T1 Power-Up: Battle Aura (1.000)
Image:
(obviously, replace Mewtwo with Sabrina. This is the most accurate image I could find)
+0

Sabrina breaks the safety limitations of her mind to enter a state of heightened concentration and vastly increase her mental powers. In this state she becomes enveloped in a glowing blue bubble shield made of psychic energy which, while it doesn't physically block attacks, reduces their strength somewhat. Opponents who physically enter the shield's area (for melee attacks, for instance) will experience light stinging on their skin, but can safely ignore this - it does not inflict damage.

Alt form: Grave Shroud  (2000)
ATK: 1
DEF: 2
SPD: 5
TEC: 2
Image:
Sabrina assumes this form by slipping the Bone Crown, a magic item in her possession, around her wrist. This causes the robe to appear on her, completely obscuring her face and body. Beneath the shroud she wears a layer of light silvery armor (as visible on her hands and forearms in the picture) which provides her with slight protection and may surprise her opponent as the robes hide the armor most of the time.
The Grave Shroud raises Sabrina's physical and mental speed and reflexes immensely, allowing her to dart around the battlefield like a wraith coming to reap the souls of the living. To support the psychological effect of her appearance and enhanced speed Sabrina favors the use of indirect and debuffing moves in this form, and to conceal her vastly reduced psychic capabilities and skill, which are both hampered by the unwieldy shroud and the bone crown which drains her psychic power to sustain the form.

T1 Super Move: Psycho Boost (600, requires Ranged Proficiency)
Sabrina concentrates an enormous amount of psychic energy into the air in front of herself or by taking a stance much like someone using Kamehameha, channeling for 3 seconds and forming a transparent sphere of blue and purple energy that is about the size of a basketball between her open palms. She can also choose to take longer, but this doesn't make the move more powerful.
Regardless of her stance and how long she takes, once she releases the sphere by thrusting her hands towards her target it flies in a straight line, relatively slowly at ~50km/h (~30-31mph). Upon hitting anything it "pushes" on for a second before collapsing on itself in a miniature explosion as large as the original sphere that inflicts severe damage on who-/whatever was unfortunate enough to get hit.

Arc Zero Grenade (300, requires Ranged, Area Attack and Debuff Proficiencies)

By focusing for ca. 4 seconds and holding her hand out Sabrina materializes a grenade into her hand, taxing her somewhat (summoning 5-6 grenades too fast one after another leaves her rather tired). During the summoning she cannot move faster than at a walking pace and is unable to use other moves. She proceeds to throw the grenade at the desired location, which can be up to ~25m at max, or drops it on the ground, when she feels that the time is right. Each grenade is around the size of an adult human’s fist. Until they explode they can be picked up and thrown back/away if an opponent is fast enough. Also, only one grenade may be “in play” at a time. Until its effects have run out Sabrina cannot summon a new one.

The Arc Zero grenades are designed to disorient opponents and electric circuits and wirings with a lightning discharge. They explode 2 seconds after hitting any surface and create a miniature cloud of blue sparkling electric energy about 2m wide which disorients opponents, making their vision erratic and dancing for ca. 5 seconds and making their ears ring for the same amount of time which causes difficulty to hear other noises, though the higher TEC an opponent has the more they mitigate (but not completely negate) the effects. By design, it effects robots and non-biological opponents in the same way (although, Omniphysics be thanked, it does this anyway). It does not actually damage the opponent though.

Arc Zero grenades have a black paintjob with lightning sparks across its surface. Why does it have a paintjob that gives a hint at what it does? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Finally (last one, I promise) I would like to link this video as a visual demonstration of how Sabrina would simultaneously eject and fling the magazine of her Bolter Cannon upon reloading. Taken from my roster, the move "Bolter Cannon" in this post:

Quote:The Bolter Cannon’s magazine is also modified: after ejecting it during the reload she is able to throw it at her opponent like a heavy projectile. Sabrina saves the empty mag to throw whenever the opportunity presents itself, or flings it at her opponent as she ejects it from the Bolter Cannon (note that the magazine doesn't fly nearly as far as it does in the linked clip) for an attack when her opponent least expects it. While it doesn’t fly nearly as fast as a bullet due to being thrown (up to 60-65m), it's heavy and has pointy edges, so it hurts. The magazine’s dimensions are 20x30cm (length and height, same dimensions as an A4 sheet of paper) and ~8cm thickness. Due to holding bullets, it’s also hollow and a bit lighter than what it looks like. Sabrina can't throw magazines from her reserve also. The risks (rounds going off, opponent stealing the tech etc.) are too great for the reward.

The bolded part is where I would place the link, as well as add a note of the video not being accurate. I'm not certain if it's necessary or the edit is too minor, but hey - better safe than sorry.
I also noted that I didn't write down an actual range of how far the magazine can be thrown. I added that in, again bolded, and would like re-approval for it, please.
"(Note to self: insert quote & picture once I find stuff)"

@Mark: I decided to cooperate, here's the version of the move with a range limit. It's pretty dang far but both characters are pretty TEC heavy to begin with.

Dama Hama Ha (600) Ranged Proficiency
A light pink beam of raw destructive energy, fired from the palms of the hands, that can be charged for greater effectiveness. It requires the user to be stationary in order to use, though not necessarily on the ground. The user can endure hits while charging up, unless said hits are stronger than their DEF stat can allow; in that situation, it'll cause the move to fail. The minimum time it takes to use is about a second, and the longest it can be charged for is thirty seconds, the results of which can be very powerful. Once fired it travels as fast as an arrow. The beam's direction is selected upon firing, it can't be redirected once it's fired. Within range, the beam travels until it hits something, but it's strength starts to deminish around 500 feet and and eventually fades to nothing around 750 feet. A small charge of the beam doesn't effect the user's stamina much, but a fully charged beam can be quite taxing. It is roughly three feet in diameter

Normal Move
Yojimbo Style: Totsuzenshi - 600 OM
Requires Physical Strength, Area Attack Proficiency

Hiro follows through on whatever previous action he was performing, seamlessly dropping into a traditional Ko Gasumi stance. He may perform this move after a series of sword strikes, or use it defensively to ward off a single attack as he assumes the stance.

From this position he must focus his strength and tighten his core muscles for a one second delay, before performing a strong, 180 degree sword slash with twice the force of one of his normal strikes. The slash deals damage dependant on how many enemies it connects with. A singular foe will recieve the blow at full power, while five ebemies that are hit by it will only take half as much damage as one of Hiro's normal sword attacks. One the slash is performed, he returns to his normal fighting stance with little delay. The maneuver is not terrible draining, about as energy intensive as throwing a particularly hard haymaker, but repeated use will wear him out.
Sabrina: All approved. Also that video is goddamn hilarious.

Guu: That's fine. Approved.

Hiro: Cool stuff. Good to go, just be aware that if you're out-TEC'd the counter won't be as effective.

Lightning Release: Rasencannon (Tier-2 Offensive Super Move; Ranged Proficiency, 800 OM)

Through extensive training and practice, Kakashi has managed to successfully meld his signature technique, Raikiri, with the Rasengan, the hallmark of his former sensei. Taking a wide stance, Kakashi holds his right arm straight out in front of him and focuses on forming the base of the rasengan within his palm. As he does this, he clamps his left hand around his extended wrist, charging the limb with lightning-aligned chakra. After nearly ten seconds of intense focus, the surging electrical energy becomes visible upon his extended arm, crackling down the limb and around his fingers as they clamp around a newly-formed baseball-sized orb of chaotic, spiraling, lightning-aligned chakra. This lightning-charged rasengan roils with tumultuous energy as the normally smooth spiraling chakra is whipped into an unstable frenzy. As the technique reaches completion, the tremendous current engulfs his entire arm, forming a blinding wreath of electricity wrapping around the limb in tight coils as it reaches to just shy of his shoulder. Finally, using his mastery of the lightning nature transformation, Kakashi forces the energies to reverse down his limb all at once, firing the rudimentary ‘solenoid’ formed by the fingers gripping his wrist to launch the super-charged projectile forward. The sphere of plasma accelerates to the speed of a high-caliber rifle round for up to 100 meters, causing a shockwave as it races toward its target, leaving a trail reminiscent of a lightning bolt behind. On contact the blast detonates, causing massive damage along with a strong electromagnetic pulse that radiates 10 meters in all directions (just for ‘wow’ effect, no extra damage/effect). This technique is exceedingly draining, requiring several moments before he can effectively use other moves.

Move: Shield Slider  - 600 OM

Gin materializes a slippery energy shield underneath him, that allows him to slide across the ground like a skateboard. Unlike a skateboard however, it takes less time to build up speed. Provided he has the momentum, Gin can combine this with his punches or kicks for the extra power in his attack. Since the shield is summoned by Gin, he can make it stick to his body like a magnet, or have act like a normal "skate board". Should the situation need it, Gin can also extend the shield to allow one passenger.

HIGH-VELOCITY IMPACT (slamdunk.att) - 300 (Requires Ranged, Area Attack, Flight)
Vision flies upwards a maximum of 10 meters and minimum of 4 meters at a velocity of 2 meters per second. He then maximizes his density and slams into the ground. The higher he is, the more damage he does. The damage itself comes from the shockwave of the slam. At minimum damage, this impact is enough to throw hostiles off their balance. At maximum, this impact can throw them off their feet. While potent, Vision can only use this move thrice in a fight with a cooldown of 30 seconds between each use. It also costs him significant solar energy to use it, leaving him more "tired" than before. The shock wave does not differentiate between friend or foe.

SUPER DEFENSE TIER 1 RAPID DENSITY REDUCTION (ghost.att) - 600 (Requires Phasing)
In a span of one second, Vision reduces his density to the brink of non-existence. Unlike Phasing normally, nothing will harm him while he is like this. However, in order to avoid his molecules being dissipated into the air, he must return to his normal density within 3 seconds. In other words, this is a 3-second complete disappearance. In the last second, a faint outline of Vision appears. Vision cannot do anything when using this move, so people who know about this move could just wait 3 seconds. Furthermore, using this move is extremely exhausting.

Celestial Brush: Thunderstorm (T2 Super Offense Move - 800. Requires Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency)

Amaterasu uses the magic brush that is at the end of her hair, turning the very world before her into her canvas. Using her golden ink (Manifestation of SP) she draws a "ϟ" symbol into the air in front of her, while saying "raikou" or "inazuma" (japanese nouns, both meaning "Lightning"), taking ~3 seconds to do so. Once completed electric energy starts sparkling over the symbol as it flies into the sky above the battlefield, taking a further ~5 seconds and creating miniature thunder clouds above it, with rumbling and booming as well as a drizzle announcing the imminent storm.
After reaching its pinnacle and spreading the thunderclouds across a large area (about 4 meters in every direction, with the symbol being the center) the rainpour intensifies, accompaigned by winds that make both Amaterasu's and her opponents's clothes flutter for added dramatic effect. What opponents must be wary of however are the powerful bolts of lightning that rain down from the ϟ symbol and hit everything in the area beneath the thunderclouds indiscriminately - indeed, even Amaterasu gets struck several times, although she is unharmed by her own attack. The attack relies less on quality, but more on quantity - the damage dealt to an opponent, appropriate for a T2 Super Attack, adds up through multiple lightning strikes rather than a single decisive one. It also causes some environmental damage and leaves numerous smouldering little craters where the lightning bolts hit.
The thunderstorm lasts for about 10 seconds during which 100 lightning bolts bombard the area - 10 bolts per second, though on average one opponent would not get hit by more than 5 bolts. After the thunderstorm ends, the symbol, now discharged, as well as the clouds dissipate.

Amaterasu must remain stationary after painting the initial symbol, up until the thunderstorm is over (18 seconds in total), and cannot use offensive moves due to the great drain put on her during that time. She can however defend herself with defensive moves in the event that her opponent(s) attempt(s) to take her down with them.
The kanji 迅 (jin, meaning "swift") also appears in the air above Amaterasu as the thunderstorm takes place, this is a cosmetic effect that does not influence the move itself.

Celestial Brush: Sunrise (Power-Up T1, 1000)
Amaterasu uses the magic brush that is at the end of her hair, turning the very world into her canvas. Instead of drawing something into the air as she usually would, she draws a circle onto her chest (between her stomach and breasts, onto her clothes or skin, depending on what is applicable), while saying "taiyo" (japanese noun, meaning "sun"). As the circle completes, a miniature sun (a sphere about a meter in diameter at most) appears in the air above the battlefield. While it slowly drains golden ink from the pots on Amaterasu's sash (visible as glittery drops flying away from her, towards the sun) it empowers the sun goddess with its sunlight. Curiously, it seems to be out of reach no matter how someone approaches it, and unlike the real sun does not blind even if directly looked at.
Upon ending the power-up both the sun and the ink disappear by themselves.

Just a couple quick changes to run through and hopefully get the all-clear on. Forgot a couple details.

Blessed Silver Bayonets -- 600 OM (Requires: Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency)
Anderson's primary weapon are a vast number of bayonets, which he wields much like swords. They are equally well-suited to both slashing and stabbing, and while primarily used for offense can be used effectively enough to parry and defend against attacks. They are notably quite light, allowing for extremely swift and precise attacks, and making them well-suited to being used as throwing weapons in addition to melee tools. However, it should be noted they are rather fragile, and when used to block attacks or if they are struck against powerful defenses may tend to chip and crack, or shatter completely. Each Bayonet is approximately three and a half feet long, from the end of the handle to the tip of the blade. Each handle is roughly ten inches, without a pommel to separate them from the blade, and each blade is approximately an inch and a half wide at its base, tapering to just an inch before curving sharply near each end to a point.

Anderson typically wields these weapons one in each hand, either in a forward or reverse grip. At need, he can throw them with an effective range of up to 30 meters with sufficient force to cause injury. If he throws them, or they shatter or become damaged, he can produce another pair from within his sleeves after just two seconds, one per bayonet, with only the same focus one would normally apply to drawing a weapon from a regular scabbard.

Assuming this is meant to be more useful than just using proper skill and TEC to block attacks normally... About how long does it take to set up to start blocking attacks? Does it last for a specific length of time or is it just until he does something else? Also to note: blocking particularly large/widespread attacks would need Area Shield Proficiency, and characters with significantly more SPD/TEC than you would probably be much harder to block attacks from.
Archimonde is Illidan's felhunter, a species of demon with much in common with a dog, if it were the size of a small horse and drank people from the inside. A quadruped, Archimonde is a ferocious and generally mindless creature, but loves anything with magic, capable of slurping up such energy with the two suckers on the end of its tentacles attached to its shoulders.

Felguard Form (name may change) (Tier 1 Powered Up Form) (1000)

Channelling and twisting the taint that Dracula left in his blood, Illidan has brought this nightmarish form to bear. In this state, he loses the demon hunter's agility and skill, but makes up for it in brute force and resiliency. Not a form he will use often, but it definitely has its uses.

Archimonde: Just to make sure I check the paperwork boxes here, noting that any various moves for the great mangy terror dog-thing (like its claws, teeth, magic-sucker things and other probably terrifying appendages) would need to be bought as moves to be effective in an official fight. Assist is approved, though.

Felguard Form: Good to go.
If you see me around and you got questions, just give a shout. I'm happy to assist.

Looks good to me, boss. Approved.

Sword Block (300 OM)

Revan focuses all of his attention and cannot move from the spot he is standing as he uses his long sword to block powerful enemy attacks used against him.
Can begin blocking in five seconds to block the attacks coming straight for him. He can continue blocking until he does something else yes.

Yeh I just figured I might need an extra something to help me survive.

Flames: 300 OM
(All forms requires Ranged and Debuff)

Damir extends his hand forward and must concentrate as he quietly chants, thus making a gout of flames spew from his hand in about 3 seconds into the chant and reaching 10 feet in front of him, the gout takes a conical shape and at the end of its range forms a 1 foot diameter circle. Damir can only merely walk, anything else will disrupt his focus and break the spell. This includes getting hit, any simple hit will waver his focus and will disrupt the flames completely. Damir must keep on chanting in order for the gout to seem continuous, the full chant is about 30 seconds long. However, Damir can restart the chant, but at the last 10 seconds of the chant the gout weakens and sputters.

Broad Sword: 300 OM

(Legion, Requires Physical Strength)

When Damir turns into Legion he summons a sword into his hand, the blade, black and crusted with a deep orange glow emanating from the cracks like cooling lava, the blade is hot to the touch, easing it as the user cleaves through opponents. The handle is a standard leather wrapped two handed hilt. The blade is about 6 feet long and about 4 inches wide.

Moyashi - (300) Physical Strength

Moyashi is a sword created from the fires of a volcano. Other than that, it's just a normal katana. The blade is about 3ft long give or take and has jagged saw teeth that is used to tear off the opponent's flesh. Moyashi can be used with another weapon besides Dawn's sniper. Though weilding it with two hands generally makes it stronger and much more precise than with one hand. It's rather simple to summon which takes it only a second to spawn up. The sheathe is hooked to Dawn's waist where she must put it if she wishes to use a two-handed gun.
