Character name: PANDATRON (It's an acronym for something)
Note that the pronoun "him" or "it" can be used for PANDATRON indistinctly, or the nickname "Panda"
Character source: Original
Character history:
PANDATRON is a defense robot, with a psychovore generator. He is designed to eliminate targets and to feed off their hopes, dreams, determination and motivations. The feelings that drive people forwards driveit forwards. The flames of passion that may stir in his opponents to defeat him fuel him. That's the genius of the psychovore generator.
As such, he is especially fit to eliminate heroes.
Those who rebel against a particular thing, those who have the strength of personality to cause a revolution, those with strong convictions.
This PANDATRON is unit 3. As a PANDATRON, it isn't particular bright outside of his own programming and databases, and as an early prototype unit, it hasn't seen much of the outside world. All it knows is that he has to conserve "order" (whatever that is), or enforce it. And that the storage building is a very very boring place. Whoever built unit 3 really didn't give him much use, and just left it there to pretty much rot.
However, one day, unit 3 was simply torn out of his own universe in a spatial warp, and cast to the Nexus.
Unit 3 remained there for a while, unsure what to do. It didn't have any orders to follow. As far it knew, "doing" anything outside of his own programming was unthinkable. Yet, somehow, something clicked. Perhaps it was the overwhelming amount of heroism that permeates the Omniverse that somehow got to his CPU.
He started to become a "hero" himself. Just a little bit.
He started to call himself a "he" as well, and considered himself an individual as anyone else. He started to become sentient. Aware.
However, he did find comfort within his original programming. It felt like useful advice to follow, like the kind a mother gives her children before they leave home to play. Thus, unit 3 went out on his own quest to enforce "order" how he saw it fit, proudly using his "surname" PANDATRON as his own personal title.

Stats:
ATK: 5
DEF: 1
SPD: 4
TEC: 0
Starting Proficiencies:
Physical Strength – 1000 OM
Starting Powers:
Advanced Jump – 500 OM
Starting Moves:
DROP THE PANDA – 300 OM, Physical Strength, Basic Super Jump or higher
Panda has his face show an expression of effort and his body leans forwards, showing the intent of jumping. If he knocked out of position while charging (for example, pushed), the charge is lost. After three required seconds of charging, he jumps into the air until the apex height, and then lets himself drop straight downwards, quickly gaining momentum and lightning-fast speed by the power of this move as he falls to the ground directly below him, and impacts with terrifying strength with his body, being able to pierce a roof made of metal plating with the amount of force in the attack. He can do other actions along this move, as long as they aren't an impediment to performing it (such as using enhanced senses, for example). Due to the charging, he can brace himself for impact and receive no recoil damage (only recoil damage) from hitting something with this attack with such force. People near the area of impact can feel the ground shake and such, but receive no harm - only characters directly hit by his body get damaged. He needs to free-fall after charging a minimum of 20m for this ability to inflict its full damage and reach full speed, less height means proportionally less speed and force built up during the fall. Hitting something with this move (dramatically) breaks stealth (if he has stealth).
Psychoshock Charge – 300 OM, Physical Strength
Panda can focus for three seconds and lace his body with an electric-like charge by channeling the psychic "heroic energy" that fuels him. Upon contact with another Prime (regardless of who it is), it discharges, inflicting an terrifyingly strong shock which causes a shredding amount of sparse rips and tears in flesh to a victim as the bolts arc throughout their body, causing harm similar to as if a few frag grenades had just exploded in melee range. Panda can hold the electric charge within his body for a few minutes, after the which it just disperses.
HERO PANDA – 600 OM Tier 1 Super Move
Allows Panda's body to instantly become super resistant at will as it bolsters up with heroic energy he has stored via his psychovore generator, thus allowing him to tank even incredibly powerful attacks for a few seconds as the enhancement lasts. Can block any Tier 1 Super Move.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.

Stop!
Don’t read this! I am warning you. Turn back now. Close this page and move on with your life.
You are still reading. I beg of you, stop it now. It’s not as if I wanted to annoy you. Please, you have to stop.
You are not reading a normal story. You don’t know what will happen if you read on. Things will happen. Stop now and perhaps I can still save us.
Stop, before I cannot hold it in any longer…

“So”, he said, “this is the big phenomenon that has startled the inspection team?” He was sitting comfortably in his office chair, behind a large desk and looking at a handful of photos.
On the other side of his desk stood a man who was nervously moving his hands, interlocking fingers and letting go again the next second. His tie hung slightly loose, as he could tell, and a bead of sweat was running down his forehead. “It’s not just a phenomenon. We’ve taken several photos and the similarity with a butterfly is stunning. You could almost believe that it was drawn onto the wall.”
He tossed the photos onto his desk. “It’s the size of a fingernail, as you described it, Mr. Gordon. I repeat myself, is that the big phenomenon that startled you? Because I don’t see anything but a blotch in an odd shape.”
“It’s… well, it may of course be just that, a blotch, but…”
“Then don’t pay any further attention to it. You were tasked to inspect the reactor silos to ensure everything is okay. This blotch isn’t something to be startled about. It’s only some dirt in an oddly arranged fashion.”
“But…”
“No buts. Now leave, I have work to do.” He waved his hand dismissively, and the man, knowing that his job was at risk if he didn’t follow order, hastily left.

You haven’t read too far yet, it’s not too late to turn back. I can still fix what you did if you just quit reading now.
You haven’t stopped. Why? Are you doing this simply to challenge me? Do you think it’s some kind of game? I’m telling you, this is more! Much more! You don’t know what you’re getting yourself into!
This is not about you anymore! You are being selfish by reading on and on! I’ve told you this is dangerous!
And yet you read on. You know what? Fine! Read on! Summon the catastrophe! I won’t be to blame, this will be your fault and nobody else’s! I tried to stop you but you didn’t listen.

“Yes? Oh, him. Yes, send him in.” He sighed and pushed himself straight on his chair. What was he coming for now?
He walked in, just as nervous, if not more than last time. How long had that been? Two weeks? Something like that. His suit looked fresher than the last time and he was wearing a black tie that matched his skintone much better. And he held an envelope in his hand.
“What do you want?”
“Sir, this is about…”
“The butterfly? That dirt speckle?”
He nodded and brought up the envelope he was holding. As he slid it across the table, it opened and several photos came out. The butterfly again. No, there were several.
“What now?” he asked while looking at the pictures.
“They… well, they appear to be spreading. There’s more now.”
“I can see that. You got five in one picture. What about them?”
“Sir, they are… this is not normal! They are looking too similar to one another, and the original one has grown bigger! It’s up to twice its size when we took the photo!”
“So what? The dirt is probably accumulating around there for some reason.” He put the photos back and slid the envelope back over. “A handful of butterflies isn’t going to be enough to scare me, let alone be a reason for action to be taken.”
“But… but… we don’t know what they are! We have to investigate!”
“You mean, you would like the plant to be shut down so you and your men can go in to take a look?”
He seemed a bit at ease and nodded hastily. “Yes… yes, exactly. It wouldn’t even be long, a week at most, and…”
“Mr. Gordon, do you believe that I will allow the plant to be shut down for an entire week, losing an enormous sum, just over some butterfly-shaped speckle?”
“It could be something dangerous! There might be more reasoning behind it!”
“I’ve heard enough. This is completely ludicrous. Now leave my office before I lose my good mood and decide that keeping YOU around is ludicrous as well.”
“But, Sir, please…”
“I said leave. NOW.”

Have you read far enough?
You’re still reading on. Listen, perhaps we started off wrong. I’m not your enemy, I swear. I’m really trying to protect you. It was wrong of me to get angry earlier. But you have to understand, I must stop you from reading. Every word you read makes matters worse, I’m not sure anymore if I can fix what you did. But if you stop now, I can perhaps still save it.
You’re still reading. Why?
This is not a story of a pretty princess getting saved. You can tell it’s not going good. It’ll get worse yet. There, I spoiled the story, now you can stop, can’t you?
No you can’t, it seems.
It’ll get worse. A lot worse. You must stop reading now. I beg of you, don’t continue. This story is not like the other stories you’ve read. It’s powerful, and it’s dangerous. Every single word is making it more dangerous. It’s the nature of this story.
If you stop now, there may still be hope.

“Mr. Miller? I’m…”
“… Ms. Netia from the Ministry. I’m aware.”
“We have received word of a phenomenon on the inside of reactor 2. Butterflies, I’m sure you remember. A total of 27 by now, and constantly growing.”
“Let me guess, you want to request an in-depth inspection and demand that I shut the plant down so you can take a look.”
“That would be correct, Mr. Miller. I hope you are willing to cooperate in this matter, as…”
“You’re wasting your breath, Ms. Netia. I have told Mr. Gordon, and I’m telling you now: butterflies are not enough for me to take action.”
“This isn’t just a normal phenomenon anymore. They have been spreading all over the inside of the reactor silo. A single one would have been acceptable as an oddity, but over two dozens is alarming. You must shut down the reactor so we can investigate.”
He stood up and put his hands on the table, glaring at the woman. He enjoyed how she had to look up at him when he did that. “Your ministry has no authority to command something like this! You cannot force me to shut down the reactor if you don’t have a court order to back you up! And I doubt you have that.”
“I was hoping that we could talk some sense into you, Mr. Miller.” She replied coldly.
“Sense? I’ll tell you what makes sense: it’s to oppose this ridiculous demand. The amount of profit I would lose from shutting the plant down for a week far outweighs the costs of hiring an attorney to oppose you in court.”
“We will win regardless, Mr. Miller!”
He laughed. “I highly doubt that. Now leave my office.”

I’m begging you, don’t read on! You aren’t realizing what damage you are causing! It will get worse if you read more, only you can stop it.
Do you want to read on still? Listen, I’ll tell you something. What you read is happening right now. It happens because you read it. If you hadn’t read it things wouldn’t have happened.
Do you see why I’m so desperate now? You know it gets worse. And yet you haven’t stopped reading. But now is your last chance. You can at least limit the damages that you have caused if you don’t read on anymore.

Weeks passed as the courts were overfilled and needed time to get the case set. The lawyers on both sides tried to persuade the opposite side to rest their case, making it clear that neither party would back down. Weeks during which the nuclear power-plant continued to function.
As it turned out the butterflies were caused due to dirt settling into a dent in the structural integrity of the nuclear reactor number 2. What had started out as a microscopic crack had grown and spread, looking like a butterfly, then two, then ten. It had spread across a wide portion of the inside of the silo until the crack caused too much damage for the structure to uphold itself under the next nuclear fission.
Within seconds the fission got out of control and caused a nuclear meltdown which spread to the other two reac-tors and led to a chain reaction that exploded the entire facility. Most workers didn’t have the time to realize what was happening before the explosion tore them away.
The explosion blew tons of radioactive particles into the air and spread them among the clouds, where the high winds took hold of them and covered further areas in their destructive radiation.

Are you satisfied now? Are you happy with what you did? Was it worth satisfying your curiosity? You did the damage that I cannot undo. Now the story must continue, but it’s not written yet.
You probably don’t realize what you did… do you? Then take a look out of the window. Do you see the dark cloud in the sky, coming closer?
That’s not a storm cloud.

Character Name: Xavier Vonzell
Character Source: Original
Character History: Growing up from a small small island village known for its magical arts the world he originated from was full of monsters and demons as well as those of divine abilities as well. As a child he was fairly sickly and weak, tending to be unable to do much or even help around the house, by the age of 5 he was told he might not live in this world for very long, the boy of two poor farmers seemed to have his fate sealed if it wasn't for one night he grew tired of staying inside and walked out into the woods. The sickly boy could barely get far before he was lost and exhausted beyond measure, however before he could collapse he would stop at a broken oasis that had long since been abandoned, it was tiny and extremely unnoticeable to a normal humans eye.
In this oasis he noticed a small shrine, it looked like the size of a bird house and hadn't been given tribute for in years for, so using some flowers near by and a gold coin he offered it to what ever spirit that was there and asked for nothing in return. This act summoned the tiny mouse spirit known as Azalea, taking after the flower he used as tribute, it seemed the boy's offering and spirit was strong enough to summon at least a tiny creature however most mages would laugh at such a small conjuring when most children his age learned to summon dogs and much bigger animals. However grateful for his offering she noticed he was sickly and would die any day now thanks to it, so in return for placing an offer at her long since abandoned shrine she would accompany him and use what little power she had to help him get better. It wouldn't make any immediate changes but it would eventually help to keep him alive as she used her spiritual energy to supplement his own.
Months would pass and sure enough the mouse spirit Azalea would assist the boy in recovery and make him much stronger, active and faster than kids of his own age. Not only this but having a more so symbiotic relationship with him as the years past she began to grow in power the stronger he became as his 'favor', a term meaning how much faith he placed into the spirit, made her grow into a tiny lessor creature into a medium sized one capable of doing amazing abilities. By the time he got into his teenage years he was a strong young man and helped bring his families farm into a much better condition, they were working together and eventually this helped them both. In magic classes where others believed he had no help he excelled thanks to his spiritual guardian and eventually was marked as an esteemed member of the village, helping with every manor of things.
However one day which seemed like any other day the sky grew extremely dark and thunder started to fall down in area's around their island, it would seem that something was happening of course as many people would come out to see. In a flash of light a wizard would appear. This person was the cause of this disaster which only increased as he shot down lighting bolts to demolish the village, taking runes, magical tomes, and anything he needed with the help of his many agents. Fighting them off Xavier tried his best to push them back but he was still a novice and not nearly as skilled in powers as his many friends were, telling him to run away he knew he couldn't do much and followed after Azalea who told him to do the same. However this came at a cost as when he got to the shore line a massive flash of fire and lighting demolished what he knew as his home and eh was forced to escape with Azalea, the two of them being the only people he has known that has escaped this disaster.
Sailing off his home island he would begin a journey on his own for the next two years of his life, all the while his relationship with his spirit friend only grew, some times they fought, sometimes they laughed but others they learned and would keep learning even in the new universe they would end up coming into soon enough. At the age of 20 he was assisting a mage in a kingdom far from his home island, this mage had an interest in seeing other worlds and universes but was ill prepared for it, unfortunately for Xavier he didn't know this and when he was practicing his magic he opened a rift to another location which the young man got sucked into. Waking up he was soon at the foot holds of the nexus and thrusted into this new and odd world with not much of an idea as to how he got here.
Physical Description: Sporting a brown colored hat with his typical white dress shirt he seems to be wearing dark blue pants with a white fold at the bottom of them. Under his shirt he has on a simple black short sleeve T-shirt, aside from this some noticeable changes would be that he no longer wears boots regularly and simply wears gym shoes to better move around in. Finally his black leather belt keeps his pants around his waist while the gold colored buckle secures it.

His black hair is short and his skin color is white but with a small tan, his body is a lot more healthy and strong as well given his maturity. His hair has a small spiky appearance and is a bit messy about his facial features, speaking of his facial features he looks more accustomed to his age but only a bit as he has no facial hair. He seems boyish, having a bright and sunny gaze that always seems chipper and relaxed, more of a carefree kind of look. His skin tone hasn't changed at all from his previous look however he looks a lot older and mature for a twenty year old.
Anyone with spiritual abilities or demonic powers could tell that Xavier's aura is of a powerful nature, it is much bigger than normal only because of the spirit accompanying him. Those with keen sight can see her, she is a small anthropomorphic chibi mouse wearing a cute tiny blue robe, she is also bigger than a normal mouse and seems as big as a toddler as she normally stays by his side or is sitting on his shoulders. She has grey fur and large ears, not to mention seems almost childlike in nature however she can be fickle and even speak like an adult at times given her age is many times over Xavier's. Her aura, like his own, is a light teal color that is slightly glowing but nothing spectacularly strong.

Some of you who have been around long enough will know what I'm talking about. The rest of you will have no Idea who it is that I am talking about.
Basically, Kito was my original second character, he was a Naruto inspired character and he eventually got swapped out, which eventually led back to a Naruto character, but this time as Minato.
So my question is, Should I bring him back?
As an NPC of course. I was thinking of having him assigned under Minato. As a Genin Protege that would Pretty much be accompanying Minato on his missions and various other adventures.

Looking for good ones. I'm not much into cutesy cringey stuff (not judging those that do, it's just not my thing). I like stuff that's both cereberal and action-ey. Prime example is Full Metal Alchemist, which remains probably my favourite anime if not for One Piece and Hunter x Hunter (I like shows with a lot of episodes, too). Code Geass was also excellent. Death note is probably the best written anime I've ever watched. Gurren Lagann kicked ass. I'm not a big fan of fan service in my anime (I find it often blemishes on otherwise good shows), but I will make exceptions when the show is really good like Kill La Kill. I thought Naruto was pretty good at the beginning but I sort of grew out of it towards the end. Any good recommendations?
I was told Legend of the Galactic Heroes was a good thinkin' man's show but but I zoned out like Lord of the Rings. I couldn't remember who anyone was.
I just gave Blood+ the 3-episode test and found it wanting so quit. I'm currently watching Fate/Stay Night and while it passed the 3-episode test for me, I have noticed that some of the English scripting is terrible and some of the tropes made me wonder. Psycho Pass and Gintama are on my list.

I feel....cold rush over me as I pass through the portal, 'Damn that cold!, I think to myself.
After what feels like a few days to me I finally get through the portal, "Well that only took forever, O thee mous deus!", I say as I look at the sprawling city. My jaw drops as I try to take everything in. "Quid est this place?" I say aloud as I drift on my hover bike down the main road.
I look around and see a lot of troops 'Man is there some where I can escape the fricking military? Plus they seem like secondaries, I don't want them hurt.... ' I say thinking of the three I met right outside the gate. 'Hopefully all are like them...'
