I'm voting on B and C:
-The "safe houses" idea sounds really neat, and it gives all those traumatizing vibes that Dante's Abyss is known for (at least for myself). Plus, the focus on writing skill and less on luck I personally like, because I'm not a fan of luck 
-While the aspect of armies sounds complex and requires strategizing and talking among the players, I feel like it could be a very interesting thing to pull off! And it could certainly lead to a lot of alliances, mindgames and player interaction.
A doesn't have much appeal to me personally, and D... well, it was pretty much DA 2016, so I'd like to vary it a bit. But, that's just me.

Elements will be similar, but I've had long enough to come up with my own spins and modifications and alternations and what have you.
Also I feel like this is going to wind up with some nonsensical multi-way tie.

Maybe a way of limiting 'dream teams' on option B would be to put a hard level cap on the total number of Prime levels there can be on a single team.
For example, if it were 10, Tearen could only team with two level 1 Primes or 1 level 2 Primes.
This does make it slightly more arbitrarily gamey, but also potentially limits super-primes from running with the ball.

I think high level teams are pretty self-limiting in B anyway, since they'd all go to the same safehouse and have to eliminate each other.

I love scenario C, it gives the oppertunity for large scaled epic stories. Something i am a personal fan of. The amount of plottwist one can write is huge.
Scenario B would be my second choice, purely due to the fact that talented writers/ native English speakers have have a huge edge and that kind of holds me back. There are some with vastly larger vocabularies than myself. Because well, I'm not an English native speaker.

As a heads up, the final decision will come May 12th. Whatever option has the most popular support at that point in time will be the event hosted this summer. I figure that gives people enough time to ask their questions or say their peace before I move into the planning stage.
I'll have rules and overviews for the event up by ... May 22nd? And then the "preshow"/registration would start a week later, and the event would commence ... June 2nd or June 3rd.
Hope that's an okay timeline and gives people enough time to make their final decision and prep a character to participate. Whatever you guys would like to go with, I'll do my best to work with you to create something memorable.
