So I was reading about transformations/powerups and I was wondering do people consider these more or less important than stat increases? And how often do people actually use their transformations both in pvp and in general story posting?
Feel free to let me know what your favourite means of gaining more power for your character is.

As Cirno moved her body into a defensive stance while defending Daiyousei with both hands at each end of her hammer. "If anyone touches Daiyousei i'm killing them no questions asked." She stated flatly as Hecate started to rush the ice fairy with a blood thirsty look; before the Yuki-onna blocks the swing of her swords with her hammer's handle. The swords dug into the handle forcing the ice to get them slightly stuck to the annoyance of Dark Hecate.

"Looks like the child needs to learn her place." Cirno grinned cruelly as she lifted a foot and kicked the ice witch in the gut; causing her breath to escape and the blades to leave the handle. Hecate stumbled backwards as a result before adjusting herself. Nineball spun the hammer in her hands while she started to slowly move forward menacingly.

"I'm going to enjoy hurting your friend after i'm done with you." Hecate's voice was filled with desire, and pleasure as she grinned widely. She started to jog at Cirno. the ice fairy spun around before using the momentum to let Hecate fly across the room into a nearby wall, she wouldn't be suprised if a couple ribs weren't broken. Cirno dropped the Hammer on the ground as she cracked her neck and knuckles clearly bored at the fight Hecate was currently putting up.

Cirno went to walk back to her position in front of Daiyousei; but was soon interrupted by a sword scratching her skin. She flinched out of pure reaction and smirked. "Hecate, you really need to learn how weak you really are." Cirno smirked as she tried to get under Hecate's skin. She let the next few swings connect letting hecate hit some of her less important area's.

"Oh i wont kill you Hecate, maybe break your legs sure but not much more. Also you really are trying huh?" Cirno finally felt a blade enter her side and she breathed heavily before glaring at the evil person icicles and frost forming as a result. "Alright you finally got me mad." She balled up a fist and swung forward going for the gut once more missing barely the woman in question getting a few cuts on her back as a result.

The eternal glacier smirked as she taunted. "Oh looks like the bounty can actually dodge." She tried to dodge as Hecate pushed her offensive, letting the bounty have her fun before she pulled out a spell card. "Now time to crank this fight up a couple notches young one. Ice sign Icicle fall." she says it with slight passion, as she crushed the magical card turning it to a fine icy powder before thrusting both hands out letting the icicles fly at Hecate.

If you were to pit your characters against one another which one do you think would have the best chance of winning?

For me Aello is already out of the running, she's tough but just doesn't have the SP or tenacity to hang with Straz and Kuzu.

So between my two mains I'd be hard pressed to pick one. Ren/Kuzu has way more experience and skill than Rockwell, but Rockwell's pur destructive power is much greater than Kuzu's. Maybe if Kuzuru could close the distance and use his defensive abilities to protect himself he could win a damage race with Strazio. That said if Straz pops God-Mind Kuzuru no longer has a Tec edge and would get smacked around fairly hard. Overall I'd give the edge to Straz, but not by much.

CHARACTER NAME: Shantotto

CHARACTER SOURCE: Final Fantasy XI, Final Fantasy Dissidia

CHARACTER HISTORY: Born in the Federation of Windhurst to two well known and respected mage parents Shantotto’s life of in the lap of luxury was almost assured.Shantotto’s rise to power came as she demonstrated amazing magical talents at an early age, able to produce spells in rapid succession seemingly without even a hint of fatigue. Her skill with magic made it easy for her to obtain the title of professor in the Windhurst magical academy where she taught for several year. Her teaching skills however came into question as multiple students over time were sent away with substantial injuries administered by the good Doctor herself.

Exiled from Windhurst she wandered Vanadiel and gathered followers. Following the outbreak of the Crystal war Shantotto fought with her followers against the true enemy of the world, while the petty nations fought amongst themselves. Over time Shantotto’s prowess in battle along with her keen tactical mind won the day as the combined forces of the three kingdoms and her own following won the day. Restoring Vanadiel back to a state of peace.

Regarded as the main contributor in the victory, the Federation of Windhurst reinstated Doctor Shantotto and hailed her as a great hero. Still the cost of life by her own hand was too staggering even for the black mage. This led to her creating autonomous puppets of herself. Each with a small fraction of her magical power she left on a short excursion to find herself and repent for the many lives taken by her hand. Upon her return to Windhurst Shantotto was shocked to find that one of her puppets had risen to power, claiming to have founded the Shantotto Empire. Once again Shantotto was tasked with protecting the lands of Vanadiel as she along with a single adventurer took out the pretender and set things right once more.

Not long after these events Shantotto studied interdimensional travel and found study material as she was summoned by the Goddess Materia who was locked in near eternal combat with her brother Spiritus. Tasked with protecting Materia Shantotto confronted the God killer Gabranth as he approached  Materia in an attempt to judge the Goddess of Cosmos. It took no time for the tarutaru to overwhelm the judge with spell after spell.

Shantotto returned back to Vanadiel where she once again was summoned a few years later. Her magical expertise once again proving to be a tide turner as the forces of Spiritus once again attempt to overtake the forces of Materia. This time not only serving as a tactician but also as a guide for both of the Celestial siblings forces as they overtook and ultimately destroyed the world dragon. A small portal spawned at Shantotto’s feet, her interest in studying it she stepped into it…. Finding herself inside of an intense blackness with a single white Celestial body sitting grinning before her

Shantotto is a Tarutaru a short race or people native to Vanadiel She has blond hair hept in twin pigtails. Her eyes are a light shade of brown that seem distant at all times. Shantotto is a mere 2’6” tall and seen almost exclusively wearing the relic armor of a Black Mage.
Her weapon a relic weapon of her own creation called the “Stardust Rod” is a long rod scepter with a pearlescent opal focus.

Shantotto channels her magical powers for 6 seconds creating a small 5 foot wide maelstrom at target location this maelstrom does little damage as it swirls around the target. After 2 seconds the maelstrom flash freezes dealing moderate damage. It does not track the target and can be evaded by leaving the area of effect.

This attack applies a debuff to target on hit that increases the damage dealt by the next spell Shantotto uses. This debuff lasts 10 seconds.

Shantotto is slightly strained using this spell.
Freeze has a 60 foot range.

I've never played world of warcraft but I'm curious: How would the dwarfs react to someone coming into dwarfholm?
