I just want to say that, in my opinion, you are all winners. Unfortunately, only one of you can walk away as 'the' winner of Dante's Abyss.
I think the more difficult part than the writing will be trying to ultimately figure out who lives and who dies. I just ask that you understand the position I will be in and don't take it to heart if you bow out before you think you will or if you think that something went unfairly for you. I'm trying my best to create an event that will be entertaining and enjoyable for everyone.
That said, this is also a contest of sorts, and a tactical one at that. We're all friends, so I think we should all be able to handle some friendly competition from writers and the inevitability that someone may trick you or out-play you. Someone might be banished, and someone will undoubtedly be shot with a one-hit KO. Don't be mad. Have fun. We're all friends, so we should able to do the token baby face move where we all shake hands and then pull out all the stops to win.

It didn't need saying, you're a cool guy and I respect you enough to control my character and kill him if need be. Knowing your careful consideration is going into yor decisions should make it more fair, as well as fun for a judge who is going to get creative as characters get nerfed.
Boom headshot! This post hits home, don't blame Protoman, he's why we have this opportunity to all write together in the first place.

Yeah, I hope nobody is discouraged by early bloodloss in DA. On the sliding scale of PvE to PvP on this site, DA is about as far toward the PvP side as it gets. We shall be running some less-eliminative events down the line ... but in the meantime, blood-lusters should get prepping for their fix.

I always try to look at DA as a holiday type thing. Just like on Christmas, someone will walk away the big winner (with the most gifts), but its still fun for everyone.

I'm seriously looking forward to this. I'll be super happy if I JUST make it longer than I did as Blue back in like... 05 or 06. However, I'm in it to win it and if I have to tear the antennae from tall green goblin guys, or make fun of DP's cancer until he commits honorable seppuku, then so be it.
I'll also be looking forward to more events like the Rathalos hunt. GD always works better in a cooperative group... surprisingly.

Well, as long as the blood in equals the blood out, I suppose I'll be fine. As for you... after ALL this hype, I'll be greatly amused if someone Golden Gun's you on Day 1 Morning. Not because I hate you, because you're my brohan, but because it'll make me laugh so hard I might go into cardiac arrest.
