CHARACTER HISTORY:

Gogo Yubari is a young girl - just 17 - and yet she is also one of, if not the most, skilled bodyguards sworn to the protection of O-Ren Ishi, the undisputed leader of the Tokyo underworld.

Gogo was trained practically from the moment of her birth to master weapons, particularly melee weapons, and learned to use the different strengths associated with each to create a unique fighting style all
of her own.

Whilst she is a prodigy in this field, she is also a terrifying sadist who gains pleasure from killing.

Highly disturbed, Gogo has little restraint when it comes to using her skills and has garnered a reputation even among other criminals for her 'crazy' behaviour, capacity for murder, and her almost superhuman abilities.

Gogo here is taken just after the moment The Bride put an end to her with a broken chair leg. Omni apparently has a sick sense of humour.

STARTING MOVES:

Meteor Hammer: Gogo's signature weapon is an extremely flexible Meteor Hammer. Twenty feet of chain with a 5kg steel ball on the end, the weapon is famously difficult to control, but Gogo is a master in the art and (rarely) risks clobbering herself in the back of the head when she's swinging it around.

The weapon can be used in three primary ways.

In its standard mode it is a hefty spiked ball on a chain; this can be swung around very rapidly and produces heavy, but (mostly) blunt, impacts when it strikes a target and may be bounced off hard surfaces or used to smash through them if sufficiently charged.

The second configuration has a set of serrated blades spring around the middle of the weight. This is capable of causing slashing injuries and is even more damaging, but will also tend to get lodged in terrain (and sometimes people) and is therefore the slowest to recover from, though sometimes 'anchoring' the weight is very handy.

Thirdly, it is a chain. It can be wrapped around someone's throat to choke them out, or their limbs to bind them up.

The longer that Gogo spends spinning the chain to build momentum, the more powerful the attack will be. It takes about 1 second to complete a decent loop, and there are diminishing returns after more than seven or eight rotations to build maximum energy.

All uses of the Meteor Hammer have a maximum range of 20 feet. The weight can be swung in vertical blows for a closer-ranged fighting style or flung out, though it takes a second or two for her to pull it back in depending on how much chain was required to reach the target.

(1200 for base, bladed, chain and charging attacks - debuff for the choking/binding).

I would want to clear these up before I make a full-blown join app, to save both myself and whatever unfortunate staffer has to look it over some work (Before anything else, I'm aware that my switch cooldown hasn't run out yet in case someone checked. I'll take care of it before submitting the switch)

So: I plan on replacing one of my characters with an Alternate-Universe version of Mewtwo, who already exists as a Site NPC. To avoid issues I would like to clarify the following before I go ahead!


-Does my character Roster need a different name to make the difference clear?

-Are there any rules as to if the AU character must look different from its original? It goes without saying that I don't intend on piggybacking off of the existing Mewtwo's reputation, "blaming" NPC Mewtwo for my character's actions or otherwise taking an unfair advantage, but I want to be covered. Would it be sufficient that people just 'know' that the two characters are different people, or are physical differences like coloring, mechanical parts or even tattoos etc. mandatory?

-Keeping the above in mind, would storylines be okay where I DO play on the similar appearances, but don't actually cause issues in the greater picture? As an example, say I caused some chaos in Costa del Sol, the Empire believes that Mewtwo (the NPC) is to blame, but it's quickly cleared up that it couldn't have been him, so the relation between the Empire and Cinnabar doesn't worsen.

The drive from the fountain to the gate had taken a bit of time though it was faster then if he had walked to the gate, but he had been stopped to get some kind of body scan by the guards. The dwarf had raised a brow at the order, but had seen no reason to refuse the act letting him through with no need of violence though the soldiers had given his battle stained clothing a few looks. He was glad that his bike had fit with ease through the gate, but the site that waited for the dwarf on the other side flabbergasted the new prime his world having nowhere near that level of technology. "By the ancestors what a sight." Nor muttered softly taking off his shades for a moment as he lit up a fresh cigar ignoring the looks he received from the well dressed people, and soldiers that passed him as he sat astride his bike in the street.

Noragnir exhaled a cloud of smoke as after a few moments, and kicked the bike into gear making his way through the streets of the massive city not hesitating to move down to the lower tiers of the city as he investigated. "Damn I feel like I am bein' watched with every twitch I make." He muttered as he set about simply trying to escaping the feeling of eyes on him, and began to take any chance he could to move through the various levels of the massive city. He spent hours just driving though the city stopping only long enough at times to rest a bit when the bike needed a recharge of mana, or an intake of water the latter of which he found strangely hard to find a source for at time. "This city is definitely far different then anything I ever saw back home, and to be frank I have no damn clue where I am." He said softly to himself as he took a moment to clean his glasses, and stomp out his latest cigar only to find he had run through his supply. "I suppose that I should cut back perhaps." He muttered angrily as he looked at the empty pouch only finding his supply of pipe tobacco. 

Noragnir sighed as he settled back onto his bike frowning as he got a look at his overcoat again running a hand over the holes in his coat a reminder of the battlefield he had been plucked from. "I hope you are ok Mal." He said softly his mind turning to his best friend since childhood, and a man that had joined him on his adventures without a question. His mind moved back to his home as he lost track of time not sure how much time had passed stopping to eat hardtack from time to time, or to find a quiet place to sleep as he started to realize just how lost he had become in the maze that was Coruscant as he passed a sign informing him that he was entering tier five of the city, and found himself in a city that seemed completely different from any he had seen as of yet. The flying vehicles were gone, and only a few towing spires rose into the sky the streets were far more clogged slowing further travel, but he realized it too late causing him to jump the curb to escaping a collision, and slamming instead into a group of orcs. "Well shite." He said with a grimace as he slid from the bike watching the two orcsw rise as if the collision did nothing to them. "I suppose I should run." He said with a smile pulling a grenade with a smile and activating it with a thought, and tossed it among the orc group using the explosion to slip into an ally, and disappear among the chaos of the tier not stopping to see if the orcs withstood the explosion or not.

As I was writing my first post in Coruscant I realized that while the info post had rough distances of the tiers themselves it didn't say anything about the time travel between each layer of the city took. I solved this by simply being vague about the time, and making it take quite a bit of time, but I am honestly curious just how long it takes to use a ground based vehicle to move between the various tiers.

Noragnir blinked at the brightness of the light that filled the nexus the light seemingly greater then that of his home, and far brighter then that void that strange being had held him in for those moments that place seemingly between worlds.  He had been held as harmless as a new born babe Ravager clenched in one hand as all he could do was listen to the strange god explain the world he had been dropped into. The dwarf sighed as he rolled his shoulders glad that here in front of this strange fountain he could move again, and looked down at the orb he had been given by the strange god. He frowned at it for a few moments, before slipping it away deciding to experiment in a few moments, and instead looked himself over for a few moments. "I look like hell." He growled softly his overcoat covered with burns, blood, and ash reminding the dwarf that he had been on a battle field not that long ago his squad falling around him as his guns had roared spilling blood till the soil had turned to mud under their feet.

Noragnir sighed running a hand through his hair as he worked the locking mechanism of the Ravager breaking it open, and ejecting the massive spent shell from within. "I seem to have lost most of my gear, but I seem to still have my main weapons." He finished reloading the weapon, and slid it into it's on his back the hammer carefully placed in the safe position as he checked over the rest of his belongings. "Ah the pistol is here, and I even have a few grenades." He stated simply smiling as he also found his stash of cigars, tabac, pipe, and flask intact bringing a laugh from deep in his chest. "Excellent indeed." He boomed taking a long swig, before lighting a cigar with a match as his eyes turned to the gates he could see in the distance noting some of the looks he had received during his time checking himself over.

The engineer smiled as he drew out the orb once more exhaling a cloud of smoke as he shifted the cigar in his mouth. "Now that strange fellow said this stuff could make anything let's see how true that rings." He said softly closing his eyes as he gripped the orb focusing on the form of a steam bike a form of transportation in his world. He was surprised at how long it took having held still for over five minutes, before he felt the orb cool in his hand, and opened his eyes to see the steambike sitting before him as a smile split his face. "Well now isn't that interesting." He said slipping the orb away as he settled onto the bike, and kicked it to life focusing his eyes on the gate to Coruscant. "Time to find something interesting then yeah." He mutters to himself as he speed off towards the gate, and the city on the other side.
