Technically it IS a 1 hit KO. It just takes time, and MIGHT be reversible. But hell, 19 damage in a single shot and dies in 48 hours without a heal ain't bad.

It does kill you, as advertised, unless you are lucky enough to get the medpack, so, Jon's on his last leg anyhow.

Also, it's not like we picked the weapons and he chose it based on the description... it was all random, no OM spent or nothing like that, so how is it not fair that it's not killer in the way that you had previously thought?

'twas only 16 Damage. Still a lot, I suppose. Still, I personally feel like 19 would've been fitting. Reduce 'em to 1 HP mortally wounded, or if they're already wounded, kill them outright.

My opinion matters little, however.

Instant kill is pretty strong. But That is what was given and that isn't what it delivered.

Its fine, it's not 'that' big a deal and its the only criticism I would give so far.

Calm down folks, I don't think anybody is upset that Jon is not dead. The only point they were making was that, no matter how you spin it, the Golden Gun was not a OHKO weapon. It did not immediately deal 20 HP damage, a point that is irrefutable.

However, I actually prefer the way it was executed, giving the victim a slim chance. It adds more drama and suspense.

All I'm gonna say is; I really didn't anticipate this outcome like, at all. Pre-F2F I was actually 100% sure that would be it for me. Getting a second chance was really pleasing and exhilarating, but I was just about ready to take the alternative outcome under the chin and suck it up like a mature adult should. This is only a "game" after all and shouldn't be treated as anything more than such. I do completely agree with the point that the GG wasn't a one-hit KO on me as it was promised to be, though. Sorry I kinda broke the expectations there :psy:
