Slight Addendum: In your history please include exactly when she is taken from her source canon.
And since Proto didn't mention it, yeah the 'summoning' fluff is just fine. Once you have the equipment/weapons as Moves they are considered accessible to your character. How you represent that is entirely up to you.
Edit: Also, you don't need to worry so much. No one expects you to be perfect; your profile is great, and we won't bite (usually)~
