Character history: He is the former Leader to Feida, a organization of Second Stage Children, individuals that had been deemed as far descendants of the most powerful soccer players that have various psychic powers at the price of their short lives (since they cannot live beyond twenty) due to a genetic mutation, that has waged war against the adults of El Dorado for the future of soccer. After being vaccinated to end the mutation once and for all, his powers were deemed as dormant, however unknown to him, another mutation was happening and it was adapting to this change.

Several months later, his powers and other former attributes (exception of short life since that has been resolved) were returning, however in the mist of this, he simply vanished one day and was never seen again in his reality. Unknown to him, this was actually the work of Omni.

Physical Description: In the incident, he has white spiky hair and wears goggles with a black frame and yellow lens. He wears a sleeveless orange shirt over a full sleeved black shirt with black pants underneath and white boots, along with a small light blue scarf and white gloves. He also has big dark violet eyes, which are similar to Tenma's.

Nowadays, he wears more casual clothes, however he remains to have his small blue scarf around.

Inspired from Fei's Air Bullet and his own move, being of Shellbit Burst, it is a small ball of static energy that SARU creates between his hands in a rotating fashion as it grows to the size of a soccerball in a window of four seconds. As he tosses it over and kicks it for added power, it creates speeds going much like a bullet going down a straight trajectory as it cannot be manipulated. The maximum range distance is ten meters before the ball eventually bursts out in a violent shock affecting within five feet of the blast radius for moderate damage.

Just so you know, you only receive half of your earned OM when switching characters if your total earned OM is 8000 or more. If it's less, then your amount is reset back to the standard 5000.

As for your application, I'm going to need more details regarding your move. What is its range? Since you mention Area Attack Proficiency as a requirement, does that mean that it does area damage? If so, what is its blast radius? Can SARU control its trajectory? Also, is it a simple attack or does it have additional functions/modes?

Ah, I understand. Thanks for the clear up there and I'll keep that in mind for future reference.

As to further explain the attack further, it's a simple attack with long range means. Yes, it can affect the area around the other side with a violent burst of it's energy and once the attack has been launched, SARU can't control the trajectory, it's a straight-on shot from there. Wherever he launches from, it's going in that one direction.

Starting Moves: Static Burst (Area Attack, Ranged, Ranged Materialized) (300)

You need to be more specific. When I say that you need to add the move's effective range and blast radius, I mean that you have to provide a specific measurement i.e. from how many meters/yards can SARU fire the ball and how many meters/feet around it does the ball affect when it explodes.

Also, the move is going to need some downsides to balance out the benefits. I mean, it's an instantaneous attack that travels very quickly and does moderate damage; that's quite powerful, especially for a regular move. It's going to require a serious cost to justify.

For weaknesses: Well, if he can't focus well (due to a debuff or other means) or if it hits an object in the way (like a wall and such), it falls apart pretty quickly and can dissipate very quickly. Oh and the plane in front of him must be flat-surfaced if it's to perform the best; if the ground is even slightly rocky/bumpy, it's going to have difficulty with travel as it would slow it down somewhat, that's just it.

For Distance: The blast radius on impact would be around the individual only for a few seconds before it dissipates and as for the feet radius, his long shot would, as much as there's no rough estimation of an absolute exact, but it must be longer than ~10 to ~20 feet at best.

I'm afraid that's not really going to cut it. While you're free to roleplay the move as being weaker in certain areas if you so desire, a move being stronger/weaker due to environmental factors isn't an acceptable way to balance a move. Also, like I said, you're going to need to be more specific when it comes to the move's distance and area of effect.

If you need help with making a better move description and the move examples in the rules aren't helpful enough, I highly recommend using the Move Creation Workshop. Ed/Minato is always eager to help people with their moves.
