So, the Empire seems to be out for all sorts of information they can get their hands on when it comes to growing in power, as evidenced by the Empire Faction Quest which allows Primes to volunteer to be experimented on.
My question is: how far would they go to expand their knowledge? Are they so shady that they would associate with a supposed terrorist organization if it meant they were going to have access to information or items/artefacts that would enhance their grip upon the Omniverse? I imagine they would try their best to keep such an association a secret, but nonetheless, I wanted to check and see if it was within their morals in the first place. If context matters, the group I'm imagining is a splinter group of Secondaries based on Organization XIII from Kingdom Hearts.
Secondly, the way I currently have my first Super Move worded, it draws power from the yellow Kingdom Hearts, which in-canon was created by Organization XIII as a copy of the original Kingdom Hearts. The idea is that the entity is an aggregate of many hearts collected by the organization, all pooled into one great powerful thing. I'm trying to adapt this idea for the Omniverse, and this was the explanation I came up with: this group of Secondaries goes around murdering other Secondaries and extracting Omnilium from them. (Can Secondaries extract Omnilium?) This Omnilium, essentially the murdered Secondaries' life force/"heart", is then pooled together to create this big generator of power (I guess by some random, as-of-yet undecided Prime, since Secondaries can't summon) which Mickey somehow is able to tap into. Does that sound plausible?
Lastly, on a pretty much unrelated note, how difficult would it be for a PC Prime to defeat Bowser? And what is required to even get to that fight in the first place, considering he's a major NPC?
