Official Move Approval IV
Gin:
(01-02-2017, 10:59 PM)Gin Yatreg Wrote: Move: Shield Slider  - 600 OM

Gin materializes a slippery energy shield underneath him, that allows him to slide across the ground like a skateboard. Unlike a skateboard however, it takes less time to build up speed. Provided he has the momentum, Gin can combine this with his punches or kicks for the extra power in his attack. Since the shield is summoned by Gin, he can make it stick to his body like a magnet, or have act like a normal "skate board". Should the situation need it, Gin can also extend the shield to allow one passenger.

How long does it take to materialize up said shield? Does it last for a specific amount of time, or does it need constant focus? Also just to keep in mind it wouldn't technically be able to go any faster than Gin could normally.
Revan:

(01-03-2017, 06:14 PM)Revan Noctis Wrote: Sword Block (300 OM)

Revan focuses all of his attention and cannot move from the spot he is standing as he uses his long sword to block powerful enemy attacks used against him.

Assuming this is meant to be more useful than just using proper skill and TEC to block attacks normally... About how long does it take to set up to start blocking attacks? Does it last for a specific length of time or is it just until he does something else? Also to note: blocking particularly large/widespread attacks would need Area Shield Proficiency, and characters with significantly more SPD/TEC than you would probably be much harder to block attacks from.
(01-04-2017, 01:55 AM)Aegis Wrote: For Damir my NPC

Flames: 300 OM

(All forms, requires Ranged and Debuff)

Damir extends his hand forward and must concentrate as he quietly chants, thus making a gout of flames spew from his hand and reaching 10 feet in front of him, the gout takes a conical shape and at the end of its range forms a 1 foot diameter circle. Damir can only merely walk, anything else will disrupt his focus and break the spell.

Broad Sword: 300 OM

(Legion, Requires Physical Strength)

When Damir turns into Legion he summons a sword into his hand, the blade, black and crusted with a deep orange glow emanating from the cracks like cooling lava, the blade is hot to the touch, easing it as the user cleaves through opponents. The handle is a standard leather wrapped two handed hilt.

(Alternate form) Human Damir (2000)

Damir returns to his natural form, a rail thin human male at 5’7” with black hair and emerald green eyes.

ATK: 1
DEF: 1
SPD: 3
TEC: 5

(Tier 1 Powered up form) Legion: 1000
Legion is the ‘ultimate’ form of Damir’s custom Draconian form, he grows another foot in height, placing him at 8 and half feet tall, he forms lightish red patches of scars along his normal coloration. The process of going ultimate changes Damir's mind while he is Legion, becoming more brutal and vicious than he already is.

ATK: 3 +  2
DEF: 3 + 2
SPD: 2 + 1
TEC: 2 + 0

Flames: How long does it take to start spewing the flames? Does it last for a specific length of time, does it last until he stops it/is knocked out of it? On that note: can he be knocked out of it, or have his focus on it broken by being attacked?

Broad Sword: Just a couple quick notes about the actual size/dimensions of the blade and this'll be good.

Alt Form: Good to go.

Legion: Good to go.
Vision:
(01-04-2017, 08:11 AM)The Vision Wrote: [Image: giphy.gif]
HIGH-VELOCITY IMPACT (slamdunk.att) - 300 (Requires Ranged, Area Attack, Flight)
Vision flies upwards a maximum of 10 meters and minimum of 4 meters at a velocity of 2 meters per second. He then maximizes his density and slams into the ground. The higher he is, the more damage he does. The damage itself comes from the shockwave of the slam. At minimum damage, this impact is enough to throw hostiles off their balance. At maximum, this impact can throw them off their feet. While potent, Vision can only use this move thrice in a fight with a cooldown of 30 seconds between each use. It also costs him significant solar energy to use it, leaving him more "tired" than before. The shock wave does not differentiate between friend or foe.

SUPER DEFENSE TIER 1 RAPID DENSITY REDUCTION (ghost.att) - 600 (Requires Phasing)
In a span of one second, Vision reduces his density to the brink of non-existence. Unlike Phasing normally, nothing will harm him while he is like this. However, in order to avoid his molecules being dissipated into the air, he must return to his normal density within 3 seconds. In other words, this is a 3-second complete disappearance. In the last second, a faint outline of Vision appears. Vision cannot do anything when using this move, so people who know about this move could just wait 3 seconds. Furthermore, using this move is extremely exhausting.

High-Velocity Impact: The restrictions on it are a bit steep, but it looks good to go. Variability in the damage/range of it would make it cost 600, though.

Rapid Density Reduction: Good on ya.

(01-04-2017, 09:42 AM)Amaterasu Wrote: Celestial Brush: Thunderstorm (T2 Super Offense Move - 800. Requires Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency)

Amaterasu uses the magic brush that is at the end of her hair, turning the very world before her into her canvas. Using her golden ink (Manifestation of SP) she draws a "ϟ" symbol into the air in front of her, while saying "raikou" or "inazuma" (japanese nouns, both meaning "Lightning"), taking ~3 seconds to do so. Once completed electric energy starts sparkling over the symbol as it flies into the sky above the battlefield, taking a further ~5 seconds and creating miniature thunder clouds above it, with rumbling and booming as well as a drizzle announcing the imminent storm.
After reaching its pinnacle and spreading the thunderclouds across a large area (about 4 meters in every direction, with the symbol being the center) the rainpour intensifies, accompaigned by winds that make both Amaterasu's and her opponents's clothes flutter for added dramatic effect. What opponents must be wary of however are the powerful bolts of lightning that rain down from the ϟ symbol and hit everything in the area beneath the thunderclouds indiscriminately - indeed, even Amaterasu gets struck several times, although she is unharmed by her own attack. The attack relies less on quality, but more on quantity - the damage dealt to an opponent, appropriate for a T2 Super Attack, adds up through multiple lightning strikes rather than a single decisive one. It also causes some environmental damage and leaves numerous smouldering little craters where the lightning bolts hit.
The thunderstorm lasts for about 10 seconds during which 100 lightning bolts bombard the area - 10 bolts per second, though on average one opponent would not get hit by more than 5 bolts. After the thunderstorm ends, the symbol, now discharged, as well as the clouds dissipate.

Amaterasu must remain stationary after painting the initial symbol, up until the thunderstorm is over (18 seconds in total), and cannot use offensive moves due to the great drain put on her during that time. She can however defend herself with defensive moves in the event that her opponent(s) attempt(s) to take her down with them.
The kanji 迅 (jin, meaning "swift") also appears in the air above Amaterasu as the thunderstorm takes place, this is a cosmetic effect that does not influence the move itself.

Celestial Brush: Sunrise (Power-Up T1, 1000)
Amaterasu uses the magic brush that is at the end of her hair, turning the very world into her canvas. Instead of drawing something into the air as she usually would, she draws a circle onto her chest (between her stomach and breasts, onto her clothes or skin, depending on what is applicable), while saying "taiyo" (japanese noun, meaning "sun"). As the circle completes, a miniature sun (a sphere about a meter in diameter at most) appears in the air above the battlefield. While it slowly drains golden ink from the pots on Amaterasu's sash (visible as glittery drops flying away from her, towards the sun) it empowers the sun goddess with its sunlight. Curiously, it seems to be out of reach no matter how someone approaches it, and unlike the real sun does not blind even if directly looked at.
Upon ending the power-up both the sun and the ink disappear by themselves.

Archimonde is Illidan's felhunter, a species of demon with much in common with a dog, if it were the size of a small horse and drank people from the inside. A quadruped, Archimonde is a ferocious and generally mindless creature, but loves anything with magic, capable of slurping up such energy with the two suckers on the end of its tentacles attached to its shoulders.

Felguard Form (name may change) (Tier 1 Powered Up Form) (1000)

Channelling and twisting the taint that Dracula left in his blood, Illidan has brought this nightmarish form to bear. In this state, he loses the demon hunter's agility and skill, but makes up for it in brute force and resiliency. Not a form he will use often, but it definitely has its uses.

ATK: 7
DEF: 7
SPD: 1
TEC: 1

Archimonde: Just to make sure I check the paperwork boxes here, noting that any various moves for the great mangy terror dog-thing (like its claws, teeth, magic-sucker things and other probably terrifying appendages) would need to be bought as moves to be effective in an official fight. Assist is approved, though.

Felguard Form: Good to go.
If you see me around and you got questions, just give a shout. I'm happy to assist.
