Question, if someone were to enter in an alternate form would they remain in said alternate form for the duration of their stay, or would they shift to default the moment they touched down? Would this also happen / not happen with powered up forms? Just curious as those supposedly alter the base nature of the character. I suppose the same question also applies to fusions.

My Questions...

1. Are Artefacts allowed?
1B) If so, if I get an Artefact as a reward also, don't have a base with the recall, and my slots are filled... What happens?
1C) If Not, Why not, I earned it and its a part of me.
1D) If so, I do not lose my Artefact in a fight do I?
1E) If so, will I have to Activate Malefactor for Sp or how will that work?

2. To ally and group and be moved the same, both parties have to let you know and agree to it right? To avoid accidental killing/fights?

3. Maximum number of particpants?

4)Summons and Power ups... and Spent SP? You know i am waiting on this....

5)How will the F2F Events trigger? Or is this inside info?

6)WIll you be the judge alone? Or have help? Using the same scale in fights as before?

How will I hear about this? - "Even though I (Proto Man) may not go overboard with posts in various verses, there isn't a place you can go and not hear about this competition in some way or another. Karl Jak is able to broadcast almost anywhere from his facility, and his partnership with the ONN ensures that they will muscle out any other competition for air-time. This, combined with the scale of the event and the hype surrounding it, will make it something that everyone will be interested in, from the Empire and the Kingdom all the way down to the gorons and the otherwise politically apathetic residents of Cinnibar Island. How exactly does this work in a place like The Pale Moors, where they don't really have the technology or interest in ONN broadcasts? For example, is it safe to assume Dobson knows about this and would mention it when I visit Darkshire? Maybe there could be some kind of an "advertisement" in The Nexus, so Primes can see it during their travels between Verses?

All of that works, or has in the past, so I would assume it would be so with this one as well. Like Proto said its the biggest event for the whole multiverse.

I imagine the main point Proto was driving at is that you can make up whatever method you want for finding out the news, since Karl Jak is likely to employ a variety of communication channels in order to ensure that as many people as possible hear of the event. Even if places like The Pale Moors don't receive the news directly, chances are that word of mouth will spread fast and reach even the most remote and desolate places. Plus, it's not like Jak is an idiot; he's probably perfectly aware that there are many people who don't have any way of receiving news from the Dataverse and has likely used alternatives for such places. In the case of places like Darkshire, this would probably take the form of messengers shouting about the event in town squares and/or putting up posters and/or even using magical devices to spread the word.

In other words, whatever method you can think of, Jak is probably using it. So just pick one and go with it.

Seems strange to go to a place like Darkshire, which is suffering constantly at the hands of Dracula, and bark the decadence of the Prime lifestyle into the town square. I imagine the old Daniel Tosh joke. We pay people a million dollars to survive on an island where people already live. If you bring an artefact, you will lose it when you die.

There will be advertizements in the Nexus and everywhere else.

But essentially what Dark Link said is true. This will be everywhere, but it's not going to be uniformly present in the same way. Sure, Darkshire is downtrodden, but I'm pretty sure that the mayor would accept a lovely amount of OM to post flyers and pay town criers to do Karl's work for him.

No.

This is in a later Rules thread to come about alliances, but the rule of thumb is that, if you're in an alliance, it's way easier for your character to be overshadowed. Being overshadowed is a bad thing.

'Powered Up Forms' follow the same rules as Power Ups.

Alternate forms are unaffected and players can swap forms if they so desire. Link would be free to Obviously if you're a normal guy and your alternate form is a giant cyborg who shoots lasers that form will obviously still be collared and subject to the normal limitations. I was actually trying to find applicable examples, but it doesn't seem like I can find anyone who actually has an alt form that isn't a Powered Up Form.

Would we be able to buffer actions other than alliances and super moves before face-to-faces? e.g. "If Erza runs into anyone, she will attempt to make a trade for x rather than fight. If a fight breaks out, buffer x power up."
