial R&D, and I would like to play that bit with someone. Anyone who's interested?
As for the long version:
In preparation of my planned storyline I will soon have Sabrina be contacted by the Imperial R&D department, to test a special item that they have prepared. Because that item requires extensive testing in what effects it has not just with Sabrina, but people around her, it must be done as a group experiment. Other "test subjects" or "testers" would be brought in to test other unrelated prototypes or have experiments conducted on them.
I would be happy to link this to a quest if anyone wants to affiliate themselves with the Empire (There are no Lines comes to mind) but it can be a storyline of its own. Because I don't feel comfortable with playing such a scenario in a non-consensual environment, I'd prefer to avoid either character being dragged into it against their will.
Now to the meat of the idea: Sabrina and the other character are brought in to the Coruscant R&D laboratories to test a few prototype weapons or tools. What exactly these are is up to the player, though I was planning to use this as an IC reason to purchase a new power for Sabrina - you are free to do the same for powers, moves, stat-ups etc. if you want.
The tests would take place in a controlled environment with the theme being water - a lake or sea. This could be a simulated environment (an ecosphere dome somewhere in Coruscant) or a closed-off location (in the Vasty Deep), but in either case the water and its impact on the test is playing a big role. The characters would be expected to wade through shallow water or swim and dive in deeper parts, and use whatever items are being tested under those circumstances.
Outside of the above I don't have any specifics down yet but I'm open to discussion if there are any wishes or ideas. A few suggestions:
-Sabrina and your character could be pitted in a battle against each other, made to test the prototypes extensively as they are monitored.
-They may be given a task to carry out while testing out the prototypes, such as apprehending a criminal in the lower levels of Coruscant (would be a good way to play the Hand of the Empire quest). Instead of a simulated aquatic environment it's a sewer or a flooded part of Coruscant where they fight the individual.
-They may be tasked to deal with an issue that doesn't involve fighting, such as the structural integrity of a lower level being at risk (maybe the rebels have detonated some stuff?), and a few Primes are required to summon pillars to uphold the fragile balance until architects can properly rebuild the structure.

4 very simple questions that won'ttake much time to answer.
1.When you buy an item, do you post in your log or the IC theard your creating the item in first.
2. Can you buy the commnicator and MDD as one thing, like both being the same mobile phone, and paythe combined 300 omni
3. If yes, can I add the Vita compass to it later
4. Can, as a robot, my charater have these three items build into him,(after purchase of course)
