Even if she only mentioned it once, the other's curiosity sparked her enthusiasm.
"I'd be happy to tell you! I've been studying them for years, after all!"
"Oh, and, you might want to bring that with you." Essent pointed at the segway she did notice but didn't even question because it would get off topic.

"Fist powers are these supernatural abilities gifted to us humans by this large alien meteor called the Fist of God! They come in three types: Force (which effects the environment and natural forces like fire and lightning), matter (which creates physical constructs), and energy (which effects non-solid forces like time and space)! My Fist power, the Fist of Genetics, is a Matter-Type fist, which allows me to morph my physical being to create weapons! Fist powers run on Chi, which is found mostly in the bloodstream. It is with this chi we form our powers! Energy uses the least, Matter in the middle, and Force the most! This leaves a Matter Fist user like me at a disadvantage. If the construct we create is destroyed rather than dispelled, we lose the chi that we used to make the construct."
"There are four types of Fists; Basic, Exceeded, Super, and True. Basic is exactly what is says on the tin. There are no risks involved and is attained by having material from the Fist of God in you! Usually you activate one through martial arts or meditation. these require the least amount of chi and, like stated at the title, are basic techniques."
"Exceeded is a more powerful form of a basic move. They require more Chi (usually more than we can produce) and allow us to blend Fist types. This comes with a risk. If you fail to activate it for the first time, you risk damaging your supply of Chi permanently and losing the ability to use your powers. The risk decreased after each time you use it. As I know better, I barely use an Exceeded Fist."
"Super is usually a finishing move. A Super Fist usually requires all the chi in one's body (and maybe more from our Fist Persona) to do. This comes at the risk of... Death. Like Exceeded, the risk decreased overtime but there is always that risk. Like I said earlier, I know better, so I don't use Super Fists. I only used one once and that was it."
"True... True is really interesting. You use your Fist Power to it's full potential. Your chi starts to morph your body and allows you to use your powers which can become stronger than a nuclear bomb at this stage. You gain more understanding of your powers as well and can make the impossible possible. This comes with a great risk. You have to be in a desperate situation in order to activate it. In my case, as I have achieved True Fist, I was dying by the hands of a poison which would kill me if I betrayed this... Evil king I was forced be on the side of. I betrayed him anyway for the benefit of the world. Anyway, you risk everything you stand for in order to achieve True Fist. Friends, Family, morals, even the world. But here's the thing: You must confront your Fist Persona. It is a mental battle of will when it comes to this, as you must risk losing control of your body to your Persona. Usually, Fist Personas object the users goals. They desire conflict and fighting. I lost control of my body for a few minutes when I battled my Persona. But after I regathered myself I managed to defeat it and regain control. It was... Scary to be completely honest. Long story short, you must understand that, by attaining True Fist, you risk that your Persona will use this great power to destroy everything you hold dear if you lose. If you win, you have access to an infinite amount of Chi for a limited time and have access to a brand new Forme! This Forme is a simpler version of one's True Fist and gives a power-up when transformed into it."
"Seeing as my body has been changed to fit Omnilium instead of Chi, I might need to do some studies to see how it works. Is Omnilium fused to our DNA? Is it also found as energy in the bloodstream like Chi? Or perhaps something else..."
Essent tapped her chin.
"So many questions... And so little answers."
