DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES!
THE INSTITUTE IS EVIL, AND HAS PLANS FOR ALL PRIMES.
I recently hacked into their mobile servers and found these records. They keep tabs on everyone they are aware of! The are NOT benevolent, and they do NOT have our best interest at heart.
PROOF:
Alain Velgr, cn "Vega"
Abilities
Appears to possess a high degree of skill with a variety of bladed weaponry, as well as archery. Alain also seems to have an adept grasp of basic sorcery, able to fade from site and summon dark flames to create a tactical advantage.
Combat style is evasive and swift, preferring critical hit-and-run attacks.
Disposition
Based on Dataverse interactions with the Headmaster, Alain appears to be interested in being a bounty hunter. Based on his threats there as well as his commentary overheard from the Camelot Tournament, it is deduced that Alain is a violent, vindictive person with care only for his own benefit. It appears he may have a standard human set of core morals, based on the fact that the Headmaster was able to reason with him to temporarily hold off on his hunt.
Relations
Poor. Use caution when approaching and avoid provocation. It is important no one gives him a reason to reneg on his promises.
Adam Gaite, cn "Giedi"
Abilities
Appears to possess a variety of weapons, including an energy based blade and a ranged laser weapon disguised as a crutch. Context gathered from Gaite's postings on the Dataverse suggest he possesses some sort of affinity with the concept of Time, but any powers or abilities derived from this affinity have not been observed.
Disposition
Gaite is generally disgruntled and disillusioned about whatever situation he finds himself in. In fact, Adam Gaite has never been seen expressing any positive emotions whatsoever. Conjecture suggests he suffers from a major depressive disorder, but direct psychoanalysis has not been possible. Taking that into consideration, however, Adam is very easy to manipulate, as his reactions to a given stimulus can be consistently predicted.
Relations
None. Potential candidate for Equality branch, but priority of enrollment is low.
Axorn Gonin, cn "Gacrux"
Abilities
Gonin's draconic heritage grants him a pair of powerful, flight-capable wings and the ability to project various fire-based attacks, in addition to a great deal of brute strength. He also wields an exotic weapon that crosses a long, single edged sword with a fire arm that seems to fire time delayed explosive charges.
Despite his vast combat potential, Axorn has been repeatedly observed making poor tactical judgement, and seems to have a straightforward, easily anticipated approach to combat.
Disposition
Axorn seems preoccupied with instilling his sense of justice and good into the world around him, though he tends to lack the actual charismatic force to do so. Though he is upbeat most of the time, he can be provoked with enough goading. He also proclaims himself as a King, but since he holds no actual land in the Omniverse, the Institute does not recognize him as a dignitary at this time.
Relations
Tenuous. Okor Paleblood had a violent encounter with Gonin a few months ago, and though Okor was not aligned with the Institute at the time, it is likely that Gonin would attempt to attack Okor again, given the chance. Whether this means he opposes the Institute at large is unknown.
Ballad, cn "Botein"
Abilities
Ballad seems to have a relatively simple suite of basic firearms and bladed melee weapons. He is rather skilled in their use, and seems to have solid tactical sense.
Disposition
Generally derisive and chiding, though his behavior has only been observed within gladiatorial combat.
Relations
Potential Enemy. Though the Institute has not corroborated the claims that Ballad has led a crusade of blood and destruction across multiple verses, the news of his activities lends more than a passing possibility.
Connor Hound, cn "Hadir"
Abilities
Connor Hound seems to arm himself with turn of the century western firearms, which have been heavily customized. Though he has never been observed fighting first hand, evidence gathered by the Headmaster suggests he has training as a special agent of some kind. He has also been observed manifesting minor arcane powers, but he seems to have no knowledge of how they function.
Disposition
Connor is a straightforward mercenary who asks few questions about his job. He seems highly resilient to both physical and psychological adversity, and can generally be assumed to be trustworthy.
Relations
Ally. Many invitations have been extended to Hound to enroll in the Institute, but it seems that he prefers remaining self-employed. Treat with deference and respect.
Dante, cn "Deneb"
Abilities
An acrobatic fighter who specializes in a combat form fluidly utilizing both longswords and firearms. Dante is a lightning fast combatant who can easily overwhelm an opponent with his flashy, over the top attacks. Dante also seems to have a basic understanding of arcane rites, and uses them to enhance his natural abilities in combat.
Disposition
Dante has only been observed inside of stressful combat situations, so it remains difficult to assess his sensibilities and ego. He does generally have a courageous if not wholly irreverent attitude towards danger. His strong ego and independent spirit does not make him an ideal candidate for enrollment. Smatterings of dialogue suggest an obsession with hunting demons.
Relations
None. Potentially a dangerous foe; treat with caution and care.
Darth Revan, cn "Rigel"
Abilities
Unknown at this time, aside from possessing an athletic build and competence in mental shielding.
Disposition
Largely unknown, but she seems to be task-oriented and driven.
Relations
Good. Revan is assisting in the slaying of Volvagia, and is therefore considered to be in the Institute's good graces. Interest in her enrollment is high.
Demetri Malius, cn "Menkar"
Abilities
Largely a covert operator in the Omniverse, specializing in infiltration and espionage. Malius does seem to possess a dextrous and evasive approach to combat. He is mostly seen wielding retractable chains as his weapon of choice, but has been observed stealing opponents' weapons. The Headmaster cannot confirm, but it believes that Demetri possesses some sort of ability to assess a person's capabilities by sight alone.
Disposition
An odd mixture of humble and ambitious. Malius is aware that he is not high in the pecking order of the Omniverse, but holds great expectations of his performance, both in the short and long term. He does seem to have poor risk assessment skills, as he accompanied a secondary into the city of Nippur to try and assassinate Victor Wolfe. Needless to say, it ended poorly for the thief.
Relations
Ally. Demetri was once a full member of the Institute and helped the Headmaster a great deal with its pursuit of equipment to create the Gigaton Hammer. He has since ceased to be an official member, but maintains a favorable relationship with us.
Desco, cn "Dubhe"
Abilities
Desco's offensive capabilities seem to largely be ranged in nature, and she has been observed casting a large variety of harmful spells to ensnare and injure opponents. Desco seems to have a symbiotic relationship with a large organism who lingers in the air behind her, no matter where she goes. It has been observed using its tentacles to attack opponents directly, as well as shield Desco herself from attacks.
Despite her great potential for damage, Desco is a slow and naive combatant. She tends to rely on brute force to solve her problems
Disposition
Desco's age is not known, but her behavior suggests that of a very young child. She bonds quickly with people she can consider caretakers or siblings, and is generally a friendly Prime. She does seem to have an odd obsession with becoming a perfect 'Final Boss', but what this exactly means is not known.
Relations
None. Moderate interest in enrollment, but her primary value would be for study.
Doom Guy, cn "Gemma"
Abilities
Doom Guy's combat abilities have only been directly observed by the Institute within Dante's Abyss, so the full extent of his abilities is unknown. He was seen to be capable of summoning an over sized energy weapon which he wielded with impunity, and a high degree of skill with most weaponry he came across.
Disposition
Doom Guy displays the trappings of a dedicated soldier without any of the emotional discipline. He is brash, confident, and courageous, though he does have his moments of reasonableness. He is, however, an eager combatant, and has what might be an obsession with blood and violence.
Relations
None. Caution should be used in dealing with him. He is very savvy and suspicious.
Erik Vrell, cn "Vindem"
Abilities
Erik has been seen manifesting a variety of harmful 'weapons' constructed purely from his own psionic powers. He operates both in a ranged and melee capacity, but does not seem to be able to weather return fire very well. His tactics and sense of timing are also questionable.
Disposition
Largely unknown, but he has an eagerness to prove himself to others.
Relations
Positive. Erik fought alongside Institute members at Nippur, and is also lending a hand with the assault of Death Mountain.
Erza Scarlet, cn "Spica"
Abilities
Largely unknown, as she was only observed participating in Dante's Abyss. Her armored attire suggests a preference for melee weaponry.
Disposition
Erza has an optimistic yet level-headed attitude that lends to her high resilience to punishment and suffering. She does also have a compassionate side, and a great willingness to work with others. When provoked, she is quick to deliver retribution.
Relations
None. Interest in enrollment is high, though care should be used when navigating her conservative code of ethics.
Gamzee Makara, cn "Matar"
Abilities
Gamzee's primary method of attack seems to be deception and brute force. He is known to wield a pair of large clubs, but his greatest asset is an incredible capacity for fighting even while grievously injured. Reviewed combat footage suggests a possibility of a 'berserk' fighting style.
Disposition
Gamzee's disposition might best be described as 'sedated'. He is generally friendly and positive, even towards people who might be about to injure him. Sufficient, repeated hostilities will elicit a sadistic rage from this Prime.
Relations
None. Interest in enrollment is moderate, though we question his ability to dedicate himself to given tasks.
Ganondorf Dragmire, cn "Decrux"
Abilities
The full extent of Ganondorf's power is unknown, but he is a savvy combatant and generally prefers an up-close fighting style. He has been seen wielding arcane darkness as a weapon to enhance his physical attacks.
Disposition
Domineering and pragmatic. Ganondorf has a compulsive need to be the leader of a given situation, and has a sense of pride that does not tolerate insults lightly. He seems to enjoy inflicting pain, but has also been seen acting selflessly for people he considers teammates.
Relations
Tentatively Hostile. While it is not the Institute's desire to be at odds with Ganondorf, his position of power within LAW positions him as a significant antagonist to our interests.
Note: Ganondorf has been confirmed as being banished to the Underverse.
Gildarts Clive, cn "Canopus"
Abilities
Gildarts' primary method of combat is to enhance his physical attacks with unique magical capabilities. He seems to have an affinity for sorcery which 'deconstructs' the environment around him, rather than destroy it outright. Gildarts does possess as small repertoire of ranged attacks, as well as simple shielding spells, but these are largely secondary. He is immensely powerful and should not be underestimated in the slightest.
Disposition
Largely unknown, as the only direct contact the Institute has had with Gildarts is an instance where he attacked the Headmaster for unknown reasons. He did not seem to be entirely healthy at the time, but a powerful determination and solid reasoning skills did shine through.
Relations
Tentatively Positive. Despite direct altercations with the Institute in the past, Clive is a member of Ambrosia and therefore a technical ally. His unknown motivations for attacking the Headmaster mark him as a man to use caution around.
King Gilgamesh, "Gomesia"
Abilities
Gilgamesh's primary means of attack seems to be conjuring portals which he uses to arm himself with weapons that emerge from them. He is also capable of firing the weapons directly at a threat, as well as binding an enemy in place with conjured chains. His signature attack, Enuma Elish, is a rather straightforward energy beam, though its potency is considerable.
Disposition
Egotistical to a fault. Gilgamesh is utterly obsessed with his own greatness and outright demands respect from even those who actively oppose him. This by no means makes him a fool; Gilgamesh is cunning and shrewd, which give him a knack for turning most situations in his favor.
Relations
Tentatively Positive. Though the Institute made an attempt to help defend Nippur from LAW, the assault directly followed an attempt to assassinate one of Gilgamesh's subjects. The Headmaster hopes to have good relations with New Babylon, so it is generally recommended to humor Gilgamesh's overbearing sense of superiority.
Note: Gilgamesh is confirmed to have been banished to the Underverse.
Princess Guu, cn "Girtab"
Abilities
Guu's vast array of powers is almost unlimited in their versatility, though her primary combat style seems to revolve around her infinitely malleable body. Reviewed footage even indicates that the 'clothes' she wears are simply her very flesh to warp and color itself to resemble such raiment. On top of this, she seems to have a connection to darker powers, as she has been seen partially manifesting a more fell, unseemly form.
Disposition
Irreverent and sardonic, it could be said that Guu's greatest weapon is her biting wit and relaxed approach to just about everything. She enjoys tormenting others with verbal contradictions and blatant insults, but has a great sense of affection for her friends and subjects. Still, there is virtually nothing that Guu won't deride or impugn with glee.
Relations
Ally. Guu and the Headmaster's relationship extends beyond mere faction; they share a kinship in their origins. Though they have never met in person, the Headmaster holds Guu in extremely high esteem, and she is to be given the utmost respect and consideration at all times.
Harry Dresden, cn "Diadem"
Abilities
Harry's capabilities are almost entirely arcane in nature, and he has an imperious grasp over powerful, offensive magic. His base tactic is to remain stationary and wait for the perfect moment to lay waste to an enemy. He is also a cautious, observant combatant, and it can be reliably assumed that he is noting every detail about an opponent's abilities before striking.
Disposition
Harry has a pragmatic, down-to-earth attitude despite his heavily arcane background. He is very sensitive to the arcane arts, and very suspicious of anything that appears to be demonic in nature. Still, he is ultimately a compassionate man who desires only to do his best to help the world around him.
Relations
Tentatively Positive. Despite a marked suspicion of the Headmaster, Harry Dresden has proven to be a reliable compatriot in combat, and is also willing to assist in the battle against Volvagia. Interest in enrollment is high. Treat with respect.
Jak Mar, cn "Menchib"
Abilities
Jak's actual combat abilities are unknown, as the only combat observation the Institute has of Jak Mar is from Dante's Abyss. The man is a bold combatant and has a knack for well timed, well placed attacks.
Disposition
Best summarized as 'heroic'. Jak Mar is preoccupied primarily with helping others and the common good. Aside from this, his personality seems somewhat subdued. He travels with a secondary named Daxter who seems to be the more social of the two.
Relations
None. Interest in enrollment is low, but nonetheless present.
Jon Snow, cn "Seginus"
Abilities
Dante's Abyss footage only, though Snow did exhibit a practiced mastery of archery. Good tactical sense and use of positioning. He is known to be able to temporarily summon a giant of some kind to pummel his enemies.
Disposition
Jon Snow is a pragmatic man with a dry sense of humor. Above all else, he values honor and loyalty. He is a dedicated servant, and seems to almost compulsively seek out leader figures to subject himself to.
Relations
None. Though a member of New Babylon, Jon Snow has not been seen for quite some time.
Kopaka, cn "Kastra"
Abilities
An armored android of some kind, Kopaka's primary powers seem to be a powerful control over ice and snow. How he accesses these powers is unknown. He also appears to be able to derive different abilities from switching the appearance of his face-obscuring helmet. When all else fails, Kopaka resorts to his cryogenic sword and motorized shield, and has a straightforward, direct approach to combat.
Disposition
Largely unknown, but he demonstrated a great ability to focus as well as significant skills of deduction in his Colosseum matches. He appears to hardly ever speak.
Relations
None. The Headmaster does not consider Kopaka to be of great significance.
Magus, cn "Mirach"
Abilities
Magus is a fierce combatant who uses power, speed, and tactical aptitude to overwhelm his opponents. His weapon of choice is an oversized scythe, but he also has significant control over the use of darkness-based magic. A common tactic seems to be slipping in and out of the material world, so when fighting this Prime, it is recommended to maintain a large field of awareness.
Disposition
Magus, for the most part, seems to be a serious and unforgiving sort of Prime. He does not suffer fools lightly, and is quick to punish those who insult him. Though not as egotistical as Gilgamesh, he is notably self-centered.
Relations
None. Interest in enrollment is high, but the Headmaster believes it is unlikely given the force of Magus' personality.
Mickey Mouse, cn "Mirfak"
Abilities
Almost all combat footage of Mickey Mouse is from Dante's Abyss, so the full capacity of his natural powers is unknown. He does appear to be highly skilled in the use of sword-like weaponry. In a pinch, he has been seen to fire a powerful beam of destructive power, but the source and method of this attack is a mystery. He is highly acrobatic in combat, and will use his diminutive form to his advantage.
Disposition
Mickey Mouse is uncompromisingly dedicated to an antiquated set of morals that drive him to promot 'good and peace' as much as possible. He is loathe to kill another living being, but can be provoked to the point of doing so. He has a great love of his friends and will do anything he can to protect them.
Relations
None, although Mickey Mouse is reportedly aligned with Ambrosia. Hypothetically this makes him an ally, but the Headmaster doubts his steadfast morals will align cleanly with the Monotruth.
Miranda Frost, cn "Fomalhut"
Abilities
Unknown, as she has never been directly observed in actual combat. She does appear to have artificial limbs and an ocular implant of some kind.
Disposition
Serious and somewhat derisive, Frost is concerned with her goals above all else. She is highly determined, and is largely desensitized to what others may think of her. Her brusque nature can make it difficult to cooperate with her, but she is ultimately a valuable teammate. Highly observant and clever.
Relations
Postitive. Miranda Frost worked alongside Institute members Colonel and Drake Oneir for a short time before her abrupt disappearance. She has since reemerged with the interest of helping in the fight against Volvagia. Interest in enrollment is high, but she will not tolerate being pandered to.
Monkey D. Luffy, cn "Lanx"
Abilities
Luffy's primary method of combat revolves around his highly malleable body and agility. His attacks are quick and powerful, and he is capable of 'inflating' his limbs in order to deliver heavier blows. He is a potent combination of strength, speed and skill, and should not be underestimated by any means.
Disposition
Luffy is largely care-free and somewhat crude. He has little to no sense of shame, and appears to be almost constantly exuberant. He is somewhat simple-minded, and has a great love of food and drink. Subtext is wasted on this oblivious Prime.
Relations
None. The Headmaster recommends maintaining a distance from this Prime due to his unstable nature.
Red Hood, cn "Haedus"
Abilities
Largely unknown, but he appears to have a vast array of firearms and a tendency for stealth.
Disposition
Helpful an eager, if not somewhat cynical.
Relations
Positive. Red Hood brought his own strength as well as three other Primes to Death Mountain in the interest of fighting Volvagia.
Ruby Rose, cn "Regulus"
Abilities
A highly acrobatic fighter, Ruby Rose relies heavily on a hybrid weapon of her own design. It switch between a scythe-like configuration and a high-power, single shot rifle. She possesses great skill with the weapon (which she names Crescent Rose), but demonstrates a slight recklessness in combat.
Ruby also seems to possess some natural form of bodily shielding, but the extent of its defensive power is unknown.
Disposition
Though only observed in combat, Ruby Rose exhibits a cheerful and competitive natue. She enjoys combat, but at the same time, seemed distressed when she actually hurt her opponent. This idiosynchrosy drove her to the point of blind rage.
Ruby appears to have a close bond with Weiss Schnee, and context suggests they hail from the same universe of origin.
Relations
Neutral. The Headmaster has reached out to Ruby twice so far, but nothing substantial came of it. Interest in enrollment is high.
Samus Aran, cn "Antares"
Abilities
A fighter who is equally comfortable at long range and short. The full extent of her abilities is unknown, but rumor suggests she has a diverse armament of exotic projectile weapons. The only one of these confirmed by the Institute is an extremely destructive homing missile.
Samus sports an advanced suit of powered armor that she seems to be able to dismiss and conjure on a whim. Her weapons systems seem built in to the armor, so she is hypothetically vulnerable when out of suit.
Disposition
Professional, uncompromising and unflinching in the face of danger. She has a somewhat blind determination for completing tasks she sets out to do, even if she is aware they may be self destructive. Ultimately, her ability to improvise and think quickly see her victorious, but it is not guaranteed.
Relations
Tentatively Negative. Her status as a bounty hunter makes her a threat to the Headmaster, and it would not put it past her to use other Institute members to get access to it.
Sasuke Uchiha, cn "Unuk"
Abilities
Sasuke Uchiha is a self described ninja who specializes in deceptive, acrobatic fighting techniques with an emphasis on hand to hand combat. In Dante's Abyss, he was observed to have solid competence with various forms of archaic ranged weaponry as well. One of his specialized attacks seems to be to surround one of his hands with a powerful electrical current to deliver a debilitating blow to an enemy. His speed cannot be overemphasized.
Disposition
Largely obsessed with honor and his own self-image, Sasuke is paradoxically fond of betrayals and backstabbing allies. Though he seems to have a steadfast loyalty to Gilgamesh, the Institute questions this dangerous Prime's motives. His sense of justice seems to be a tad naive, as it impairs his ability to think clearly at times.
Relations
Negative. Sasuke has had directly hostile interactions with several Institute members, but due to his importance to New Babylon, the Headmaster requests that members seek approval before taking actions against Uchiha.
Shang Tsung, cn "Tabit"
Abilities
Shang Tsung combines an interesting expertise both in hand to hand martial arts, as well as potent sorcery. Aside from being competent with most archaic weaponry, Shang Tsung can also fire exploding, skull-shaped blasts both from his own body and the nearby landscape. He also appears to have the ability to siphon powers from his opponents.
Disposition
Domineering and justifiably confident. Shang Tsung has a long history of activity within the Omniverse that lends credence to his sense of superiority. While his exact motives are unknown, it can generally be assumed he seeks self-advancement. He is, however, calm and reasonable, so attempts at negotiation should always be attempted.
Relations
None, though the Headmaster is interested in fostering a positive relationship with Shang Tsung. Institute Members are requested to treat the sorcerer as an ally.
Strazio Rockwell, cn "Ruchba"
Abilities
Aside from incredible physical endurance, Strazio Rockwell's primary offensive abilities seem to be dependent on a high-risk, high-gain strategy. Most of his observed techniques seem to harm even himself, and use his body and even his own blood as weapons. He harnesses his anger as a weapon, and it seems as though his power is fueled by powerful emotions. A very dangerous Prime.
Disposition
In keeping with his need for powerful emotions, Rockwell is a notably volatile and bad-tempered man. Though this does not make him outright hostile to all comers, it does make him very cynical and stand-offish. Interestingly, despite being quick to anger, Rockwell very rarely expresses what exactly makes him so mad. Though it is conjecture, the Headmaster theorizes that Rockwell intentionally keeps his pain pent up so as to serve as a more potent emotional fuel.
Relations
None. Interest in enrollment is moderate, but the Headmaster has concerns about his volatility.
Tartaros Castus, cn "Cursa"
Abilities
The most immediately noticeable thing about Tartaros' combat capabilities is the extremely heavy, mechanized armor that he wears seemingly at all times. In addition to providing him with considerable defense, the suit also augments his strength. Utilizing both firearms and basic melee weaponry, as well as concussive grenades, it could be said that Castus' most distinguished weaponry are his motorized 'chain' weapons. Though he is not necessarily spry on the battlefield, he is a brilliant tactician and uses his considerable reach to his advantage.
Disposition
Uncooperative and highly independent, Tartaros seems to drift between different spheres of Primes as it suits him. Nomadic by nature, he travels the Omniverse, seemingly without any specific goals. His consternation hides a deeper sense of listlessness that seems to circle viciously with his wanderlust.
Relations
Tentatively Negative. Tartaros is highly suspicious of the Headmaster and seems to have a hard time dedicating himself to any sort of cause. He is not believed to be outright hostile to the Institute, but members should avoid provoking him.
Thor Odinson, cn "Okul"
Abilities
Largely unknown, but he has been observed flying short distances, has a powerful build, and wields a large hammer.
Disposition
Largely unknown. He seems confident and noticeably boisterous.
Relations
Positive. Another volunteer for Volvagia.
Ururu Kyuuei, cn "Kraz"
Abilities
Much of Ururu's abilities were obscured by a snowscreen during her single fight in the Tournament, but it was clear that she was an agile fighter who seemed to equip herself with a pair of bladed gauntlets.
Disposition
Though only observed directly in combat, Kyuuei seems to enjoy taunting opponents and flaunting her intelligence. Her youthful nature tends to undermine the impact of her opinions. Kyuuei does seem to value knowledge and experimentation, based on interactions on the Dataverse.
Relations
Tentatively Positive. Kyuuei curiosity meshes well with the Institute's Monotruth. Interest in enrollment is moderate.
Vincent Valentine
Abilities
Most of Valentines' abilities are unknown, as he was observed only fleetingly within Dante's Abyss. He seems to value stealth and is highly mobile.
Disposition
Vincent seems to be a quiet, focused individual. He does not allow himself to be distracted from his goals, and is keenly observant.
Relations
None. Interest in enrollment is low.
Violet Uchiha, cn "Unukhalai"
Abilities
Largely unknown, but she seems to have a focus on stealth.
Disposition
Violet has a pragmatic, cynical view of the world around her, but seems to have enough sense to know when it is a good idea to cooperate. A natural survival instinct works in her favor when in trusted company, but her desire for victory can sometimes lead to reckless decisions. She has a strong personality and a sharp edge to her social interactions.
Relations
None. Notable as being the first Prime banished to the Underverse.
Weiss Schnee, cn "Sirius"
Abilities
Weiss Schnee is an overwhelmingly fast combatant who has dexterity to match. What she lacks in brute strength, she makes up for with pinpoint precision in her attacks. Schnee wields a heavily modified rapier, and when a heavier hand is needed, she seems to be able to use it as a focal point for violent explosions. Schnee also seems to possess a defensive aura similar to Ruby Rose.
Disposition
Calculating and professional. Schnee does not allow herself to be distracted in combat, and holds herself to extremely high standards. Dialogue indicates a deep dedication to personal perfection, as well as an obsessive need for success. When confronted with failure, her otherwise stalwart persona begins to crumble swiftly.
Relations
Unknown. Okor Paleblood has been known to take an interest in the woman, but she seems to harbor a deep, if not respectful, fear of Paleblood. Still, interest in her enrollment is high, and it is believed that if she can be convinced to enroll, her partner Ruby Rose will join as well.
Yu Kanda, cn "Keid"
Abilities
Kanda is, first and foremost, a swordsman. His skill, agility, and speed are incredible. Coupled with a great tactical use of the environment, Yu Kanda is to be considered a deadly and skilled fighter. He seems to be able to imbue his already dangerous dual katanas with spiritual energy for extra damage potential, and has a variety of dazzling sword techniques that can cause effects ranging from delayed explosions to barriers of light.
Disposition
Determined and aggressive almost to a fault, Kanda finds failure almost completely unacceptable and will keep fighting until he is completely debilitated. He possesses what might be called a 'violent determination', and seems to use anger to force his body through incredible punishment. Beyond this, he seems to have a great love of combat, so long as he is able to prove his own superiority.
Relations
None, but possibly an Enemy. Kanda seems to have a need to slay those he perceives as beings of darkness or demons. His zealous, short sighted impulses to slay such entities make him more than a potential antagonist.
Unknown Prime, cn "Auto"
Abilities
Auto, whose name conjecturally involves the word 'Winchester', seems to be a crude and violent Prime who resorts to brutal direct attacks that spill as much blood as possible. He is quick and efficient with his knife and sidearm, and has also demonstrated a capacity for basic offensive spellcasting
Disposition
Violent and beligerent, Auto has a sadistic sense of humor and derives satisfaction from causing pain in others. He delights in asserting himself over others, but seems more than willing to serve as dumb muscle for LAW.
Relations
Negative. Auto attacked Victor Wolfe at Nippur, is a member of LAW, and can generally be assumed to be a nuisance.
Unknown Prime, cn "Golgoth"
Abilities
Golgoth, coloquially known as 'The Bandit with No Name', is a powerful and brutal combatant who wields both a massive steel maul which, somehow, derives extra power from a built in combustion engine, as well as an aging laser weapon. She makes great use of her environment, and is excellent at improvising. She can become sloppy when over-excited, however.
Disposition
Context indicates that Golgoth was once a Secondary who was elevated to Prime status, and as such, she exhibits a reckless exuberance for her new lifestyle. Carefree, irreverent and crude, she seems to possess little formal intelligence to supplement her predatory cunning.
Golgoth enjoys fighting, and it can generally be assumed she will start a fight if able. She seems to ritualistically collect trophies from her fallen foes.
Relations
None. Interest in enrollment is low, bordering on moderate. The Headmaster respects her strength and cunning, but doubts that she would willingly follow any orders.
Unknown Prime, cn "Merger"
Abilities
Codename Merger, presumed to be the famed Prime known as 'Proto Man' based on dataverse cotext and recorded footage of Nippur. He is known to be heavily armed, and primarily serves as one half of the gestalt Prime, Proto Mouse.
Disposition
Largely unknown. Though many news reports suggest he is a noble, heroic sort of Prime, the Institute nas not independently verified these claims.
Relations
Tentatively Negative. As one half of Proto Mouse, it is believed that Merger may have a short-sigted sense of dogmatic justice.
Unknown Prime, cn "Sigil"
Abilities
Sigil seems to be themed heavily around the color yellow, and can project solid images to damage and manipulate foes and the battlefield. In addition, he can use this quasi-mystical force to shield himself and fly.
Disposition
Largely unknown, but in-battle evidence suggests a smug sense of superiority.
Relations
Tentatively Negative. Sigil appears to be a high ranking Prime of LAW, and was primarily responsible for leading the attack on Nippur
NEALAPHH IS A CROOK AND GOT WHAT HE DESERVED!
THERES MORE WHERE THIS CAME FROM!
NO FEAR!
THIS INFORMATION LEAK BROUGHT TO YOU BY DRAKE ONEIR.
