Nope! The flag is for your base too, unless you otherwise specify, like Gilgamesh did.

If you and your base have different Flags, just note it clearly and I'll adjust the OP to reflect it.

Ok folks, it's as updated as it's gonna get right now! The links are all broken because there was a seam in the coding, so I just axed all of it.

Also, people that use the PVP flags in their Signature blocks might want to RESIZE them. They are massive at the moment.
