For the Flaming and Frost effects, I'm a little confused about damage as you say for the Fire effect that the damage is high but you mention then that the damage is rather low in your latest posts. I assume by your wording that it's high with the damage of the normal sword swing added in and the after-effect has low damage? What's the stamina drain on the user for the Flaming and Frost effects? Does the user need to maintain concentration while using it? For how long does the freeze effect last and how quickly does the effect ramp up hit-for-hit? Also, just as an aside, you won't be able to turn anyone but very weak Secondaries into chunked ice with it, as that's pretty overpowered.

For Artificer Infusions you've listed a price despite it being empty which was why I was confused there. You should edit that bit out until you buy a move for it.

So for Wolf Fang do you want it to be a move itself or would you rather it just be explained as the combination of two moves you already have? As it's just swinging both swords you don't need to buy a move but if you would still like to, you can do so. Also you have this listed as 600 for some reason; it would only be 300 if you want to buy it as its own move.

For the Infusions, just make sure you get them approved as a move before you use them as you can't just arbitrarily add effects to weapons in graded fights and such.  

The rest of the OOC stuff is cool, and the history is also fine. I'd just edit it into your History to say "Roarin was taken to the Omniverse shortly after his marriage" or something similar. You can then outline the story however you'd like in your actual writing.
