Ezrihel is a pretty nuanced Prime in that his strengths are also his weaknesses. His rationality and ruthless observational skills make him a natural go-getter and thing-doer who is usually capable of getting what he wants. Unfortunately, this approach to life tends to leave other people in the dust, where Ezrihel not only considers them lesser, but outright decries them for it. In short, he's pretty overbearing and not...heartless...but uncompromising.
Far be it from me to say that everyone just always needs to be super nice and totally sensitive to everyone else all the time; that sort of coddling doesn't encourage growth. But! Ezrihel could still probably learn a thing or two about nurturing, if for no other reason than to make his cohorts as effective as possible.
Enter Impmon; despite being an edgy little rascal, Impmon is highly emotional and sensitive. On top of that, he's a destructive little scamp who likes to throw tantrums. It's the exact sort of person Ezrihel HATES. At the same time, Ezrihel is smart enough to figure that there's probably some sort of hidden attention to his petulant little partner, and he learns to work with Impmon, eventually the rookie would evolve to the uber powerful Angemon.
...and after enjoying that for a while, Angemon would turn into a girl.
What.
Yes, no matter where Ezrihel turns, he can't seem to get away from unexpected gender bending. Maybe its time he just learned to stop resenting the reality of his situation and makes friends with his feminine side.
