For the new "Pre-existing NPCs" and the A to C list point rules: is this something applying to NPC Primes only or also to Secondaries? If it's the latter, do we need to seek approval through the NPC One Stop Shop if we want to create a Secondary that is not an OC/nameless character?

This signature is so overloaded...
Just to clarify: if a thread is completely solo, you don't need to turn it in anywhere, correct? Also, can an NPC Prime not actually be purchased if it makes a short one-time appearance in a thread?
You can turn it in for an Exceptional Writing Bonus, if you'd like.

And no. All NPC Primes must be purchased unless they already exist here. My suggestion would be to just use a Secondary slot. Secondaries don't need to be weaklings.

It applies to all NPCs, not just Primes. You've always required approval for using pre-existing NPCs, the update doesn't change that.
Curious about me and the characters I play? See the 'Staff' page! See also the rosters for my characters Samus Aran or Enel if you'd like to see examples of well-formatted rosters. Hope you enjoy the Omniverse!
So, regarding the new Prime NPC rules update.

Although I DO want to ask about my dewd specifically (Luna Lovegood hovers between A and B imho), maybe I could just ask for some more examples for what a B-Lister is?
Hmm ... I gave 5 examples on the page. How many more do you need? I'd just ask about the specific character and we'll give you an answer.

Luna Lovegood is absolutely a B. A is mainly for primary protagonists and antagonists. I might put Hermione and Ron in A, but not Luna.

Does an NPC Secondary you RP as have to have a relationship with your Prime character? Like, could I RP as a Secondary, going about his business, unrelated to Cole? Also, what are the rules on threads (How many you can enter, etc.)?
First: nah. I roleplayed a random zombie from the Moors before. You can write a random peep doing random peep stuff.

Second: any character, PC or NPC can only be in a single thread at once. By which I mean, if Cole is in Coruscant hanging with Palpatine, he can't also be clubbing with Aragorn. An NPC could go club instead, however.

If you make an open thread as an NPC, which prefix should be applied, and how should you clarify that it is open/NPC.
Best option is to open a OOC Discussion for it and let people know it's open there and just label it NPC. If you wanna be difficult, just use one of the built-in tags and add the other in the Thread Name.

Can we make suggestions, and if so where do they go?
You can. Put them in the Omniverse Discussion Board.

Can you use regeneration while in a power up to boost your damage regained?

I don't see why not.

Yes.

Question about the quest "In Chaos Renewed." The Chaos Emerald artefact described mentions it converts all Spent OM into Earned OM. Since there's now a distinction for Consumed OM, does that mean any OM you use for items/refunds is NOT returned like OM used for moves and such?
Consumed OM is also converted. It's a tough quest. That's your reward.

Nooo consumed OM is not reset for items that were bought or used or are still owned, but you'll be allowed to remove OM that was consumed by selling back things at half the price.

What currency is used in each verse?
