So, I was thinking of making a character that is a Pokemon trainer. The only problem is that she would probably have 0-2 moves that she actually does on her own. Her moveset would be her Pokemon doing moves/actions.
Is this alright, to have mostly/only creatures come out, do a move, and go away again?
Or could they be secondaries, but they can only attack with purchased moves, one at a time, and with Blue controlling when they attack and their target?
I know this crosses into assist territory and definitely into super moves but I want to know if a dumbed-down, cheaper alternative is possible.
Thanks, and I'm sorry if this was mentioned somewhere I didn't notice.
