From what I understand, once you send a PM in, that's why Karl will go with, even if you send a second one in immediately afterwards to retcon the first. So, basically just be sure of what you wanna do before you do it.

Yes. Once you group up, anyone in the group can make moves for the whole group. Make sure you guys are communicating well.
