1. I believe just a notice on the help desk is sufficient for this. However, I've never acquired a bounty, so I wouldn't know. 

2. Yes, it will be across the entire Omniverse. While sign ups are not open yet, they will be eventually, and at that time any prime can register for the event.

3. An NPC prime is not considered a second character, but they do require approval like any other prime. They can be submitted for approval here. And yes, these NPCs must have a certain purpose that you must state when creating them.

You can just post in the bounty thread. Although, myself and a few others are aware that you may be getting a bounty in the close future, so it's not necessary.

Can I have a bounty on Aegis because 1) Damir's custom Draconian form looks like Aegis with the only real difference being the cloak, 2) while in that form Damir announces himself as Aegis, and 3) Damir only commits 'crimes' while in Draconian form?

In the Fighting and Competition part of the rules section I found this:

Players with a bounty cannot turn down a fight unless they have a legitimate reason, such as having real-life commitments (in which case they should post in theGoing Away thread or go into their 'Edit Profile' page and mark themselves as 'Away' with a date of their return. 

I assume that this allows for "unsportsmanlike" situations such as multiple people teaming up on a single person with a bounty? For instance, if one person has a bounty, can a faction of four or more people fight a single person in one fight? And, technically, if the faction has put in the sufficient amount of effort of hunting down the person IC, the person with the bounty can't say no, as given by the rules stated above.
Second question that came to me while I was writing this: Could the person with the bounty also surrender, leaving us to bring them to the faction that gave the bounty and claim it that way if they truly do not wish to fight?

I mean...if you really want to you can RP the authorities being after him for that, but it wouldn't be an actual bounty that goes up on the board unless your character commits the crimes. The various factions would have ways of know it's not Aegis doing it.

Yup, a whole group can jump a dude if they want to. Goes hand-in-hand with the whole 'accepting consequences of your actions'. It's worth noting though that if you're at a disadvantage in a fight you get a little boost to your score to help you out.

Okay, I thought this type of situation needed a legitimate bounty. That's okay

As an addendum, just don't go crazy with it. Having a couple of guys chasing you in the streets is okay but don't RP like a dozen Ultramarines chasing you down. A couple of silly people can be fooled but only up to a certain point; it's understood people would figure it out if a lot of people got involved.

I'm going to say no on the first question. All you're really doing is changing a name and keeping the character as a prime NPC. It's not like your character was originally an OC.

As for the second question, Sure. If people who earn a second character and then switch their first, dropping below the threshold, can keep their second character, then I don't see why you wouldn't be able to keep your third.

It would be accompaigned with a change of looks and personality as well - not just a name change. But if you stay by your point, I will stop bugging about the subject.

If that is the case, then I don't really know, I would still say no... but you might wanna ask Greg or Alex specifically.

How does one delete a thread?

I believe there are checkmarks when you view a forum. Click the thread, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and there should be a drop-down menu with the option to delete the thread.

Bear in mind that, while you're free to delete OOC threads, if you want to remove and IC thread for whatever reason, that needs to be cleared and done by the staff for the purpose of OM numbers.

Having a friendly debate with someone about stats and wanna see who is more accurate. I'm planning a tier two powered up form for Amber that makes her stats 11/0/9/2. At this speed, will I still be able to maneuver as effectively as if I had 3 speed? Or will I be wanned for using such quick movements?

I don't see why you...wouldn't be able to? :psy: Probably not quite as well, as you won't be accustomed to that much of a speed increase, especially a temporary one, but you should be able to manage fine.

Hey all!

Captain America's current quest is going well, but there are long gaps between posts, resulting in a lot of waiting for me. I want to pad my account with OM by writing posts outside of Captain America, which I see that other people do using custom NPC's. What's the process or set-up for creating said NPC and their respective thread. I feel like the Endless Dunes are a good place to write about a character that doesn't really matter.

If you want to create a secondary, you can do that anywhere. The limits to that are that they have to be either some minor character from your character's canon or some random, no-name person.
