Somerled's hanging around 19, edging heavily on 20. A raging tornado shows no mercy to those caught in its path.
Sonny, on the other hand, is a likely around 1-ish. He's stupidly pacifistic, and outright refuses to kill, though it's more out of his own stubbornness rather than a strong sense of morality.
Utsuho's tough to pin down. As a denizen of hell, killing doesn't really mean much to her, she once thought she burned someone so hard they vaporized, and basically said "oh well" and went back to work. And while she once went mad with power and threatened to nuke the surface into an irradiated hellscape, that isn't really her default. Likely 15-18 with the possibility of going 20 in a flash should she start getting the wrong ideas. She's also very easy to influence though, it probably wouldn't be too difficult to talk her into a lower level. At least until someone else comes along and undoes all your progress.
