  Victor Wolfe (original)
Posted by: Guest - 05-06-2015, 04:25 PM - Forum: Joining - Replies (5)

Character name: Victor Wolfe
Character source: Original

Character history: Victor Wolfe was raised to fulfill a purpose, his purpose was to be a guard and double for the prince of his land. His homeland was a once beautiful country with a republican government system, that voted and solved any debate or problem diplomatically however this lead to important decisions taking far too long. The decline of this once great republic came when its neighbouring nation with an absolute monarchy invaded and due to the lack of agreement in the senate the war was lost very quickly. This lead to many of Victors family members including his father and elder brother being killed in the final battle of the war.

The new country that was formed portrayed Victor and his people as second class citizens and many were forced to work in conditions that the imperial citizens would never dream of working in for example the iron and gold mines that now littered his country's landscape as the empire wanted to drain all natural wealth from the land to prevent rebellion in the long term as without natural resources the people would not be able to survive without them.

Victor was one of many children who due to being orphaned by the war were sent to work the farms to provided food for the people in the empire's vast cities, it was here that the event that would set the course for the rest of Victors life would happen. Victor had always been an able diplomat being able to solve problems between the other orphans working the farm and thus was able to gain the loyalty of many, This loyalty was most emphasized when Victor at the age of seven was receiving a regular beating from one of the farm owners. They stated it was for insubordination when all Victor had done was look him in the eye when asked about the location of another of the orphans. While Victor was having his ribs kicked almost to a breaking point another one of the orphans clearly spotted this in a moment of pent up anger hit the farm owner with the bucket of water he had been carrying. This lead to the farm hand turning his attention to the new boy and in a fit of rage grabbing him by the neck and holding him down. By the time Victor had recovered it was too late, the boy lay lifeless on the ground. Victor realised how much loyalty could matter as it had likely saved his life and caused someone else to lose theirs, Thus Victor decided to repay the loyalty shown by a boy whose name he never even learned. Lucky for him this is the barn that he hid the only possessions he inherited from his brother, he kept them hidden in a hole between two of the floor beams. Two long steel daggers, as a child they felt much more like swords to him but they were still as sharp as the day they were made. Victor quietly moved over to where he hid them and as quiet as a mouse removed them, he then walked towards the farm owner and just as he turned, plunged a dagger into each side of his chest, he tried to scream but both of his lungs were punctured and he could not muster the strength to fight, Victor felt something he had never felt before... power, the power over life and death, and it felt blissful. He removed the daggers and put them at the neck of the kneeling man. " Good Bye" he said with a smile as he dragged both blades across his throat in an x shape, the blood spilled everywhere and Victor returned to his senses. He was arrested and put on Trial for murder of a first class citizen a crime that was punishable by death.

There was no trial however, Victor was "killed by bandits on the way to the trial" or so the story the angry elite were told goes. The truth was that due to the publicity and gruesomeness of the murders ( Victor was blamed for both deaths) the case had caught the attention of a high up official in the royal palace, for Victor shared a very strong resemblance to the Imperial heir and had shown a clear willingness to kill and protect, this made him perfect as an Imperial double, he would take the princes place when the situation was too risky and also serve as the leader of the princes guard. He was smuggled to the royal training facility and trained in sword fighting ,etiquette, public speaking, assassination and many other techniques with the goal of making him the perfect right hand man to the future emperor. The training lasted until he was 16 years of age and then he was shipped of to the imperial capital.

Although it almost made him feel like a traitor to his people his job was a pretty sweet deal, he essentially was in charge of a large security force and living the life of a prince, his ward the imperial prince was not a bad person either and they even shared the occasional fun conversation, He was even offered one of only seven swords made by a master craftsmen, However he decided instead to ask the craftsmen to improve the daggers that he had used since he was a kid. The new daggers felt much lighter yet could deliver an even more powerful slice than they could before, they ended up feeling like an extension of his limbs.

However all great jobs have drawbacks in this case due to the empire's vast expansion the army was battered and weak from successive wars, this made it easy for rebels to start beating the imperial army in small skirmishes this prompted rebellions to break out on mass it ended with the capital being stormed. As the palace was being raided Victor tried to escort the prince to the secret tunnel in the royal study. The prince thanked his guard as he killed any rebel that got in his way not even looking back at the men who he where sure where flying the colours of his country. They reached the study safely and it was at this point the prince revealed the plan. He would leave and raise an army in one of the neighbouring regions from one of his uncles who ruled most of the neighbouring empires. To do this he needed the rebels to think he was dead and thus Victor was to stay behind and die. This prompted a change in Victor...Ambition, he had the ambition to stay alive and thus formulated the plan that he would kill the prince and take his place. Victor embraced the man he had been in charge of keeping alive for the past three years and once again said "goodbye" as he plunged the princes own sword through his stomach. The prince died a quick death as Victor did not want him to suffer too much.

Victor proceeded towards the secret tunnel only to find that it was magically sealed to all but living members of the imperial line, Victor realised that he was most certainly trapped and as he heard the rebels trying to burst down the doors he thought for the first time in his life " its to early for me to die". It was at this moment Victor was taken to the omniverse.

Physical Description: Victor Wolfe is a white six foot tall male with short but well maintained straight blond hair, his body is lean but well muscled designed to fit with his fighting style of closing distance and slashing with daggers, he keeps two of his daggers in scabbards on his waist with two spares on his back with the ones on his waist being the ones he received from his brother and the ones on his back being an experiment from the master swordsmen. Although he served as a royal guard he has very few injuries as his style of getting in to attack and getting out quickly means he tends to avoid getting hit. this also means he tends not to wear any armour other than a light chain mail vest designed to help stop arrows and other light dagger users. over the vest he wears a blue shirt with light fitting shots and leg and knee plates as a hit to le leg can hamper his abilities.

Basic Regeneration (1300 OM)

Starting Moves: Dagger Slash(requires physical strength): Victor slashes the opponent with his two steel daggers ( 300 om)
Dagger Dash "requires physical strength and burst movement): Victors favorite move, one he used to finish many opponents in his homeland. This move involves Victor charging up close to his opponent with a burst of speed catching them off guard and then either slowing down to steady his aim and hit a specific target or using the momentum from the burst to deliver a powerful but harder to aim attack, this attack however is very stamina expensive and leaves Victor exposed. Damage for the first method is based off of technique and damage for the second is based off speed.( 600 om)

What does the Liberation Front even DO? I get they're some kind of terror group, but what's their preferred method? Do they attack ships? Small population centers? Medium-sized population centers? How do they get around the Deep? Does a human sailing from Costa Del Sol to Blue Flame Island to the gate to the Frozen Fields need to worry about them, or do they not go after single travelers on account of them not being worth it? Do they have a plan or do they just try and sow terror?

  A Touch of Scarlet Devil
Posted by: Remilia Scarlet - 05-05-2015, 04:46 AM - Forum: The Nexus - Replies (1)

Floating lazily across the darkened night sky of Gensokyo, the mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, Remilia Scarlet, was heading towards her aforementioned home, with a pouty face and arms cross in needless defiance. She had been fighting the little devil named Seija Kijin, who had been causing quite a stir in the fantasy world as of late. Fought and lost to, in fact, for the same reason why the youkai had gotten so much attention in the first place: she cheated the spell card rules, and now there was a price on her head. Remilia had gone in with full force, threw her full force at the devil, but no avail. The defeated vampire left in a huff once her fatigue hit a brick wall, very angry that he could lose to such a half pint and, more importantly, not at all appreciating the irony that the vampire had once been the cause for the spell card rules in the first place, and now was the one defending it. Looked like Reimu was going to have to be the one to deal with the brat. Oh well.

"Let her have her win" Remilia told herself, trying to push the lost out of her mind "I'll go home to my big mansion, my maid will make me some tea and I'll boss around my fairy staff and-" She stopped when she realized she was falling into a case of sour grapes and went back to just flying back home before the sun rose again. Although tea and bossing around the fair maids did sound like it would be fun. And then in the morning she could head down to the Hakurai shrine and bother the shrine maiden. Play with her sister, lord over the humans a bit, maybe plan for a party. The Scarlet Devil's mood began to lighten as she planned out tomorrow's activities and small giggle escaped her lips as her previous pout turned to a smile. For now she just appreciated the warm summer night air on her face as she raced home.

But it all was for nothing, as soon her night sky turned to an inescapable blackness and she felt brief moment of non-existences.

--???--

Remilia first thought that this was some kind of blindness or magical darkness at first, that perhaps the night sparrow or some light fairy thought they could play tricks on her. But she could see her hands, and feet, and legs, and everything about her as if was in a lit room. It's just that there was nothing to the light to show. She shoot on a plane of some expanse with no color, save for herself.

This is probably that Gap Hag's doing. Or this is a trap from those Taoist. Or those Moriya Gods are up to their tricks again. Or- As the scarlet vampire thought of who might have been behind this strange dimension, it dawned on her that it's been some time since last that she had been the cause of an incident in Gensokyo. She made a mental note to change that once she's gotten out of here, but with no apparent escape that didn't seem to be anytime soon. She tried to shout on into the abyss to see if there was any reaction, but to her shock he found that she could not.

Remilia's mind began to wonder, questions forming as it seemed her situation grew dire. What was the meaning of this transgression against her? She demanded to know why this was happening! And as if by fate, she felt a presence. A silhouette of white appeared in contrast to the background, ready to answer. No. The being itself was of pure white...

--The Nexus--

The change to the white expanse was almost blinding to the vampire as she was once again moves from one plane of existence to another. Remilia once again was standing on a strange surface of seemingly endless world. Beside her was the only feature of note: a shallow fountain of unremarkable make, only a single column and the water dripping down from the top. The land oh white was like a place of inspiration, peace and serenity ready to be broken by imagination and-

"This is boring" Remilia said to no one in particular, looking out for whomever. When Omni had given her his speech and answers of what laid ahead of her in this strange playground of his, she was expecting... well, anything but this. There was likely more to this world what first impressions were giving, but the failure to grab her attention immediately made the vampire completely unimpressed . If she was running this show, she'd have people clambering for more. Take some pride in your work, she would have loved to tell the bald smiling weirdo.

The worst of it was just the feeling of weakness after being dumped in this bland environment. It was not down to the level of some bog-standard human, as she could still fly and have the faintest connections with the strands of fate, but she no longer felt like she could punch through a mountain, or run through the human village without anyone noticing. She felt weak, but worse: she felt vulnerable. Not since was she first turned has she felt like this. But she had already dragged herself up from there before, and with this Omnilium she will have something to work with that just her dangerous sister and a determined will.

A smile crept across the Scarlet Devil's face. One that spoke in volumes of the cunning and charisma that had now been unleashed upon the Omniverse.

"Hey, kid! Get out of here, it's too dangerous!" Not everyone got the memo, though...

An Alchemist's Task: Damsel in distress
Posted by: Cloud Strife - 05-05-2015, 12:57 AM - Forum: The Vasty Deep - Replies (6)

The nexus was just as sparse and wide as it had been a couple of weeks ago when he first arrived. Apart from the gates and the fountain, there was virtually nothing for him to notice. There was, however, some people by an odd gate off in the distance, it made him wonder what they were doing, yet it didn’t intrigue him enough to warrant any investigation on his part. Edward chalked it up to some random new primes congregating around the gates, going in one after the other. Edward stood with his back to the palm tree gate that would take him to The Vasty Deep. It was a shame that he couldn’t bring the Gryphon with him, it had been too large to travel through the gate but, then again, it would have been way to obvious that he was there for something else rather than a holiday. If he was going to get this done, and smoothly, he needed to blend in… Well, as best he could. Edward turned towards the gate, the loose parts of his coat shadowing him as he did so. Edward placed his hand on his chest, above the pendant that Winry had given to him only a few hours ago, and took a deep breath.
‘Well, it all starts now.’ Edward stated nervously as he stepped through the gate.

The trip through the gates was something that Edward hadn’t thought he’d ever get used to. The feeling of having the ground ripped from beneath you and then, just after your stomach drops and you get used to it, only to be replaced by another surface was something that Edward had never experienced before. Well… apart from all those times he’d fallen through floors and into sewer systems back in Amestris... But that was different to this. Edward heard the crunch of sand as he found the stark white scenery replaced with an Azure sky and a bright sun baring down on him. It was hot, but the breeze was cool, he felt no need to remove his red coat.
‘Oh… So that’s why it’s called the Vasty Deep.’ Edward realized as he looked out at the seemingly endless sea. Islands dotted the water’s surface randomly, stretching all the way to the horizon and most likely beyond that as well.
‘So… somewhere here, in this ocean heavy verse, I’m supposed to find a hidden prison?’ Edward sighed as he thought back on his time in Dumbledore’s office.
‘Well… He wasn’t kidding when he said it wasn’t going to be an easy task.’ Edward laughed as he began walking along the beach. Girls in swim suits, guys in board shorts and speedos, beach balls flying all over the place. It was strange for Edward to see this many people being so care free. Back in Amestris, there was always a problem, granted they were cause by the Homunculi and ‘Father’ but it was still strange to him. Fun was something that he understood, but he’d never seen this many people with the time to enjoy themselves. Edward smiled as he walked the beach towards the city that was just behind it. He was happy that the people here didn’t have anything to worry about, it was something he liked to enjoy.

With a heap of sand in his boots, Edward ventured through the city. He needed somewhere he could sit, enjoy some lunch and, maybe, just maybe, get the sand out of his boots. It wasn’t long until he spotted a nice, little, open bar with some spare tables, and considering the amount of people he’d passed by just to get into the place, he was surprised that no one was filling this place up. It was nice and small, and despite the large amount of people outside, there was almost no noise in the bar. As Edward emptied his boots, a waitress walked over with a bowel of stew and a cup of milk and placed it at the table.
‘Enjoy your meal sir.’ She smiled as Edward reached into his pocket in an attempt to find some money.
‘Oh no, we don’t need you to pay here.’ She said happily as she turned and walked back towards the kitchen. Edward smiled as he looked over his meal, but was cut short as he spotted the milk. He squinted his eyes and glared angrily at the milk, as if he was a child looking at a bug that he hated.
‘I hate milk…’ Edward muttered to himself as he took the spoon and began eating. It was nice, different to the stew he was used to, but it seemed very similar.
‘I’m not touching that though…’ Edward scowled as he pushed the milk away with his spoon. Milk tasted disgusting and he didn’t know how anyone could even think about drinking it. Edward finished his meal, the stew was good, but he didn’t touch the milk, and leaned back against the wall he was sitting in front of.
‘Now I just have to find the empire’s headquarters in this verse...’ Edward said to himself as a stranger from across the room looked up at him. Edward hadn’t noticed him yet, but the stranger had heard him and gotten up. The man sat down at the table, his smile made him seem calm and his eyes were warm, it made Edward feel awkward as he stared the man down. He was dressed in a brown cloak and had short, brown hair and fair skin.
‘You’re an odd young man if you’re looking for the empire.’ The man smiled as he looked at Edward.
‘Yeah, so what?’ Edward replied with his usual attitude as the man looked at Edward’s milk with a confused look.
‘So… you must be the new guy then?’ The strange man asked as Edward sat forward, the man had interested him now… and given him a way in.
‘Well, I might not be the new guy you’re expecting, but I have been sent here by the Empire.’ Edward replied, a complete lie, but he did it with such a convincing tone.
‘Ahh okay, well that makes sense. What did they send you here for?’ The man asked as he began to relax around Edward, his smile turned into a bored look and his eyes seemed to have a ‘battle hardened’ look to them. His demeanour had seemed to completely change.
‘That’s top secret, but I was told I needed to speak to the man in charge of Headquarters here in the Vasty Deep.’ Edward replied as he crossed his leg and sat back again, he needed to seem less interested and make it look like he was just here on business.
‘You know... we get a lot of Primes like you coming and going from here. But I guess I could show you the way. I know how the empire can be with their directions.’ The man sighed as he rolled his eyes and stood up. Edward stood up after him and followed him out and onto the streets.
‘Come on, I’ll take you to the Empire’s HQ.’ The man said as they walked slowly down the streets, through crowds of people. Edwards plan was going better than he had thought. Either this guy was an idiot that found it easy to trust, of he was just going along with Edward, either way, he could probably take him. Edward smiled slightly as he found himself progressing along faster than expected.

  The Green Labyrinth
Posted by: Zelda - 05-04-2015, 11:34 PM - Forum: The Tangled Green - Replies (10)

Acres of churned up soil greeted Muse. It spread outwards with clumps of grassy knolls, fields of yellows, browns and greens, and finally, the groves that parted way into a nigh impassable canopy of trees and their roots. The thickets weren't so broad this close to the Gateway, but a keen eye could place that further within, only fractured rays of the sun could pierce the Tangles of Green. A person could pass through and disappear into the forest after a few minutes of walking, but she lingered for moments, briefly shifting back to examine what had hastened her arrival: the Arch with pure energy at its precipice.

From this viewing, it reflected the endless spans of bark, stem and leaf, but with a squint, she could make out the Void in the murky shimmers that she had departed from: the Nexus. Despite all the unknown dangers of exploring a new World, Zelda much preferred this realm to that of the White where Omni had first summoned her. At least it felt real to her, and the air not so thin upon her chest. Thankfully, she appeared to be alone for the time being. Yet, she had made that assumption and been in error only a few hours prior. It would be best to have some means of defense.

Omnilium gleamed in a palm once more. She stared at it, concentrating on the shape she wished to form. Slowly, the sphere extended in bright flashes of light, and in many colors. Without so much as a footfall onward, she allowed some of that precious source drain from her. Glimmering behind her the Portal fluctuated, reacting to the sudden influx of power, but thereafter stabilizing. As a few minutes passed, she now stood armed grasping tightly upon a familiar blade. Simply put, the brandished Rapier slid into the sheath at her side - a perfect fit.

Sure enough, the equipped and the ready for trouble: find it. A voice first hummed to the West. Not far, but not so near that it drowned out the breeze that blew, and the wildlife that beckoned from deeper in. As such, it wasn't really threatening per say, just odd. A soft lyrical cadence if anything at all, and then, words - surprisingly not in a foreign tongue as Muse expected.

Rend the mane stay the flesh.
Take the sharp toss the dull.
Break the tooth and carve the ear;
But, watch where puss spews.
If infected burn the corpse;
Pour acid on its bones;
Bury the dust where none dare tread.
The Blight will not take me.
The Plague will not save me.
Lies. Lies. All lies to draw us in.
The Fair Lady seeks an end.
But, foolish as so many lost;
Among them I am not.
Scorn those that Hunt.
Purify those that return.
Talanniel will not.

All the while as a woman sang, Muse approached. At first merely curious, but she soon feared for the singer. The lyrics were not those of a sane mind. Nor was the melody anything that urged her to feel welcome. However, she needn't convince herself to press on. The way onward and to the West, crept towards an enclosure surrounded every which way by life, but at its center leaning against a boulder was anything but.

A humanoid of discolored skin and pointed ears rested; half her face eaten away and rotten with holes that burrowed inwards, concave into chunks of flesh. The spared side still had a bright eye that could look upon where the footfalls of a visitor fell. While alive bits of purple skin (that which had yet to turn utterly black and decay), prickled into goosebumps. She watched, tilting her head as Muse parted between thick blades of grass. Thereafter, she fiddled with the dagger in her hand.

Muse pulled back her hood as she drew near. Her golden locks fell unevenly into a mess along her back. It clumped for a second, but then, she shook it out. At any other time that might have been a playful greeting. But, honestly all she felt was the hot sweat that had gathered during her travels. She too observed with a stern face. The suffering of the individual before her, that much she could tell.

"You have beautiful voice." Muse began. The cackling deep laughter stirred birds from their nestling. Taken aback by the response, she cautiously slipped a firm hand around the hilt of her blade. She didn't need to be a telepath to understand pain, but she felt it all the same. Something was quite literally tearing into the very fabric of this person's existence and rewriting it. The fact that the former Night Elf could still communicate at all was amazing.

"Have they sent you then, she-elf. Sentinel? No, I think not! Such an odd thing. Your skin's wrong. It wants me to kill you." Whispers and shouts, the way this lady spoke made little sense. "You should strike first, before the Blight takes me. I've wandered so far from them all - thought I could escape; there's the Portal that way, but death is coming. And, I but am mortal."

"Mortals have names, like anyone else, what is yours?" Coughs replied. Blood trailed from the Elf's lips; even the armor was corroding, and morphing to suit the needs of the disease. Muse frowned. It wouldn't be long now.

"I am - was - Talanniel. Tali to friends. The High-Priestess bade me to go, so off I went. Scouting she said. I met death instead." She laughed then, far more naturally - it almost sounded fully filled with life. Like her voice, that too was a type of beauty. "It's ugly, by the way, in case you're curious."

"Is the forest ill?"

"Yes and no. The Fair Lady will see it saved. And, soon - others helped. But, many were lost." For the first time Muse noticed the hair: naught but straw and strings nearly all fallen out with the Rot. She wanted desperately too turn away, but she didn't have the heart.

"Do you wish for me to stay?" She would stay regardless, but the question still needed to be asked. The answer would be a testament to the last refuge of sanity to she who would be yet another lost to senseless chaos.

"Yes."

"Do you still desire to end me?"

"It does, yes."

"Will you though?"

"No." The dagger fell from her hands and stuck into the earth. Its rusted steel bore marks of a terrible journey through rushing waters, and the faintest hints of blood of all manners lingered around its edges. It did kill, but not now and never again.

Muse hummed quietly, at first to herself. She knelt down breathing deep and allowed the tune to bolster. She sang. Not a lullaby, that would be too sad. Instead, she sung something half-remembered. In a veiled memory of a far of distant time, when the Goddess still protected the realms, and evil could not be named. Zelda hoped that the departed found peace in the Omniverse, but she had no other way to ease the passing.

She remained until the ballad finished. When it ceased, the Night-Elf breathed no more. Muse stood again, she let her hand fall away from her blade, and with it, she brushed hair that had fallen astray out of her eyes. An affliction that feeds on death, she resisted attacking, but, the body wanted to. I pray that this 'Blight' is almost over, as I believe I've learned what an Elf is (was). As her thoughts swirled ever on, she walked on beyond the clearing and into the nearest Grove.

Oooooooh come on.

Somebody had to do it, right? It was inevitable Tongue

Basically.. ship the character above you with another character on here, whether it's an NPC, a PC or whatever else. Be as comedic and silly as you wish.

Since this is the first post, I'll just pick two people from random.

Atelos x Shang
The Spartan and the Soldier.. has a kinda nice ring to it Tongue they have a pretty nice platonic thing going on. I mean, it could work out, right?

Mami laid with her weight evenly distributed across each of the three benches on her dinghy, which were now wrapped in blankets and pillows made from ribbons. The boat was now fortified at its edges with those same ribbons. But despite her comfort, Mami did not sleep - Her eyes were open, trained on the sky. She still felt pain in her burns, but the pain was beginning to subside through ignorance. She would need to find some way to mend them soon, or at least some way to bandage them. No immediate means of doing so came to mind, unfortunately, so it seemed she would simply need to stick things out as hard as she could until she found some kind of doctor... Since it certainly seemed she didn't need to keep her abilities as a Magical Girl, nor the fight that she just took part in, a secret.

She had been drifting for long, longer than she had bothered to remember - All she knew was that the time she had spent stuck in the wooden cradle she called her boat was too much time indeed. Where was she going? Where had she gone? It seemed almost as if she had been drifting through nothing for so long that she would never reach land again.

Just then, she felt a sudden crash against the front of the boat. She bolted up into a sitting position, ignoring the pain she felt in her head from impact, and tossed everything inside the boat up onto the land she had crashed against. In about five seconds she swiftly tossed a dozen and a half pillows and eight blankets onto a little stone ledge, then she jumped up from her boat and onto the ledge, which was about eight meters from sea level. She would need to ensure her boat didn't drift away on her, so she looked for something she could use as a short-term anchor for pulling the thing to shore. She looked to the island she now was standing on, where she saw she was in a small clearing - Dense forest made up the majority of the island from what she could see.

She was fortunate in that sense, as she had a number of potential anchors. She extended her left arm out, sent a ribbon from her left sleeve, and then sent another from her right sleeve at the boat below her. Both connected with their targets and wrapped around them - Mami began to pull the boat up from the water by walking towards the tree - The boat offered great resistance, and it didn't help much that Mami was not much when it came to feats of physical strength. She began to pant, and a bit of sweat mixed with ocean spray covered her brow as she looked back to see part of the boat's edge on the cliff she had been standing on about half a minute ago. With energy and hope renewed, she continued on stronger until she felt no more need to pull; At that, she let her ribbons return to her sleeves, where she dispelled them and returned to her position near her boat.

The clearing she found herself in now was far from impressive. It was small, almost cramped in size, but she hoped it would be nice enough to call home for a short time. With a smile she returned to her makeshift camp, a boat that could be described as an underdog at best and a pile of cushions and thick blankets. Mami had no idea what she could do with this that would give her some form of temporary shelter, at least one that would remain stable. She could try making something with Omnilium, but she got the impression that making something big and important like a shelter would take lots of the stuff, unlike her school uniform.

"I guess I could always just rest here for a while," Mami concluded. She picked up a blanket, laid it out flat on the stone near the cliff (But of course far enough from the edge so she wouldn't fall), covered its edges with pillows and laid a blanket out on top. She slipped underneath the top blanket, got comfortable, and with a smile she let herself drift off to sleep.

  Beach Party Interest Thread?
Posted by: Atelos - 05-03-2015, 08:41 PM - Forum: Omniverse Discussion - Replies (148)

Not sure if you all heard this in the Chat but the Staff have been thinking to run a Non-Canon Seasonal Event this summer. The entire thread would be "for fun" and basically would be our characters hanging out somewhere doing things they typically wouldn't be doing. For example, Beach volleyball and other social events that people at the Omniverse wouldn't have the chance to write out. This would be located in the Creative Corner.

The Summer Thread would be a beach party that would involve:

Beach Volleyball
BBQ
Campire
Swimming
DJ
Boat Rides
Other Games
Etc.

Venue Possibilities: Nexus, The Vasty Deeps, The Endless Dunes

We will announce the specific date later on. Please reply down here if you are interested and/or you have any suggestions to make this event more fun.
