Edit Reason: I did a thing wrong.
)
As natural as ripping into the cartoon before, Dust consumed the information she was giving him and sorting through it. From her sass about the kiss to the lack of explanation about her dye-job. He couldn't tell if she was more talkative as well at this point, or if that was just because it was the two of them. In their moment of silence, he turned his head to look at their sleeping companion. Indeed, now was a time to rest and heal. He glanced his body over and found more bruises than cuts, but all the same, he was sore and wounded, and he guessed his natural healing was stunted by this place since nothing had changed over the course of hours.. As well, his stomach felt like it was trying to knot itself tightly in attempts to squeeze what little food remained for what it was worth. It would not be the first or last time he would go to bed hungry, he opted to leave his rations alone, but the half naked man began to reach into his bag for something else.
He imagined Takezo's reaction to the payment would be about as pleasant as her's; which would prove to be problematic when the time for payment came and there were only the two. He realized at this point, the liability of having feelings. As a contractor with access to the heart instead of just the mind, he wondered if that was a safety protocol built into their abilities. Without emotions, they can kill whoever stands in their way - well most of the time. Add anything about liking or disliking a person and his attachments to people start to endanger his life. However, what truly bothered him, was the part where he was starting to think he could be okay with that. His life up until this moment was about saving his own skin while completing missions like the dog he'd shamefully became.
Dust flopped down on the floor near her, pulling out a handful of gel he'd been holding this whole train of thought, and begins to rub it along his bruises and scraps. It miraculously erased a minor one, but he felt the harshest ones would need a little extra time.
He would tell them both in full later: How he was useless without someone to kiss, and that they were equally likely to be the victims of his impulses. How the longer he held back, the more endangered they were of being his target themselves when the time comes. He would also explain that it was just a kiss, and that there was no emotional attachment to it, that it meant nothing and he and his payment didn't discriminate between gender. He'd explain that kissing the cartoon character before was necessary to defeat him, but he could kiss anyone for that.
But for now, he lowered his head and let sleep take him. The old farm house not being any more or less comfortable than where he normally slept, yet he had a restless kind of sleep.. They were abstract enough to call dreams, but the message was still clear. He was worried. He was worried that he would be more of a liability to the two he'd joined up with; worse they would see it as that and leave him behind. He was fine with being alone, he'd done it for years without realizing it; he had been alone entering this competition and in the end, he would be alone no matter how you looked at it. So he stayed up and waited for the drops to be announced, staring at everything the dataverse had to offer.
-
It was morning when he got the drop information, and almost as soon as he did he calculated the odds. Zone B had two, they could jump from one to the other, but logically 2 drops meant they would have to deal with twice the danger. So he roused his companions and dragged them out of the safe house while he explained his issues. "So. You have one free shot, Yuki." He said, standing boldly up in front of her now that they were in the grass. He held his hand out to stop any argument from the man, he would understand by the look in Dust's eyes that this was about honor. Whatever insult he made on the girl would only be resolved with a painful punishment. "But then I need your permission. I know you can handle it by yourself, but we're a team as of this moment, so decide now. Suck it up, or walk away from me. Both of you."

Quote:Dust uses 2 Medi-Gel to heal 2 of his 6 Damage; Dust has 4 Damage.
Full Assualt moves from Safe House A to A9.
Dust is not challenging Full Assualt but allows Dawn one free hit.(Honor Code, bro.)
