Volt (Requires Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack) 600 OM
Lord Zedd points the “Z” on his his staff (or simply either palm, if his weapon is unavailable) at a target and unleashes a lightning bolt from it at his opponent. This bolt looks and travels much like a regular lightning bolt, just coming from an unusual source. Upon impact with the target it makes a very small, localized explosion (compete with smoke and fire) that only had enough spread to damage that one person/object. An alternative variation of the spell trades power for range, as Zedd can cause the explosion to be up to six feet wide in exchange for it being much weaker. Zedd can fire the spell just as quickly as he raises his staff or hand, but it requires most of his concentration, preventing him from doing much else. He normally remains stationary while utilizing it, but he can, at most, walk very slowly while using it.

Annihilation Round - T1 Super Move(600OM)
Amber loads Razorback a dark coloured clip that is differently special from the rest. Filled with a high temperature energy round, this 'bullet' flies at a normal bullet speed. In appearance, it looks like a simple energy blast, but the massive recoil it provides which nearly puts Amber on her ass gives off a different impression. The shot is hard to dodge due to it's larger size compared to a bullet, and is really effective in dealing massive amounts of damage at the cost of Amber's SP. The number of clips Amber has of these rounds is extremely limited and take a long time to make.

Venom Spit: (300 OM) (requires Ranged Proficiency and Debuff Proficiency) (for both RainWing forms)
![[Image: rainwing_wrath_by_obsidiandragoness-d8do9yl.jpg]](https://web.archive.org/save/_embed/http://orig13.deviantart.net/133b/f/2015/012/9/0/rainwing_wrath_by_obsidiandragoness-d8do9yl.jpg)
Description: Two black streams of venom are fired out of Glory's longest fangs. The user must unhinge their mouth all the way open, like a snake, to spit this venom. It travels up to 12 feet long for the Anthro Form and 24 feet for RainWing form.
It takes around 3 seconds for Glory to open her mouth all the way and concentrate on spitting the venom.
The venom can kill for Glory in the event of a fight win.
Weaknesses: Unlike in the books, Venom Spit cannot be used while moving. Venom Spit cannot be used with other moves. Its long range is something of a weakness as it takes a few seconds to cancel, so it can easily hit an unintended target. Glory is not immune to her own venom. Instead of tiring her out, she has a very limited supply of it that, if continually used, will drain itself in about 1 minute.
Debuff: The venom causes severe pain to the opponent, making it hard to focus. The pain increases if the venom hits the eyes or a wound. Due to the strange workings of the Omniverse, inorganic opponents are affected the same way.
With complete immunity at Def = 2xAtk or more, the effects are minor when DEF is higher than ATK and the effects increase as ATK increases compared to DEF.
Def larger than/equal to 2x Atk
Defender can shrug off and completely ignore the acid spray, taking no damage or negative effects.
Def larger than Atk but less than 2x Atk
Defender takes only very minor effects from acid.
Def equal to Atk
Standard effect.
Def less than Atk but larger than 1/2 Atk
Strong effect
Def equal to/less than 1/2 Atk
Completely debilitating effect.

(09-11-2016, 10:17 PM)Vincent Valentine Wrote: Cloak Decoy (300 OM; Requires Remote Control Proficiency and Area Shield Proficiency)
Through unknown means, Vincent is capable of mentally controlling his cloak’s movements (for simplicity’s sake he also loses his mantle when this is in effect). Visually the cloak appears to be a simple 7 x 5 feet piece of tattered cloth, though it is much more than this. Through force of will he can cause the fabric to liquefy and detach from his back in an instant, taking flight and darting around in much the same manner as he does while in cloakform, to either distract the foe or soak up a few hits. While it is a good deal more durable than normal cloth, the cloak cannot take more than a few decent blows before dropping uselessly to the ground. This can be used while moving, though maintaining it requires moderate concentration and disallows the use of any non-firearm moves. It is not particularly draining on his stamina to maintain, though over a long period of time it can take a toll on the user. Vincent can control his cloak from a distance of up to 100 meters, though the further from him it is, the harder it is to control. At close range the cloak can move at around the speed of a fastball, with the velocity falling to about half that at max range. The cloak helpfully returns to Vincent’s back when he relinquishes control.
Omega Flux (Tier-2 Power-Up; 1500 OM)
Following his battle with and defeat of the Omega WEAPON, Vincent was left with remnants of the being’s power embedded within him. By tapping into the latent energy he is able to augment his own power even further, manifesting as a steep increase in his abilities and brilliant turquoise aura flaring up around him.

Break the Witness - Requires Physical Strength Proficiency
Wright points at the opponent, creating a ghostly hand that reaches around 10 feet away. It's got long distance, but it's only three feet in diameter. The attack comes out fast, in a split second. However, the time it takes to recover from using it is a bit long, leaving him open to attacks for around three seconds. In addition, the cooldown is three seconds after the recovery, bringing it to a total of six seconds. This move is usable only in Turnabout. It's fairly damaging, but at the cost of being quite draining. He cannot use this while moving while on the ground, but he can while he's in the air. This cannot be used with other moves.

I mean, I would expect that turning a small explosion into a larger one would have, at the very least least, a one or two extra seconds charge time.
Since the initial explosion is a small one, that is probably only 2 - 3 feet, going to 6 feet is pretty much doubling it in size for no extra downside. 2 seconds would be fine, since you're just increasing the spread, rather than spread and damage.

Mindbreak (300): (Requires Ranged, Debuff, Telepathy) When Madotsuki makes eye contact with someone else and is aware that she is doing so, she can send a mental barrage of dark images and noises to startle the other person. Activation is almost instantaneous and leaves the other person confused for a few seconds. Any sort of strong stimulus can break the effect. The effect lessens if it's used more than once on the same person within a 24-hour period or they're shielded by tinted glass.

The extra downside was the reduced attack power of the wider attack, but I probably could have articulated that a little better. Either way, two seconds works for me. Here's the revised version.

Scrapping all previously approved moves for King Sombra I haven't paid for yet.
Move Name: The Terror Scythe Neverest
Price of Move: 300
Proficiencies Required: Physical Strength, Debuff
Powers Required:Telekinesis
This scythe is made out of Orichalium, Denetrium and many other materials such as dragon scales and blood stone. The scythe also has obsidian put throughout it to protect it from the magic of others. This scythe is but a recreation of the one he wielded when he ruled the Crystal Empire. Other than being his personal signature weapon the Scythe possesses no special properties whatsoever. The scythe is controlled with his magic rather than used in his mouth against an opponent. Every 10th cut of the Scythe causes a person to hallucinate and imagine their worst nightmares next to them. This scythe is the signature melee weapon of King Sombra. Unfortunately the scythe is rather unadorned and plain looking, but that’s his personal choice on it. Truly this scythe belongs to the tyrant of the Crystal Empire. Due to a mistake when making it, at present the scythe is only capable of pitiful damage, and the debuff wears off after 2 seconds.

Putty Patrol - Tier 1 Assist
Zedd materializes five clay-like creatures around him, and they fight alongside him for as long as they can. They move erratically and make very odd noises at all times, but are skilled enough brawlers and blindly loyal. They are not the most durable creatures, either, and are prone to defeat after just one or two well placed hits.
