Minotaur!

Why would this ginormous monstergirl be a good match for our Sith-Diablotrooper, you may ask? Well, Trixie hasn't exactly had an easy life and she will probably not enjoy someone that's airheaded, or much worse - someone who takes away what little control of her life she still has. She wants someone who can support her, who can be there for her when she needs them and who'll make her feel important - someone who is a little dependant on her, but not a clingy mess. That'll just be annoying. And it can't be someone fragile either that you have to touch with silk gloves. She's too energetic for that.
And that's why Minotaur (or Minos as some people say the female minotaurs are called) is the perfect fit for her. She'll be happy to stay at home most of the time, doing what's needed to keep things neat and tidy. As a hard worker she's probably going to do a lot in fact, while Trixie is out doing jobs for the Empire, Diablo or whoever else. That's not to say that she's a stereotypical stay-at-home wife! In fact, she'll probably rip the head off of anyone who says so to her face. She could use someone to help her, especially with the problem of milking, and Trixie's going to need a little dedication if she wants that relationship to work out. But really, is it so horrible to have to fondle your partner twice a day?
Minotaurs are also a very proud race - and Trixie's unlikely to take anything less. She wants someone worthy. And someone strong... though that's the least of her problems. Moreso she will have to be careful to not squish Trixie if ever they're hugging.
Besides that, Trixie's home might need some adjustments, especially her bed to fit someone this huge to lay next to her, and possibly relocation to greener pastures - literally. But the payoff in the form of a loving, friendly and loyal Minotaur is well worth it, isn't it?
