That's frustrating, I know the feel.
This probably doesn't help and is just furtherly frustrating, but might I recommend writing stuff out on a pad? (that way you can write in your room or anywhere in privacy) Then it's as easy as typing it up. I do it sometimes when I'm away from my computer.
