Greetings, Omniverse. This is Mickey Mouse/Gadge. I've switched out the latter for Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, first of her name.
This is my missive to all of you informing you of the arrival of your new queen. You may not realize it yet, but one day, I will rule the entire Omniverse. It is my birthright and I will take it with fire and blood. Anyone who wishes to challenge my claim to power need not, but if you must, please make yourselves known here so that I know exactly who the pretender kings of this realm are.
Also, if you have slaves, go ahead and free them before I do it for you.
(On an OOC note, Dany's tryin' to rule y'all and so if you'd like to roleplay with her at any point hit me up here or in PM and we'll see what we can do about working you into her army or into her endless schemes and machinations to gain control of the Omniverse and free all the slaves.)

I'd like my username to be "Daenerys Targaryen" please.
Character name: Daenerys Targaryen
Character source: A Song of Ice and Fire (novel series)/Game of Thrones (TV series)
Character history: (Spoilers for A Song of Ice and Fire and Game of Thrones follow.)
Daenerys was born as the youngest heir of King Aerys II Targaryen, the Mad King. She was birthed at Dragonstone during a great storm, hence her nickname, “Daenerys Stormborn.” Shortly after her birth, her father was unseated as King of the Seven Kingdoms by Robert Baratheon, and she and her older brother Viserys were smuggled to the free city of Braavos across the Narrow Sea, where they could grow up in safety.
The pair grew up in the free lands, with Viserys eventually claiming his right as the heir to the throne in Westeros and trying his best to procure an army to help him reclaim his birthright. Daenerys accompanied him on his journey; eventually, he married her off to Khal Drogo, a powerful warlord of the Dothraki people.
The arrangement would come in exchange for the Khal’s army of Dothraki soldiers, which Viserys hoped to use to conquer Westeros and regain his rightful place as Ruler of the Seven Kingdoms. However, Viserys had grown into a petulant boy and an even worse leader, and as Dany matured in the Khal’s care, it became clear that her brother was not the born ruler he hoped he would be. Eventually, Viserys crossed Drogo one too many times, and Dany watched as her husband executed her brother for his insolence. Now the heir to the Targaryen name, Daenerys accepted her role as the rightful ruler of the Seven Kingdoms and began working to acquire an army and passage across the Narrow Sea.
Dany proved a much more effective ruler than Viserys ever had, easing into her position as the khaleesi of the Dothraki. However, Khal Drogo was mortally wounded in a battle and died of infection, leaving Dany lost without direction. She resigned herself to ruin, burning his body and stepping into the flames herself with three dragon eggs she had received as wedding presents, intending to kill herself. However, the flames did not harm her, and the next morning she arose very much alive with three hatched baby dragons.
Lost and poor, Dany and her close ally Ser Jorah Mormont set about to amass her army, beginning by offering to trade her most beloved dragon, Drogon, for an army of sellswords in Astapor. However, she breaks the deal, betraying the masters and setting the slaves of the city free. She goes on to free slaves in many other cities, including Yunkai and Meereen. As ruler, she struggles to bring peace to the city-states of Slaver’s Bay, but eventually succeeds, holding a tournament to celebrate. However, during this tourney, she narrowly misses an assassination attempt, riding her beloved pet, Drogon, out of the arena and into the wild countryside of Essos. She and Drogon fly out into the Great Grass Sea, where Dany is taken by Omni during her sleep.

Fortis stepped through the gate that led to.. Whatever it led to, and quickly saw an entirely different place. The time it took to be transported to this place was surprisingly short, but that's not what amazed the knight currently. The world he stepped into looked a lot like his own home. There were castles, towns, all sorts of things he would've seen in the country he came from. Just about everything looked familiar, except the occasional pegasus or dragon that could be seen flying around in the distance.
"What is this?" He said to himself. The knight was simply standing in front of the large gate he had just walked through, and was quite confused about how he should continue. The various flying creatures in the distance amazed him, but he had to continue exploring, he probably looked like an idiot just standing there.
Instead of looking toward the sky, Fortis was now looking around to see what town would be the closest to him, and it seemed that one was only a few minutes away if he were to travel on foot. So that would be his next destination, maybe the town's people would know of the world they were in and give him some information.
Just as he presumed, it only took a few minutes to get to the town. It looked very familiar, but he couldn't tell why.. All of his memories from before seemed to be fading little by little. Not that it mattered to him, this was likely all a dream anyway. As he looked around the town, he found a tavern. These were always good for gathering some information, so the knight entered.
He walked in and sat at the bar, ignoring the strange looks he was getting from the other people in the tavern. Fortis asked the bar tender for the largest mug of ale he had, and was quickly given it. The knight took a few minutes to enjoy is drink, then turned to the one who had served him. "I'd like to know what this place is." He said as he placed his drink back onto the bar.
"This is Camelot of course! Why would you come here without knowing at least that?" The man replied, making Fortis seem a bit annoyed. He hadn't thought that he would need to be more specific, it was obvious that the new world he was in was named something like that.
"I meant the world itself, Camelot is the name of some fictional kingdom.." He said, but this was met with a sigh and a shake of the bar tender's head. The knight was now being ignored, the man must've thought he was drunk! Oh well.. He would just have to get information from some one else.

While the Namekian slept, the mercenary snatched his unborn, and fled into the forest.
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
”This is definitely not the place I asked to be,” Deadpool said as he exited the portal; damp grass squished under his boots.
The air was moist, and humid. Somewhere far away, birds sang together without rhythm, accompanied by whooping whistles from other unknown creatures. Green—more vivid and lush that any sight the mercenary had seen before—popped from every direction. Not much light pierced the canopy of trees and branches, but the light that did hit the ground did so in fragments, which would dance across the grass every time a breeze swept through.
It reminded him of past missions, conducted deep within the Asia. They flooded his mind in vague, contorted video clips; memories of his past realm—life too it seemed at times—were beginning to fade away, but some fabrics to them were as durable as a quality pair of denim.
Deadpool expected a much less forested verse. This definitely wasn’t Camelot. He turned to see if the portal behind him still existed. Nothing. All he saw was more trees, grass, tall grass, and shrubbery. The connection between the Danteverse and neighboring verses was a one-way, one-time gig.
”That sucks,” Deadpool muttered, pouting as he turned forward.
There were no paths to guide him—no awkward little people lining up either side of a yellow brick road.
Go north.
The voice spoke with the same conviction as Baron, but lacked the bass. It was immature, not in attitude, but in tone. A child’s tone, too young to even be capable of articulating words.
A wrinkle curved over the right eyehole of Deadpool’s mask as he furrowed a brow. Da fuq?
I am a son of Retane—a son of the Namekian, the voice said, spawned from the battle you two had recently.
Deadpool instantly knew what the voice referred to: the first Face-to-Face of Dante’s Abyss—Deadpool versus Retane. That was like two months ago, the mercenary remembered (or only a week ago, for a normal Prime). He smirked. I remember my Super Move kicked the grammar outta him, too.
Make haste, my father will awake soon, the voice urged, carrying a mixture of anxiety and annoyance. You will go north, just over two miles. If you no longer see moss on trees then you went the wrong way.
”Well, looks like DP has holes to fill!” Deadpool pumped his fist and sprang his pelvis forward. ”Plot holes, that is . . . one of those things are bound to pop up in a group role-play thingy, which I’m sure is about to happen.”
Just go north.

The Move Approval topic often gets clogged up with moves that are obviously unbalanced or which need help, which members can often assist with. Thus this topic! If you're creating a move, try posting it here first. Other members are free to give feedback, point out imbalances, or other things which staff members are likely to pick up on. This saves time for everyone. Staff members may read this thread, and we may try to correct anything stated here that's "wrong", but we will always try to leave feedback and discussion to other members.
Remember that advice given by members is just that, and is not necessarily a representation of what a staff member is going to say. This is more of a discussion topic for creating moves so that the move approval topic can stay cleaner.

Moves Guide/FAQ
Move Rules
Advise: If you're not sure about whether a move is balanced or possible, don't worry so much about it. That experience is something people tend to build up over time. One thing you can focus on is whether a move has the right proficiencies listed and whether it has the required information. Both the Move Requirements and Writing Moves parts of the Move Rules have some useful information, including two helpful checklists it may be worth looking through:
• Is it melee-based? If so, you'll need the Physical Strength proficiency.
• Does it attack at range? If yes, you'll need the Ranged Proficiency.
• Is the target area larger than three feet in diameter? Can it miss and still do damage from 'splash' damage? If yes, you'll need the Area Attack Proficiency.
• Is the shield larger than three feet in diameter? If so, you'll need the Area Defense Proficiency.
• Can it be manually controlled by the user at range, like an appendage made out of an element? If yes, you'll need the Remote Control Proficiency.
• Can it be manifested at range, like a wall of sand or a pillar of flame? If yes, you'll need the Ranged Materialize Proficiency.
• Can it home in on an opponent without needing to be aimed? If yes, you'll need the Homing Proficiency.
• Can it boost an ally's fighting abilities in some way? If yes, you'll need the Buff Proficiency.
• Does it inflict lingering negative 'debuffs' on opponents, for example by slowing speed or interfering with their senses? If yes, you'll need the Debuff Proficiency.

• Is it instantaneous, or quick to use? Or is it slow? (Almost instantaneous? A moment? Several seconds? Longer? Be specific.) Required for almost all moves (exclusions include weapons that exist in real-life). Examples: "This move takes a half-second to execute." "This move takes fifteen seconds to charge." "This move is almost instantaneous."
• Can the user move around or do other things while using/charging the move, or must they be stationary? Required for all moves except weapons that exist in real-life. Examples: "Can be used while moving at full speed." "Slows the user to half speed while using." "Must be stationary to use." "Can be used while moving, but splits focus, making it harder to aim and use at full strength."
• Is it difficult to aim? Must it be aimed at all? Unless otherwise stated, we assume ranged moves are neither easier nor harder to aim than an average projectile of its type, or a thrown object for spells and the like. Not necessary for for melee weapons. Examples: "This move is extremely difficult to hit with past ten metres."
• Once activated, how fast does it travel? Required for original attacks and spells, but not for bullets and arrows unless they are different from the assumed speed. Examples: "Moves slowly at about five feet per second." "Moves about as fast as a thrown tennis ball." "Moves as fast as an arrow." "Moves as fast as a bullet."
• Does it have a limited range or does it travel until hitting something? Unless otherwise stated, we assume the latter. Examples: "Loses speed and height past ten metres."
• Does the user have to keep their focus on the move, or is it 'fire and forget'? Unless the move requires you to keep your focus, we assume it's fire-and-forget. Examples: "The user has to stay focused on channelling the spell and cannot move or attack, otherwise it dissipates instantly."
• How powerful is it? We assume that quick moves and/or moves with few downsides have low power, and slow moves and/or moves with large/many downsides have high power. However, it may help clarity to state whether you intend for this to be a weak, strong or moderately-powerful attack. Examples: "This move is fairly weak." "This move is moderately strong." "This move is quite powerful."
• Does it have a wide area of effect, or multiple projectiles? Unless otherwise stated, we assume it does not. Example: "After hitting, the fireball explodes with a five-meter diameter."
• How big is the weapon? Length is required for all melee weapons, width should be included for axe-heads, greatsword blades or other very large weapons. Examples: "The sword is about two and a half feet long total." "The sword is about five feet long, and a foot in thickness at the base of the blade."
• What size/diameter are the projectiles? Required for any projectile, unless it's a simple bullet/arrow. Examples: "The spikes are around the length of a hand, and the thickness of a finger." "At one second charged, the fireball is one foot in diameter, but increases to around ten feet by the time it has been charged for ten seconds."
• Does it have effects that linger after the user is no longer performing the move? If so, how long do they last? If not included, we assume it does not. Attacks that slow or immobilise the opponents are usually based on the difference between the attacker's ATK and TEC, and the defender's DEF and TEC. Examples: "Immobilises the target for a half-second if the user's ATK/TEC and the target's DEF/TEC are equal. Up to a second if the target's stats are half of the attacker's, and not at all if the defender's stats are double that of the attacker's." "Slows the target hit for ten seconds, during which time they gradually speed back up to normal speed."
• What does it look like? How is it performed? How does it feel to get hit with it? These are 'fluff' details, but should be included if not obvious, so that other players may write your character using the move in fights.
• Is the move variable, or does it have a fixed method of use? If the move is variable, you should include how, otherwise this is not necessary.
Just as soon as he came the entity calling himself "Omni" was gone. His explanation was short, to the point. Wherever he was now it was his domain, or at the very least that was what Omni wished him to believe. The Black Mage was skeptical of the being but he had as just as much evidence saying he was lying as he did that he was telling the truth. None. Then again, there was a distinct possibility this was all a trick. While the Lich, Marilith and Kraken were powerful beasts they didn't seem to be plotting to destroy the earth. Could this "Omni" be behind them? No. This is something altogether different. Omniverse, the realm of all things. Omnilium, the fuel of all things. Seemed this Omni was an awfully self centered fellow. Not that he didn't have a right to be, at least theoretically. Still, if he was the lord of this place why did he keep it so white? Perhaps the emptiness reminded him of himself.
But then why was the fountain here? What purpose did it serve? A reference point? To keep the less void-inclined beings sane as they entered this "Omniverse"? Power began to course through the Black Mage's fingers as cackling could be heard around the Warrior of Light.
"Air that strikes quick as a blade. Bolt!" The Black Mage spoke, channeling magic into a bolt of lightning that beamed the fountain. The magic felt strange, different, but it functioned the same. Except for the distinct lack of damage on the fountain. Water spread but reformed with unnatural quickness. It seemed this fountain was to be kept preserved.
"Heat of the light, show your flame. Fire!" Black Mage screamed before lobbing a fireball at the fountain. Steam rose but thinned with speed, letting an untouched fountain come to view. The Black Mage grunted, before clenching a fist and propelling it at the fountain, with decidedly less grace than Warrior could have achieved, let alone that Warrior of Light-wannabe Black Belt. A sting across the wizards knuckles resulted, causing Black Mage to grimace in pain before letting out a heavy sigh.
This is real after all.

This is Miranda Frost's Alt
Character name: Zangetsu (commonly known as Hollow Ichigo)
Race: Zanpakuto/Hollow
Character source: Bleach
Character history:Zangetsu is taken shortly after ichigo obtained him when regaining his soul reaper powers when regaining his soul reaper powers after Byakuya Kuchiki wounded his ability to use them.
Zangetsu himself is a strange complication. First born when Rukia Kuchiki (a soul reaper) transferred her Shinigami powers to Ichigo Kurosaki. Though dormant, it was clear from the start that Zangetsu was a formidable Zanpakuto. Once Ichigo lost the ability to use Zangetsu, Ichigo had to undergo training to awaken the soul reaper powers within himself. However, during the training ichigo's soul degraded and hollowed out at the exact time he regain his powers. Zangetsu became a product of this strange combination, serving both as Ichigo's inner hollow and Zanpakuto.

Currently (until I can get enough for an alternate form or upgrade his sword) that sword ichigo is carrying is his appearance, and is the move's appearance as well.
Note: peeps have been asking me how I intend to get around so if the staff was wondering, Zangetsu is a sword. Therefore he will be carried around until he gets an alt form (shown below).
Alt Form (when purchased):

Zangetsu: Appearing to be a massive katana, this sword promotes strong attack power at the cost of swinging speed. The sword itself is heavy and can be difficult to wield in the wrong hands. Note: I don't know its exact weight and length, but im assuming 4-5 feet in length with a hilt about 1.5-2 feet in length. To those who use him, Zangetsu can occasionally transfer its energy to help an ally, within five feet of zangetsu, with his or her fatigue to the point to where they feel a rush of adrenaline, which may also reduce the amount of pain for a short time 30-40 seconds (600) (Req Physical Strength, Buff Proficiency)

Probitas finished hugging Kelsie. Her skin was soft and warm and her grip was comforting. He looked around. from the young blonde girl's smiling face, back to where everyone, even his father had stood. No one was thre, though they were there just a few moments before. Was he dreaming? He couldn't have been. It was impossible. He knew that Retane had just been there. So had others, but where were they now? THe young namekian looked back at Kelisie confused but smiled weakly at her.
"Probitas, we are going to have to much fun together", the girl spoke enthusiastically.
The young new-born could only offer a smile as he still tried to figure out what had happend. His father, Retane, was just there with others, but none of them were there now. Probitas felt sad for a moment but the smile on the young girls face and her excitement made him cheer up. Her smile was special some how, but he didn't know what else to do, "Where did my father go?"
Kelsie giggled for a moment but her own expression looked sad, "He's going on a mission, I think. They asked me to look out after you as a friend. They wanted me to show you around the town and let our village know who you guys are, and you get to learn a little about us. It'll be a lot of fun, I promise."
The innocent namekian still wanted to say hello and hug his father, but it seemed for now it would have to wait. He looked towards the girl, and grabbed her hand as she held it out. Kelsie had called out to him and he had called out to her way before his hatching. They were ment to be friends, and she would show him good times. She had friends she wanted him to meet and everytinhg. He couldn't wait.
Still, the young namekian looked back in the distance of where his father must have went. Probitas never even got to say hello.

After all the gloom and darkness, it was so strange for Proto Man to find himself once again in the Tangled Green following a detour through the Nexus. As they drew closer to the Tangled Green gate, the preteen machine spotted Shang Tsung and Atelos entering ahead of them, but they were gone before Proto Man was close enough to shout ot them.
Once they were out of the Nexus, the preteen machine and his companion said farewell to their escorts and started away from the gate. As they had agreed to earlier in the month, they had returned to the land of forests and jungles to pay some respects for those who had been slain by the Blight. Before they left, Mireya said they should go meet with her ‘people,’ if only to let them know that the Blight was contained.
Once the Nexus was a few minutes behind them, they encountered an area now known as the Scorched Grove. Too many months ago, Wood Man had perished here at the hands of Mireya, Proto Man, and Snake Man. The sylvan Robot Master, originally in the verse to study its flora and fauna, had become another victim of the Blight when he was attacked by darkspawn. Despite the spreading infection, he had fought against it long enough to learn as much as he could and leave behind a record of everything he knew.
Proto Man had used that information to discover the origins and source of the Blight, which set into motion the series of events that led to Scylla being banished. On their way out of the Green, the group had been confronted by the blighted Wood Man, and after a vicious struggle, they destroyed the former Robot Master. In the process, Proto Man nearly burnt down the entire forest. Now all that remained of the machine so integral to the end of the Blight was a few square arches of blackened trees and soil.
Seeing the look on her friend’s face, Mireya placed a hand on his shoulder. “At least he is at peace. He would be happy knowing he helped to save so many lives. I’m sure Snake Man would feel the same way.”
Because he wore a helmet and a visor, Proto Man was able to hide the handful of tears that stung at the corner of his eyes. “I know...” He mumbled as he walked toward a charred tree and placed a hand on it. “It just sucks that they’re gone,” he added as his hand swung down to his waist. It was moments like these where he wished he was either fully human or completely lacked the near-sapience accidentally ‘gifted’ to him by Wily and Light. If he was a real boy, he could at least wholly understand the emotions he felt, and on the other hand, a machine with a simple AI wouldn’t be bothered in the least. Instead he had to deal with things he didn’t know how to really cope with or understand.
“Let’s keep goin’,” Proto Man finally said to break the silence. As the pair turned, they spotted someone shuffling about among the dead trees. When the figure realized it had been seen, it tried to slide behind a blackened husk. “I know you’re there. We’re not going to attack you.”
After a moment of silence, an anthropomorphic mouse about the same height as Proto Man stepped out from the tree. “Sorry, Fella, I can’t be too sure nowadays who is out to say hello and who wants to throw me in cuffs,” the mouse punctuated the remark with a hearty laugh that reminded Proto Man of a Saturday morning cartoon character.
“Trust me, we both understand what you mean,” Proto Man replied with a smile, and the robot was actually happy when Mireya nodded as well. “Who are you?”
“Me?” The mouse asked jovially as he placed a gloved hand on his chest. “I’m Mickey Mouse.” Seeing that he wasn’t being threatened by the preteen machine and his companion, Mickey strolled over to the pair and offered one of his big, four-fingered hands. Proto Man reached out with one of his own slightly oversized hands and shook with Mickey, who repeated the gesture with Mireya. “Who are you guys?”
“I’m Blues, and this is Mireya Vasquez.”
“I’m from here,” the half-night elf added as she pointed off in the direction of her old hunting grounds.
“Well golly, you probably know this place a lot better than me… I’ve only been here a few hours!” Mickey replied with a smile. “It’s not so terrible here.”
“You mentioned people who want to throw you in cuffs?” Proto Man inquired.
