I wasn't very clear, but what I meant with the "standing still and spinning at full speed" is the third mode, so it would be Burst, Full Auto, and Minigun-mode, the third ment to be sort of a AoE version of the full auto mode at the expense of mobility and requiring more charge. It's sort of based on how the zombie chaingunners fight.
