I was under the impression that the rating system should be* more for.... y'know, being nice, telling someone when you think they've done a good job, and maintaining some good community morale. Like a glittery sticker, nice to look at but nothing much beyond that. I'm.... not exactly sure how we could make it work in the way you're suggesting, since staff isn't really notified when people leave positive reviews on a post?
