The smell of bile filled the air, and smell was almost visible as it emanated out of the buckets of vomit. The bullets of sweat and the massive migraines were lifted from his body. Gilgamesh’s body no longer felt as if it was going to give out at the slightest touch but in fact felt better than he ever has before. The furnace inside his body was now at a comfortable temperature...his massive sickness has gone but only the stench remained. His robes rell onto the floor as he attempted to get up. He outstretched his arms and felt the satisfying crack of bones.
His lazy legs slowly went towards the large bathroom as he happily anticipated a bath without the accompanying feeling of rising vomit. He twisted the golden handles as the steaming water poured into the bath. Gilgamesh felt a little luxurious today so he grabbed some bubbles off of his counter and poured it into the bath. The warm bath began to smell a little floral and a warm smile appeared on his face. He dumped the rest of that shit out...he can always summon another bottle later. His robe dropped and he slowly lowered himself into the bubbly mess.
[i] I deserve a break after that horrid ordeal. How dare that chef not cook my chicken well enough. He should be executed
The door opened and he heard the buckets shifting around. “My liege! Where are you?”
“Anos, I am in the tub. Let the people know their King has recovered.”
The elderly man entered the room and his grey beard had gotten significantly...greyer. He looked slightly bemused at the hat the King had formed for himself out of bubbles.
“In that case I have some news to tell you.” The King slumped back into the mass of bubbles as he listened. Anos took out his clipboard and began to read it off to the King. “A new barbarian has declared war on your Kingdom, a prime is being chased down and hunted for attacking your castle, and you have a hair appointment at noon.” The King’s brows furrowed at this news and he had no idea how this got left unattended for so long.
“Oh but there is a prisoner downstairs that might need some attention.” Anos smiled as he closed the door to the room. The King’s brow eased up and a cruel smile slowly crawled onto his face. Finally some decent news. The King would establish a new era. The Golden Era.

How the game works: Think of a person on the site whose work impresses you, but whom doesn't receive a lot of praise, or at least not often enough, and drop their name in here with a few lines about their work. The next person has to drop a few sentences about that person's writing, then submit another great, but underrated member of the site for yourself, with a blurb about how you feel about their work.
I'll start us off.
Kakashi/Vincent: This dude is a solid writer and easily a top tier writer when they get into their zone/mojo. They don't seem to make anyones list of who they wouldn't want to cross, but I have to say, Strazio(Who I feel is a great writer, as well) has their work cut out for them in their tournament match against Kakashi. He is great at depicting detail in a scene, but I feel his strong suit is his overall cleverness. Don't under estimate this dude or he'll throw you a curveball. I almost died in DA when he switched Deadpool's water bottle with a bottle of piss. (Yes, DP fell for it and drank it! xD)
Now, someone else talks about Kakashi, then leaves another member down (With comments) to continue the game!
I repeat: You leave comments on both the person you are naming and the person who was named before!
BEGIN!

The Shardworld
Welcome, Prime or perhaps not-Prime, to the Shardworld. You may be a new player around here learning the ropes, or you may be a veteran coming back to check for some detail. In either case, scroll down to find what you need!
IMPORTANT!
Please don't post replies into this thread to talk about the Shardworld! This is meant to be a purely "guiding" thread that lets players understand the game, it's not intended for discussion.
If you have questions, post in the "Game design & discussion thread" (link's at the bottom of this post), or send me a private message and I'll respond as soon as I can.
Below is an Index of the contents of this thread. Be sure to at least skip over the content.
If you are looking for a specific entry and don't want to scroll, you can use ctrl + f and enter the code in [brackets] in front of the respective entry to find it.
Before reading on, remember this:
The Shardworld's rules apply in addition to the site rules. If there is a clash, the site rules will always overrule the Shardworld's. Ideally this issue shouldn't come up, but if in doubt, you know what to do.

I'm putting this thread out there in hopes that it stokes creativity and community bonding and what have you~ Essentially, it is just as the Subject Title suggests. This is a thread for those of you that already have a decent idea or general premise for a quest or event, and desire some help fleshing out and/or fine tuning the idea. Anyone can feel free to post here, but just like the Story Request thread, no one is required to provide input.
However, let it be known that this is NOT the same as the Story Request thread, as this is a story that YOU want to create, as opposed to letting someone else 'do it for you' in a sense. You can have more of a discussion about your thoughts and ideas as opposed to just getting a story set up for you. In a sense, its a way to keep the Story Request thread from becoming cluttered, if that makes sense? Basically, it's not for getting ideas, it's for improving them.
Maybe it'd be best to give an example.
---
It started off as a Halloween joke between Gildarts and I, but I've been tossing the idea around in my head for a while and have even mentioned it in the cbox from time to time. I think it would be cool to do a Community event or story arc involving Murdoc from the band Gorillaz throwing a big rave or party, perhaps at his own club or something akin to that. I feel like just a mingling party type thing could be a little boring, so I thought that perhaps there could be things going on behind the scenes. What exactly would be going on behind the scenes, I don't know yet (ouch grammar). Could be a trap, or PLOTSTUFFS, or character development, or whatever! Essentially though, it would involve Murdoc being a sneaky little bastard.
---
Aaaaand that would be where this thread came in. Someone could, say, provide some input on the setting (i.e. the party, where it would take place, what kind of party, club? Mansion?) or perhaps what kind of characters would be involved. The real request for input was for WHAT should be going on besides the party, but that doesn't mean that that's the only thing that needs attention in this particular idea.
***IMPORTANT***
If this is a community wide event that you wish to keep the plotstuffs and setting and whatnot a SUPER SECRETY SECRET Then you should also feel free to post here requesting help with a SUPER SECRETY SECRET IDEA. To receive proper help, you should post some sort of method of communication to relay ideas and input and help to each other (i.e. skype, kik, pm, or even steam; whatever you guys want)
Also, that example I used is totally definitely real and you all should help me flesh it out. If you have an extra juicy plotstuffs for behind-the-scenes junk, PM or skype it to me @itskurokuro
---EDIT---
^the above is a good example of requesting help for a secret event or whatevers.

Dear Diary,
I kinda lost my fight with the mohawk-guy... Wakka, I think my ear caught his name? I dunno. But... I realised something in there... this world isn't as nice or accommodating as I had originally anticipated. No, I had originally suspected, rather naively, that auras took effect here. I was mistaken in the arena. Every single blow that studded ball crushed me with burned like an inferno, every single broken bone was well and truly snapped - no special shield to absorb damage, no limits as to how much damage could be dealt...
The only word I had for it was hell... and man, if you know me, that's a word I think I've never spoken.
But I wasn't the only one suffering. Oh no, I had done twice - no, three times the amount of damage to my opponent than I thought I had... lemme recap what happened nearing the end.
---
My hand shook wildly as it rummaged within the potato sack-like bag. My dainty, pale fingers finally clasped around the rickety wooden shaft of the final bolt, and my digits savoured the feeling, much like one might savour the remaining drops in a bottle of wine. This last bolt could have been my saviour. Clenching my teeth in a last-ditch effort to halt my devilish vibrating, I locked the missile into place and drew it back until the satisfying click resounded from the weapon. I peeked out waving the spearhead towards the center of the battlefield, bolt head poised to impale my opponent...
Wait, impale? It had taken me long enough to realise. Had I noticed such a scary notion earlier, I might not have been so devastated... but once it eventually hit, all signs of rational thought escaped my eyes. While my mind was busy beating itself up with a spike club over the fact that I had actually sunk a projectile into another living thing's flesh, my body escaped the leash it had been bound by and rushed at the mohawked man.
Golden orbs wide with fear from the sudden change in tactic, the man backpedaled, pushing his ball out as if wishing some form of protective barrier would magically sprout from the sky-coloured pattern. Despite his extremely fruitful defense, a crude spear head tore a ragged chunk out of his hip, and a muffled scream escaped his lips.
---
I might have had a feral front... but my mind was dark... I could see myself, crouched against a pitch black wall, unaware of the murder my body was attempting to commit. Make it stop, make it stop! Were the words that resounded off of the walls of what was presumably an ebony box. Every single savage movement could be felt in my head, like a bolt of lightning striking my pain receptors with each maniacal swing I made. I was changing... was I really going to go insane?!
She's a hazard to my health!
Weiss's voice stung like a wasp... was I really a hazard? No... I had to be strong and fight through this, like all those heroes from the fairy tales!
Unfortunately, the real world isn't the same as a fairy tale.
Blake this time... why?! WHY ME?!
What are you, insane?
Weiss again. The memories kept hitting me, like a punch with spiked knuckles... but then my head perked up when a new, comforting voice arrived.
Ruby. I've made more mistakes than any man, woman, and child on this planet. But at this moment I would not consider your appointment to leader to be one of them. Do you?
"O-Ozpin..." I mumbled, and began reaching out, as if attempting to grasp some tangible piece of the headmaster. "N-no... y-you're wrong... I-I'm a disgrace to team RWBY... they s-should be thankful I'm gone..." I complained, sobbing lightly. I knew it was only a memory, but I responded nonetheless... but my steady downpour of tears abruptly halted with Ozpin's next spoken words.
Being a team leader isn't just a title you carry into battle, but a badge you wear constantly. If you are not always performing at your absolute best, then what reason do you give others to follow you?
He was right... if I didn't try to overcome something like this, what was the point in Weiss, Blake and Yang following my lead in the first place? "T-they don't have any reason." I agreed, wiping my soaked eyelids with an ebony sleeve. "I-if I don't try at all, there was no reason for them to follow me from the start... but they did anyway." I could feel the suffocating box of shadow begin to brighten, and one final sentence filled my ears.
You've been burdened with a daunting responsibility Ruby, I advise you take some time to think about how you will uphold it.
"Will do." I replied, grinning brightly once more.
---
My silver eyes focused once more... but sadly to the image of an oblique, round object... it wasn't very pleasant being sent straight back into blackness.
---
Dim torchlight filtered in through my eyes as they creaked open like a duo of rickety drawbridges. I groaned, as if waking up on a normal morning in my dangerously perched bunk bed back in Beacon. It took me quite some time to regain my bearings, but after laying prone for a minute or so, I actually felt bothered to swing my legs out of the infirmary bed I laid in. I yawned and stretched, head groggy and most of all sore.
I wanted to check out the results for the rest of the Colosseum, but wasn't exactly sure how mobile devices worked in the Omniverse. Oh well, only one way to find out! I decided... had I said it out loud it would have been much more of a moan than a fully-fledged shout as my thoughts had implied. Focusing was a painful practise in my predicament (okay, how many times have I alliterated already?), but my mind's eye visualised a phone in due time, reminiscent of those we used back in Vale.
A familiar wait inserted itself into my palm and I laid eyes upon a transparent device, presently sleeping, with a grey casing and holographic screen. Grinning softly, I clicked the device to life, but my smile warped to an expression of confusion as I was brought to the 'Dataverse'... it sounded strange, but I could only guess it was the Omniverse's edition of our internet. I scrolled down the menus until I arrived at the Colosseum results.
I scanned the names, searching for one in particular... and unluckily enough, Rin lost against his opponent, Tartaros... grim name, really.
My curiosity getting the better of me, I searched more names... Black Star... Dante... Beside Dante, I noticed Wakka and gave him a silent congratulations, before realising something.
"Thank you." I whispered, as if the device would relay the message to Wakka. "If you hadn't have knocked me, I dunno what I would have done." My sign of gratitude finished, I scanned for more names... I noticed Shulk also lost, against Kakashi...
And who would have thought? Kanda had entered. To my slight delight, he, too, lost against Ms. Marvel... sounded like a woman who'd boast about herself but who was I to judge?
One final scan... I noticed more unfamiliar names... Adam Gaite won against Ballad, whoever they were... Oko-
No. Way. My heart leaped into my throat, and possibly raced there for a few moments, too. Beside Okor... was the unmistakable name, 'Weiss Schnee'.
Frowning, I dumped the device into a pocket on my skirt and glided off of the bed, racing along the dusty stone floor, frantically searching for a sign, a clue as to where-
Who needs clues? I skidded to a halt, kicking up at least half a kilo of dust. Before me stood a head of snow white hair, facing away from me. The girl's jacket was discarded, revealing the major cuts, burns and bruises she had racked up from her battle with Okor.
Only four words left my mouth:
"W-Weiss? Is that really you?"

Because the quest for the Chaos emeralds have so much potential story wise, I will have Xehanort search for that Oasis himself. If anyone wants to tag along with Xehanort and his HK-series (still haven't figured out which model to make him) droid, post ya interest here.
Verse: The Endless Dunes
Starting Town: The Town With No Name
Interested Primes: Xehanort
-Thaal Sinestro
Current NPCs Involved: ienzo
HK-??
In Chaos Renewed
Requirements – Level 2
Difficulty – Moderate
Reward – Chaos Emerald
Location – The Endless Dunes
Overtime, Primes often makes mistakes—they summon unwanted things or modify themselves in irreversible manners. It is said that out in the reaches of the Endless Dunes lies an oasis. At the center of this oasis is a pool of what seems to be water to the hapless observer. To a prime who is driven by the need to start anew, this is not water but a gateway into a realm surging with chaotic energy. By drinking from the oasis, the prime will be shifted into this realm. In it, they must confront themselves. The prime will be challenged by what he aspires to be and must emerge victorious. When they have, they will awaken renewed and refreshed, with their omnilium turned back to its rawest, untapped form.
Quest Stipulations – Character must travel to an oasis in the remoter parts of Endless Dunes. They must drink of the oasis, which places them into a place very similar to the Astral Verse, where they must confront their shortcomings and what they hope to be. After a positive judgment, the prime wakes back up next to the oasis, with 1000 less OM and a colored gem in their possession.
Artefact = Chaos Emerald (Color) – Using this permanently removes 1000 OM from a prime, but it then reverts all of their remaining Spent OM into Earned OM. This removes all moves, super moves, powers, proficiencies, items, power ups, and unlocks (exception being any Secret Routes). The prime may then respend their Earned OM on whatever they desire. A prime may also redistribute their Stats, if they so desire.
The emerald is good for one use. After being used it will continue to emanate power but has no other apparent function
Bear in mind that new moves and power ups have to be approved, like always.
Of course he wont be leaving right this moment, he still needs 1500 more om before he is eligible.

While internet is a problem for me, I dont want anyone to think I am gone.
I want you to understand something...
Retane is special... Because of who he is... and because of me being his handler.
Search for Retane and you will find his story begins in the Nexus...
Yeah... Seems I broke those rules... Greg was there and didn't say anything... or just didn't read.
That being said... I still have a story to build and write... And I have Horsemen to strengthen....
I am one of a kind.. and will keep it so... Even when I leave, Retane will leave.. By my story or Omni's wish....
