Official Move Approval III
Move: Force Choke (Requires Telekinesis, Debuff prof.) Cost: 300 OM

Description: An invisible hand that wraps itself around the opponent's throat, the Force Choke is a move associated with the Sith. Often used when she is lashing out in anger, Revan has been known to repeatedly use this power to incapacitate or kill foes. She holds her hand in a claw-like position, her hand reaching out to the opponent. The closer the enemy, the stronger it is and therefore, harder to break. The move is designed to restrict the breathing of opponents rather than crush their windpipe. At half her maximum range, the Force Choke does little more than distract an opponent. If an opponent's ATK is equal to or higher than Revan's, this move is ineffective. Period. Revan can be moving, but anything faster than waking will break her concentration, this breaking her hold on the opponent. Revan can only do this for about 10 minutes before having to recharge.

(Requires: Area Attack Pro, Debuff pro, Ranged pro)

Red acquired some of Johnathan Crane's(Scarecrow) fear toxin enabling him to create a grenade that causes those affected in a 6 foot radius to hallucinate their worst fears. Due to the experimental and possible danger of self harm Red only carries one of these at a time. Once thrown it takes about 5 seconds to detonate and another 5 for the gas to be fully dispersed in the target area. The affect lasts about a minute

Super-Shorty: 300 OM
Requires Ranged Prof.
The Super-Shorty is based on a Mossberg 500 12-gauge shotgun that came from the factory with a pistol grip. The gun holds two 2-3/4" or 3” shells in the magazine, plus one in the chamber. The 16.5" overall length, 6.5" barrel and spring-locked foregrip, which pivots out of the way when not in use, make for a very compact package. As far as we know, this is the shortest 12-gauge pump shotgun available.

Connor uses this with a Lupercal Enterprises version of OATH Ammunition’s brass encased 12 gauge hollow point slug. These specialty rounds are code named as Devastator Rounds.

1.25oz 1600fps all-copper slug designed to expand to an incredible  2.5″ and penetrate just enough to punch through a hostile human with little energy left to harm anyone downrange. Upon impact, this all-brass (except for the 40 grain copper expander die) projectile breaks up into half-dozen 158 grain sharp triangular pieces, each spreading about 15 degrees to the side of the initial direction. Penetration is likewise limited to the depth of a rib cage, producing very good stopping effect without over penetration.

How do can people retaliate against this? Also, it's worth pointing out that primes don't actually need to breath, so you may want to expand upon the utility of this Move to get more bang for your buck. And 10 minutes is probably far long to provide any meaningful drawback.

Are the devestator rounds your default, bread and butter ammo? Are they special ammo? Also, bear in mind that this move ain't gonna be shreddin' through any primes ribcages but would obviously make anyone regret their decision immediately.

What's the actual effect 'hallucinate their worst fears' has? Making them irrational? Disorienting them?
@Spartan - Let me find some existing precedent before I judge that one.

This move can be dodged or altogether canceled if Revan can't focus on the opponent. (i.e. rolling out of the way, or blocking yourself from her direct line of sight.) Revan can be moving, but anything faster than walking will break her concentration, this breaking her hold on the opponent. Revan can only do this for around 10 seconds before having to rest.
