How do F2F cooldowns work? If you just had a F2F and someone moves onto your square within 24 hours, what happens?

Depends on the alliance. If you were picking someone up, just the moving person is fine, but if you're moving to another group, all parties must consent.

@Sasuke - 8 hours OOC or the end of the phase, whichever is shorter. It also ends if you decide to move.
