I've received this question in various forms over the last 36 hours, so I'm making one post that will hopefully resolve the inquiries.
For the purpose of 'time-based' mechanics in this 2-round, 2x2 tournament, please consider '1 round' to be 4 consecutive posts.
If I am Poster #2, and I decided to activate a Transformation in my post 'and have it go one round', that effect will conclude when it's my turn to post next.

The oni demon was asleep laying on the ground being sent to a unknown world, Project Zenotic was a complete success. All of his memory and past was completely erased thinking the project was going to become a killing machine. But was erasing his memory the way to go maybe it was a stupid decision however his creators thought about the long run only time will tell.
He started coming around the oni demon was waking up his brain hurts. "Where am I? Owww, why does my head hurt so bad so many questions yet I don't know who I'm suppose to be". Tyson started getting up and started looking around wondering what kind of strange place was this. Why was his head in so much pain the poor demon couldn't think straight. A strange sound was emitting close to him somehow the oni demon would have to ignore the pain and find out what it was. Some cougar was looking at him after tearing apart a bunny rabbit looking for it next meal, Tyson started running away. For some reason, He was running faster then the cougar managing to get far away from the threat yet how could his speed be that fast. If this pain subsides maybe the poor soul will start remembering a little until then he'll need to find some form of food and shelter. Regardless, He'll need to find some water to clean himself up a bit finding a small lake started to look at his reflection in the water. "My name....is Tyson....T...Tyson Renegade, Ok that's a start everything after that is a blank. Judging by my appearance...I look like a demon or something worse. Don't crave evil but in time who knows what my powers are capable of."
Started cleaning himself up washing his face, He stops after getting clean feeling a lot better. Looking at his right hand, Tyson thought his arm looked more like a dragon's arm almost demonic mutated.
Hearing his stomach growling it was time to search for food also shelter for the night. Looking around a few homes seeing if there was an open window after searching around one window to a kitchen was open. It was wrong to steal stuff but the demon had no choice and his hunger needed to be sated getting inside the residence. The sounds of people upstairs, Tyson needed to be careful opening the door the food pantry seeing what was inside to eat such weird selection of food. "What kind of? Wait, I remember this is healthy food for people wanting to lose weight they eat this kind of crap. C'mon, They got to have some sort of snack in here" He finds something to snack on as a teenage child wakes up to noises down in the kitchen wondering what it was.
She slowly goes downstairs finding a demon in her food pantry quickly grabbing the broom to defend herself. "SPAWN OF SATAN WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY MOTHER'S KITCHEN?". Tyson froze seeing the young girl trying to get ready for a fight as the demon ate enough jumping out the window and running away. People were yelling what kind of creature was that calling for help something or someone destroyed a entire food pantry stored of food. His hunger was sated for now but that might have been a mistake but why should he care they had food and the demon enjoyed himself. As dangerous as that was maybe he'll need to do that again the only other thing was finding shelter for the night. He'll figure out what to do in the morning, Tyson started walking and discovers an abandoned barn hoping this will provide him shelter for the night. "This will do nicely...."

CHARACTER NAME:
Meriwa, Meriwa-Who-Dreams-Glory
CHARACTER SOURCE:
The Monster Hunter franchise, in short, a Monster Hunter AU OC.
CHARACTER HISTORY:
There once was a tribe named the Blue Sea Kin. They plied the islands and oceans of the Three Spoked Wheel. There they hunted the beasts, cultivated what they could, and moved between the islands as the seasons dictated. They lived this way for many generations, elders of the tribe guiding the younger generation to follow in their footsteps. As they grew in sync with their environment, for humans like the Blue Sea Kin were not native to the Three Spoked Wheel, they became complacent in their ways, the skill and strength of their hunters declining while lacking proper calamities to try them. Meriwa was born into this communal family only years before the great exodus, and her memories of those few happy years are scant and muddled. She remembers their legends, and as she grew they were to become her solace.
The Great Exodus. Quakes rippling across the sea floor, awakening the Great Lagiacrus from torpor, shattering the oceanic ecosystem. As the Great Elder Dragon rose from the abyss, the stagnating Blue Sea Kin were forced to flee their near paradisical archipelago, taking as much with them as they could, while a few hunters remained to buy time. It took weeks of hurried sailing southward before they arrived on another island. With less food forcing more dangerous hunts, the number of adults hunters in the clan faced a sharp decline. Over the course of two decades, with younger and younger hunters being required to step in, the once flourishing Blue Sea Kin were but a shadow of their former glory.
It was in this decline that Meriwa came of age. Captivated by the legends of her ancestors, Meriwa was apprenticed to the shaman, only receiving the very basest training in the tools of hunting. Instead she was taught which herbs made the best medicine, which rites to observe during burial, and how to commune with the ancestors through vision quests. When the vision quest during her 21st winter solstice showed her the glories of the tribe's ancient past, Meriwa became obsessed with returning to the Three Spoked Wheel. The Unknown Archer had shown her where the Lagiacrus hid its weak-spot! Stealing a boat, Meriwa struggled to sail back to the ancient homeland, pillaging the tombs of the Southern Respite for the vaunted Nargacuga Armaments and made for the Axle, where she would face the great sea dragon, Lagiacrus
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:

5'8" tall and quite fit, Meriwa is dressed in the armour of an ancestral hero to her tribe. The Nargacuga armaments, named so after the legendary wyvern from which it was named, has mostly been lost. Only the bow and enough pieces to serve as a set of light armour has remained in the tribe's possession, until Meriwa took them to try and gain revenge on the Elder Dragon that drove her tribe from the Three Spoked Wheel archipelago.

Nargacuga Greatbow
A masterfully crafted greatbow, firing fletched spears like arrows designed to take down monstrous foes.
Cost: 900 OM
Requirements: Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency, Homing Proficiency
Crafted from the bones and sinews of the Great Nargacuga Wyvern, this ancient 2.4 meters tall bow fires great arrows, literal fletched spears to strike down dragons and other large beasts so similar to what it was made from. The amount of force required to even draw the bow prevents full powered rapid fire from any but the strongest of wielders. Sympathetic runes, material properties, and tricks during its construction allows the Nargacuga Greatbow to impart ever greater strength to its shots by keeping the bow slightly overdrawn for longer periods of time before loosening it. Relaxing it slightly, letting the arrow settle back in a full draw halts the charge, which can be built for up to 30 seconds. Meriwa can, at her absolute fastest, go through a full sight-draw-knock-pull-center-loose cycle about once every second and not suffer from poorer accuracy. Given her background and prior experiences she does prefer to accomplish this cycle in at least 3 times as long, devoting the extra time to let the bow further charge its formidable shots. Given how higher levels of charge increases the difficulty to keep your aim on target, you only remain accurate up to 4 times your TEC in charge time, requiring the use of the target-seeking arrows runic array if you go past that limit.
Runes inlaid in the grip of the bow allows one to focus, decreasing the power and speed of the arrows, investing the lost energy to give them the property of always homing in on their target, swerving around obstacles in their path. As the runes activate, a magic circle forms like a scope attached to the bow itself (see the gif in the spoiler below for a general idea). Keeping the target firmly ensconced in their mind's eye, the homing property activates, only requiring that the arrow be loosened in the target's general direction. The magic circle is an actinic blue in color, as are the glowing runes visible along the arrowheads and shaft of the arrows that are loosed with this "seeking property" activated.
Essentially this, but actinic blue, not being a pentagram, and having a similar, larger circle hovering by the bow limb.

https://78.media.tumblr.com/d213db738632...o2_500.gif
The quiver, situated at its wielder's back contain up to 15 great arrows, almost fletched spears, which continuously refill at a rate of one great arrow every 10 seconds. The inlaid runes that keep the arrows in place during acrobatic maneuvers can also be used to completely fill the quiver in bursts, but this drains stamina equivalent to a light 100 meter jog.
When the bow is not in use gripping the handle, thumbing a small button there, and making a specific push-twist-pull motion disengages the locks and folds up the bow along four points (just above and below the handle and about halfway out each "limb" of the weapon) into a much more compact form for travel. A push-pull-twist-push, essentially the "fold-up" motion in reverse, while pressing the same button makes the bow snap back out to its full glory. Shifting the weapon between the "travel" and "usage" modes takes about a second either way.
Rotary System: Arrowhead Coatings
A hunter must always be prepared, always have the right tools for the job!
Cost: 300 OM
Requirements: Nargacuga Greatbow, Area Attack Proficiency
This strange device is a tubular construction enclosing a series of cylinders rotating much like the ammo-feed system of a revolver. Worn diagonally on the user's back, the case is a secondary carrier meant to contain and protect the "bottles" of arrowhead coatings. The main case has four slots, each capable of holding a bottle worth up to six applications. This gives some choice of load out given that replacing the bottles must be done individually, and with summoning one taking 15 seconds, not to mention the time required to extract the empty one, the case can not be refilled in combat. The position of this case can be altered to suit its wearer, once the proper measures are taken you could easily coat the head of any arrow drawn from a correspondingly placed quiver with only a slight increase of draw-time, adding half a second of additional prep time to the shot. Since Meriwa makes the coatings herself, basing them on her understanding of beast-fueled alchemy, she has only sussed out the composition for a single coating as of yet; Blasting Goop.
Blasting Goop
This sticky arrowhead coating is rather volatile and highly temperamental in regards to impacts while in the presence of oxygen. Coating an arrowhead in this goop causes it to explode with great force upon impact. The goop is very volatile, expending itself quickly, which limits the effective radious to 3 meters. You'd rather not know which beastly bodily fluid is this goop's main ingredient...
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.
Where did you find us?
Been here a while. Ore wa Little-u Ghost-u, DES!!!

Rain pounded on the small shack of the out posting. Wounded groaned around him, this was one of many medical stops for soldiers. His ears rang with the last blow he had taken. The little minions of the Great Ones packed a nasty punch. Gnolls always did. He stared forward at the wall, not really seeing it. War did that. You found yourself on the battlefield, and you never really left.
Thunder shook him out of his stupor and his hand drifted up to his head wrappings. He looked around, Varana of all kind laid on cots. Most weren’t big clans, he saw plenty of nameless. Which was a name for people who didn’t have a house name, like common people. However he saw the Silverclaws, Red-Blades, Stoneborn. All dead or dying. No one wanted to admit it, but they were losing.
He blinked slowly and saw as a doctor approached. Medics and Doctors wore head bands embroidered with the symbol of Madaroc, the god of healing. It was a a red and white fist. The medic was saying something with a worried tone, and Mordus saw the fear in his eyes. Yet he couldn’t muster the emotion, and the constant ringing? The only thing he could hear was the rain and groaning, it was the seven hells on Orla. He simply nodded and the doctor responded with a nod of his own. He hurried off to other wounded and Mordus went back to sitting down, wishing the war would end some day. That wish was granted, for him at least.
His world erupted and sound came rushing back to him, the night sky filled his view as he flew sideways, collapsing at the edge of the pillar they were on. Men and women screamed around him, sounds of agony and dispear. Thunder shook the sky and he saw a glimpse of his enemy. A Great One. It’s scaled Hand was winding back slowly. Probably normal speed for it, but he was so gargantuan that he lived at his own pace. Standing more then 300 tall, and the very sight of fear. Ancient beings that awoke for one reason. Destroy. His own blood pooled around him and he gasped for air as a deep cold settled over him. No. This wouldn’t be how it ended. Dying in a medic outpost mikes away from his family. His love. He placed shaky palms on the ground and forced himself up. His body shook but he called forth his ancient birth right. The rain and mud swirled around for a few seconds before a large golden feathered griffin stood. He cocked his head at him and seemed to beckon him forward.
You lie in your own blood? Pitiful. He seemed to say. He staggered over to him and shakily mounted him. He cast a look to the dying around him and said a small prayer to Aurial. Gods give him strength to charge this beast. It would be the last thing he’d do, maybe it would give them time. Maybe. Lirn kicked off the ground and flew through the rain. The occasional flash of thunder lit up the beast, and Mordus saw his target well enough. His cry echoed throughout the battlefield, and the head slowly turned towards him. Bright golden light enveloped him and he closed his eyes.
No smells. That’s what woke him up. He inhaled softly but there was no hint of rain, blood, or reptile. Odd to day the least. His eyes fluttered open and he saw the hard grey stone around him, but no sky. A large oak tree stood over a shallow pool of crystal clear water. He crawled over and looked deep in the water. His wrapping were gone, but a long white scar could be seen on his head, although his fur covered it up more or less.
He attempted to dip both hands in, but for the first time found he was gripping a small white orb. He studied it for a second. It brought fleeting memories of a wide lipped grin, and... instructions? No no, guides. Odd. His gaze followed the flat stone ground, and found that it met with blank, whiteness. The only thing he saw was the large tree, pound, and small patch of stone. What in the seven hells was happening?

The Tangled Green was a place that Jack did not know the name of. The humidity of the air washed over him, and stifled him. It made him wish he had a glass of lemonade, but Jack was not about to waste the Omnilium to make something like that. It was something he ultimately did not need right now, and could not afford to distract himself with. There had to be some way that he could make a functional Green Lantern Ring. While the Oan Power Ring was a suitable device for him to use for now, it was far too unstable for the tastes of Jack, or for Arcee for that matter. On the way here she had lectured him about the stability of his equipment which is why he had taken the ring off, and put it into his pocket. For now he was going to rely on the Bow of Primus Replica that he had made shortly after buying the power ring, so that he had something he could protect himself with. Walking from the Nexus to the Tangled Green had not been easy when Arcee had worn out, when pulling her along. Honestly if Jack ever recovered his strength he was going to make Arcee could transform into her robot mode. For some reason she was unable to do so, and it bothered Jack honestly. In addition he needed to discover the internet of this place, and how to access it. Food and shelter were also requirements. Perhaps there was an abandoned ruin Jack could make camp in. If only he had his survival kit he'd be better prepared than he was now. Sadly it hadn't made the trip to the Omniverse with him. Of course, he didn't have it back home when Mech had turned him into a Cybertronian. How he had been turned back, Jack hadn't a clue. Research of such a subject could be done when his life was not in immediate danger. Obviously he had a lot to learn about the place, if he was to cut it as one of the Primes. Truthfully, though he was afraid. If Megatron was here, Optimus Prime was not, and that meant Jack was going to have to be the one to face him. As he was now, Jack knew that he didn't stand a chance against the Con Leader.
Starscream was also a challenge, because of his aerial superiority. At some point, Jack was going to have to learn how to use Omnilium in order to give himself wings, or some sort of jet pack, perhaps. Either way he was going to need a way that he could take command of the skies at his disposal. Unlike in Camelot, he could not make the platform that he had made. Something here was different from that place, but he didn't know what it was that was different. If he could find a way to refine Energon perhaps he could create Vehicons to serve as assets for him in the Omniverse until he got a Green Lantern Corps. Wait, he didn't need to refine Energon, he could create Energon in it's refined state with Omnilium. First things were first, though. A home was needed. Aimlessly wandering through the Tangled Green, Jack sighed as he continued the trek. Having no direction stank.
