-300 OM (debuff, ranged)

Gildarts releases a burst of energy from his palm and sparkling light dazzles his opponent hitting them square in the eyes. It flashes from his hand and when the opponent is caught looking at it he is stunned and blind for fifteen seconds. The magic fills the scene and expands, hitting the enemy most close to the Prime’s hand. Gildarts doesn’t need to be stationary to cast this move, but he does need to charge it for two seconds to conjure the magic with innate focus.

The move burns the opponent’s eyes for a moment and makes them lose their eyesight in the color of either black or white depending on the writer’s variables and opinions. It does no lasting damage other than stealing their eyesight away temporarily like a flash-grenade. They should be looking in Gildarts’ general direction for the move to land.

Fifteen seconds is a liiiiiittle long for a two second charge time. Either extend the charge time or reduce the period of reduced eyesight, please!
[/spoiler]

Okayy! Also sorry for all the extra work. It is da crunch time not just for me but for you too! >.<

Is ten seconds okay?

Is there a span of time after using this move that Gildarts can't use it anymore, like a cooldown? It would be kind of weird to let you spam this move every two seconds haha. Also, this move needs more drawbacks to last for ten seconds.

I guess I can see that happening based on DBZ flashbacks

It is limited to one time per battle and a drawback is that Gildarts cannot move his feet (whether sitting or standing) while the move is actively deployed.

Templar Longsword - 600 OM (requires Physical Strength, Foresight)

Shay Patrick Cormac was never a stranger to the art of the sword; though arming sword and parrying dagger were of his favorite to use in combat, the Templar always had a knack for the simple man's longsword. It's efficiency speaks for itself, no man or woman part of the Templar order can go wrong calling back to their more knightly ancestry, after all.

The blade itself is 55 inches in length exactly, proving it's worth as a longsword of it's size. Even with it's rather impressive range, the sword itself is very quick and maneuverable, especially when in consideration of the leverage it's two-handed nature gives the Templar. This allows for Shay to inflict very fast strikes to an opponent, and therefore not too terribly damaging upon connecting a single strike.

However, Shay Cormac can maximize the blade's effectiveness by implementing his proficiency with his Eagle Vision ability. In doing this, Shay Cormac can take a defensive stance with his longsword, carefully anticipating his opponent's next attack before it even reaches him, allowing the man to effectively riposte for potentially high damage.
Drawing away from this, Shay must take a moment to slow down and breathe to do so; an effective read using this maneuver will take about three seconds of not attacking or moving beyond walking to work as intended.

Ice aura (300) (requires area attack, ranged proficiency, debuff)
Cirno has a simple ice aura that will passively affect anyone that is within five feet of her. effects are shivering, frostbite (this is prolonged effects of being near her), etc. This aura will slow and damage the person (slowly I might add so a battle over three rounds might rack one or two damage with this move if there a melee fighter) This move has minimal concentration and energy consumption (It is like doing stretches before working out. Not to exhausting but still having some energy consumption to them.). The debuff slows anyone down 4-5% while inside also but that slowing stops once someone has left the circle of effect. the aura is visable with frost on the ground for limited times and slowly but surely icicles will start forming on the ground and they will grow. It follows her around like a trail (this is fodder) and the frost will leave after a couple minutes in any verse. (this is also fodder)

Balled Storm (600 OM T1 Super Move, Requires Ranged, Area Attack, Ranged Materialize)

After watching Chakravartin use the Palace Taihou and use it to attack Erika at Dante's Abyss, Abyss has created her own variation of the attack using her Balled Water as a basis. Instead of focusing for 3 seconds to create a 5 inch ball of scalding water, Abyss instead focuses for a total of 15 seconds while holding her hands in the air to create a ball of chilly water around 5 feet in diameter 20 feet above her. After creating the giant ball of water, Abyss quickly launches the giant ball of water at a speed of 70MPH in the direction of an opponent she sees, and upon contact with another person, another Super Move or the ground, it explodes and unleashes a wave of freezing water up to 12 feet away from the center of the ball of water, greatly damaging anyone in the center of the radius with great frostbite, with the further distance you are from the epicenter of the explosion dealing less damage from the cold.

A major weakness of the Balled Storm is that unlike the Balled Water, Abyss has to be stationary to start to charge up the attack, as it takes a lot of focus and stamina to charge up the move, and she cannot attack while charging the move as well. The Balled Storm also only reaches up to 60 feet before evaporating, and if she is hit while charging it, the Balled Storm falls on herself instead and deals great damage around herself from frostbite, with her taking most of the damage.

Is this something that is always on, or something cirno must activate first but can leave on?
Rather than listing what kind of damage someone will take (in terms of points), you should list the effects that happen gradually over the course of a fight. Though, I must warn you, something with as little concentration/ energy consumption being put into this isn't going to be all too effective. It might, and that's a very strong might, cause very small areas of frostbite on areas of the body that would be the coldest (assuming they are exposed for the whole time).

This is a super move, they play out, somewhat, like cut scenes and can only be stopped by other super moves. That entire last paragraph is not needed.

Eldritch Blast (300)

An orb of translucent black energy surrounds one of Raven's hands. By thrusting both her index finger and middle finger forward she launches said energy as a crackling bolt at her target up to a range of 120 feet in her line of sight. Eldritch Blast is a low-end Cantrip for Raven, as such she can fire it continuously without worrying too much about tiring herself out. The tradeoff is the lack of punch that a prepared or heavy duty spell might have.

What's the size of the orb? How fast does it move? Is this an instant cast or is there any cast time at all? Can this be mixed with other moves at the same time and does it require any concentration? I think I could probably guess the answer to most of these since you said it's a cantrip, but just to cover my bases. This'd require Ranged Proficiency.

Journey Book (RP Flavor)
Created by Repliku when he first arrived, the Journey Book contains maps of the Omniverse that show locations and also list the various dangers of the Omniverse. The book can also display illusionary maps in three dimensions of the Omniverse. It can only be used by Repliku, and cannot be stolen from him.

Dark Fist (300, Physical Strength):

Channeling darkness into his fist for seven seconds, Repliku will ignite his fist in purple flames. This allows his punches to do medium damage and can be done with either hand or both hands. The attack is mildly draining on his stamina and requires a fair amount of his concentration.

Journey Book: You could have this be the way that he remembers where he's been in the past, but you can't have it miraculously know the layout of every Verse.

Dark Fist: Does this have a duration or does it go for as long as he wants to maintain it? Can it be used with other moves? Also, I think this needs a larger downside. Doing medium damage for mild stamina drain seems a little unbalanced, unless it has some other downside attached to it.

So he can't use the Journeybook to know his way around, at all.. given that he's just arrived practically?

Dark Fist (300, Physical Strength):

Channeling darkness into his fist for seven seconds, Repliku will ignite his fist in purple flames. This allows his punches to do medium damage and can be done with either hand or both hands. The attack is mildly draining on his stamina and requires a fair amount of his concentration. This lasts 10 seconds at maximum. However, when the Dark Fist is active his hands can clash with weaponsm such as Lightsabers, Enchanted Weapons and what not, so long as the power of the wielder doesn't outstrip Repliku's own power.

You can't summon anything containing knowledge you don't already have. Same as if you were to summon a book you hadn't read; it would be blank. You're welcome to research and map out the verses and record them in the book for later, but you can't just know where everything is right away.

As for Dark Fist, can it be used with your own moves? Like can you have one Dark Fist going while charging another move, or would it break his concentration or be too taxing?

Another caveat of the move is that it can be used with other moves, so long as Repliku has one hand free for Dark Fist. If he doesn't have one hand free, then Dark Fist would automatically deactivate, the other move taking precedence over Dark Fist.

The orb is just a visual for procuring energy, but about the size of a cantaloupe.

The Bolt is fast. I'd say crossbow bolt fast. 350 feet per second maybe?

Instant cast. It's relatively weak because it's a Cantrip.

Cannot be mixed or channeled. Requires little to no concentration. The range on it is 120 feet. Anything outside of that and the bolt fizzles.

Raven has Ranged Prof and all the required range based proficiencies.

Adding two moves I came up with for Repliku.

Black Heart - (300, Ranged Proficiency, Physical Strength Proficiency.)

[Image: sombra_remanente__remaining_shadow__by_p...5azowd.png]

A key blade that was created out of the Darkness from within Repliku's Heart. The Key-Blade can also be used as a sword, or as a ranged weapon. This blade has a length of about 22 inches long, and a width of about 10 inches. The blade can be summoned in a flash of darkness by Repliku. This key blade can be swung incredibly fast by Repliku and is usually meant to be wielded one-handed, leaving his hand free for another weapon, or move. This is moderately tiring for Repliku to use. The way it can be used by itself as a ranged weapon is by being "thrown" at an opponent, usually aimed at the head and then being teleported back to Repliku's hand, as once it leaves his hand it can only be gone a few seconds before it will rematerialize in his hands.  Another way that this could be used although it makes the use of the key blade more taxing on Repliku is that he can channel any spells he knows through the key blade, bumping up the damage level from low to medium, medium to high, etc, at the cost of getting heavily exhausted if he does this for prolonged periods of time.

The key blade can also "lock" people's hearts, preventing the formation of a Heartless or Nobody should they be consumed by the Heartless. It can also release the Heart from a Heartless, returning the heart to the Nobody that was created when the Heart was consumed, turning them back into themselves.

Furthermore, this can act as an "All Access Pass" for Repliku when he has access to a base of his own, able to be used as a key to well.. anything he owns.

Lastly, the Key Blade can only be wielded by Repliku unless he performs an "Inheritance Ceremony" that he doesn't remember how to do with ones he deems worthy of the Key Blade. Granted they'd have to buy their own version, but still.

The staff of the Dark Mage (900, Ranged Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency, Physical Strength Proficiency):

The staff of the dark mage is made out of a blackened wood that is as strong as Iron, thus allowing it to withstand clashing with most weapons. It can be used to physically assault an opponent, or it can be used in the way it was designed for, namely for magical assaults against an enemy. This comes with a few pre-recorded spells inside of it that can be cast by the Staff itself. This staff is about 20 inches long.  It's got two red gemstones in it that act as the primary focus points of magic.
  - Fire: A small tennis ball sized orb of fire that does a low amount of damage. Requires moderate concentration, and both hands. Takes 3 seconds to cast. This doesn't debuff an opponent at all but is one of the spells that was been preprogrammed into the staff.  This cannot be used with other moves, except those that use the Staff of the Dark Mage. This travels at the speed of an arrow, in the line of sight only. It cannot change direction, nor can it home.
  - Lightning:  This uses the Debuff Proficiency.  Holding the staff aloft, Repliku will yell out "Lightning" and a single lightning bolt will come down at an opponent within a range of 35 feet of him and strike them, making it harder for them to hold weapons for seven seconds because their nervous system will feel like it's on fire. This also uses the Ranged Proficiency. There is, however, another use of the Lightning Spell that can be done, namely charging the staff with an electrical current, so that it can be swung and do the same amount of damage Lightning does, but with a melee component. Lightning does Medium Damage on an opponent. This cannot be used with other moves, except those that use the Staff of the Dark Mage. The Lightning attack comes straight down, and cannot change direction, or home. It can be blocked easily. Furthermore, the shock effect debuff only applies to those who use weapons that have a composition of metal entirely, and must be conductive.
