As usual, if you want your character added, or think someone should be higher/lower (by a bit or a lot) just post. Reasoning or evidence to help your case is advised, I guess.

Samus is top tier in every way. She's a strong, sensitive waifu who will protect you.

I mean, she doesn't like anyone, but isn't that part of what makes her a fantasy waifu? Because if she did like you it'd mean that you're special. Cue every harem anime.
