A futuristic mining tool designed to cut apart frozen rocks in space, Isaac Clarke found out it was just as effective against organic matter as it was rock matter. The tool is able to deliver a superheated stream of blue plasma “bolts” in either a horizontal or vertical direction depending on the setting mode of the tool, although the damage is the same regardless. Three blue lasers indicate the current mode of the tool while also serving as an improvised aiming assistant. The 211-V Plasma Cutter has only 10 shots before it needs to be reloaded, indicated by hologram on the tool, with the reload taking about three seconds before it is ready for use again.
The tool is semi-automatic with around a one second delay between shots, but the plasma bolts themselves are otherwise very accurate and, once fired, hits the target near instantly. The actual range is standard for a pistol-like tool, with its effective damage becoming negligible after anything farther than a standard pistol would fire, making it unsuitable for long range combat. Its effectiveness against beings in the Omniverse has been lessened thanks to Omniphysics, and as such no longer has the limb-tearing offense it used to have. Those with high defense are likely to be able to tank repeated hits without suffering too much damage, though it’s almost guaranteed to knock the wind out of them with a direct hit and possibly numb a limb if it hits one, and a low defense user will more than likely suffer a lot of pain if hit by this tool.
The Mighty Boot - 300 OM (requires Physical Proficiency.)
So powerful it requires it’s own move. Thanks to the enhanced power of the RIG suit as well as the power of his magnetic boots, this massive stomp is capable of completely removing limbs if the being unfortunate to experience this move has a low enough defense, and is still extremely powerful even to those with high defense. It is not a particularly fast move, though, taking about three seconds with each stomp, nor does it have a very long range, requiring the opponent to be more or less right underneath Isaac for the move to be reliable. It’s also next to useless against non-grounded enemies.
Stasis Module - 300 OM (requires Ranged Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency, Time Manipulation.)
A versatile tool used by soldiers, engineers, scientists, and normal, everyday people, the Stasis Module is embedded inside Clarke’s RIG suit and indicated by a half-circle of blue light that drains and changes color with every usage.
To use Stasis, Clarke activates a band attached to his hand and points it at his foe or object. To fire the stasis energy, Isaac has to charge up the shot, which takes around three-four seconds to complete in full. Once he does so, he launches a baseball sized sphere of blue energy that goes about as fast as a thrown baseball (aka, pretty fast,) and, if it lands, distorts time and forces the affected opponent/object to slow down and move at about 75% of their normal speed. This stasis field lasts about one-two seconds, depending on the defense of the target, during which the foe/object is powerless to do anything other than wait out the process and allowing Isaac to do whatever he wants to them. However, aside from slowing down their speed for those one-two seconds, the stasis field does no damage nor any other debilitating effects. The actual range is also rather short, only lasting about bus-length before it dissipates into thin air, and the size of the energy ball means it's also rather easy to miss with. It also can only affect one thing at a time, so two people cannot suffer the effects of stasis at the same time.
Plasma Cutter: What's the size of the projectiles? Is there a drain on Isaac's stamina per reload or is there a limited amount of ammo?
Might Boot: Does this produce an area of effect around the boot or is it more or is the area affected more or less just the size of his boot? Can this be used while running around and such or does he need to stop and prepare it? What's the stamina/energy drain on the user? Can this be used with other moves?
Stasis Module: Can he charge this while moving, defending, or using other moves? Does it require concentration or can he take a few hits and still manage to fire it? How draining is it on his energy reserves?
