Character name: Seija Kijin
Character source: Touhou Project: Touhou 14, Double Dealing Character; Touhou 14.3, Impossible Spell Card
Character history: The embodiment of perversion, the contrary creature, the amanojaku. Seija Kijin is Gensokyo's representative amanojaku, and by extension, its resident troublemaker. She had existed in Gensokyo for a couple of centuries in relative silence, causing trouble in smaller villages and locales only to find herself quickly punished by nearby youkai, and sometimes even the humans. Though clever, she was weak in offensive terms, and her ability to turn everything upside down didn't grant her much strength. She came to be more of an observer, noting the social structure and power hierarchy of Gensokyo and quietly planning out how she could turn it all on its head. When she came across the Miracle Mallet, with its ability to grant any wish, her plan begun to pick up steam. The only problem was she lacked the ability to use the mallet. It could only be used by a descendant of Issun-Boshi, a member of the kobito race.
Lucky for Seija, there existed one kobito in Gensokyo: Shinmyoumaru Sukuna. She filled the young kobito princess's head with tales of betrayal amongst her people, of how it was her turn to return herself and her people to their former glory, and how Seija held for her the tool to do so. And so the two attempted a rebellion against Gensokyo's powerful, to give the weak their rightful time in the spotlight. At least that's what Seija wanted Shinmyoumaru to believe: it was really nothing more than Seija's desire to cause chaos.
Naturally they were thwarted by Gensokyo's incident solvers. While Shinmyoumaru learned of the true history of her people and began to accept her place, Seija had gotten too strong a taste of power to just give it up.
Now aware that the Shining Needle Castle Incident was Seija's doing, the residents of Gensokyo declared her a criminal and placed a bounty on her. They came at her with attacks that violated their in-place rule system (as she was a rebel, there was no need to uphold to rules), but she utilized items she had found that were able to cheat against these impossible attacks. In the end, she stood victorious over even Gensokyo's most powerful youkai.
This of course piqued Omni's attention, and shortly after she had returned into hiding, she was plucked out of Gensokyo and thrown into the Omniverse.

Red eyes, pale/light complexion, black hair with red and white streaks dotted through. Two small horns atop her head; a sign that the pitiful amanojaku, though oft confused with them, are not even close to the mighty and powerful oni.
Wears a white short sleeved short skirted dress adorned with blue ribbons, with its bottom trim designed as a pattern of up and down arrows. Wears Japanese-style sandals or goes barefoot. Has a gold bracelet on her right wrist.
Stats:
ATK: 1
DEF: 2
SPD: 3
TEC: 4
(Spent: 5000)
Starting Proficiencies:
Ranged Proficiency -1000 OM
Debuff Proficiency -1000 OM (for reversals)
Homing Proficiency -600 OM
Starting Powers:
Telepathy -1500 OM
Starting Moves:
Reverse Sign "Evil in the Mirror" -300 OM (Requires Debuff Proficiency, Homing Proficiency, Telepathy)
Seija reverses her opponent's left and right movements. Although the victim is aware of which direction is which, the "controls" in their brain are reversed, so that when they intend to move left they move right and vice versa.
Initiated by declaring the name of the spell.
Lasts 30 seconds or until Seija has been weakened to roughly 7/8ths of current power/health. One use; cannot be used again until she has rested or recharged.
Reverse Sign "Overturning All Under Heaven" -300 OM (Requires Debuff Proficiency, Homing Proficiency, Telepathy)
Seija reverses her opponent's forward and backward movements. Although the victim is aware of which direction is which, the "controls" in their brain are reversed, so that when they intend to move forward they move backward and vice versa.
Initiated by declaring the name of the spell.
Lasts 30 seconds or until Seija has been weakened to roughly 7/8ths of current power/health. One use; cannot be used again until she has rested or recharged.
Default danmaku shot -300 OM (Requires Ranged Proficiency)
Allows Seija to shoot simple weak magic/energy bullets. Shot in a row of four, with two firing from Seija's side and two from directly in front of her. Rows fire one per second. Narrow spread, low damage.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.

Hello mortal-minds!
So, being the artsy type that I am, I often get inspired to draw people's characters and stuff, but being the wishy-washy type that I am, I can never settle on anyone.
That said, I am aware of the plight of writers who have OC Primes, in that they have no visual material for their characters. As such, I will combine my artistic propensity with my desire to do service to offer OC Identity Packages to people who want them.
I am a fickle god-mind, however, so I'm not gonna guarantee these get done in any given timely fashion and the offer won't always be on the table.
First come, first serve. Get yourself a portrait, avatar and siggy banner.
I am currently:
Giving a shit.

So, my first page, always a monumental step to anything. Hesitance is an issue, you never know what to start with and you don't want to ruin the page. Fear is another aspect, you want it to be good, but if you start with something good, how will you show progression? Well for me it was easy, I went back to the basics, the very first thing I ever learned to draw, art class or on my own. It was always beginning with the eyes.
So here it is, and EYE don't want any complaining... :joker:
You can comment on this stuff here if yo feel it necessary, or if you want to tell me how bad at drawing I am :omnip: :omni:

We'll im on a journey to get 4k OM
Afterwards I'm writing a five round Gauntlet fight.
Retane vs Retane
This means I have to write Retane, and Retane
It's been a point I wanted to do, and is actually happeneing faster then I thought.
Means Omni Retane will 5 five versions of Chubbs Retane
I'm doing this mostly to test myself but, some that I have explained it to, have been excited.
The Final Fight and everything up to it, will be judged by Alex(Cuz he never said no and he knows more about Retane in this era then anyone and hardly any about the old one)
I will have Fusion AKA the 4k OM and a few other tricks to try, but some fights will be 1v1, the others will be mutiple people in it.
Thoughts?
Nothing is set in Stone, and only a few know exactly what I'm planning, though I wing alot of it lol.
Again thoughts?
PS, Yes IM going to do nearly 30k words worth of fighting.

For expressing affection to your fellow human. Or not. We don't judge in the Love Thread.
Zangetsu Wrote:Jon Snow Wrote:Where'd the chat box go >.>
This discussion keeps overflowing over into the c-box. We as a whole were asked to keep it here so *Blewp* no more c-box for the time being.
I haven't been following this thread because i thought the whole back-lash something this small is getting was insignificant, so who-ever is being hard on omni needs to tone it down.
As for letting people know prior to his actions, would it really change anything? He would have done it anyway and even then he put this thread up. I love you Zangetsu <3

So yeah, it's gotten to the point where the chat looks like Gaia online half of the time. That's why I put the word filters in. Really at the time it was just an interim measure but increasingly I'm feeling like keeping them in (with some less extreme replacements ).
I want the chat box, as I've said before, to be a welcoming place where nobody feels uncomfortable. It's a middle ground. That's why, on one side, I ban gross jokes, rape jokes, trans jokes etc. A lot of people would say that's being overly sensitive. Those people are welcome to tell bad taste jokes over Skype or whatever. Hell, in my free time I tell incredibly bad taste jokes! But not in the chat box.
I know that a lot of people look at the chat box, see all the baby talk and cringe. I know I do and other members have said they also get out of the chat when it's "cuddle time". Here and there isn't bad, it's just really uncomfortable when the chatbox is completely filled with it and I know it turns new members off.
If you guys disagree strongly or want to voice alternate measures of changing this, here is the place to do so. Just thought I'd make a place rather than simply explaining in chat again <_<
Omni Wrote:Before we blow this out of proportion: I've banned two words: 'h-uggle' and 'g-lomp', and I've added a line to the OOC rules asking people to avoid excessive baby-talk in the chatbox.
Still welcoming all opinions. I just wanted to reiterate what this discussion is about.

Hey all! I've started my Secondary arc using Grave, From Dust. Seeing as this is my first long-term solo thread, I was wondering if some of my fellow Omniversians could give me a little bit of feedback on it. Much appreciated if you leave a little something!
