Fink
#1
Character name: Fink

Character source: Chasing Aurora (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.chasing-aurora.com/">http://www.chasing-aurora.com/</a><!-- m -->); Secrets of Rætikon (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.secrets-of-raetikon.com/">http://www.secrets-of-raetikon.com/</a><!-- m -->)

Character history: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://blog.brokenrul.es/post/53769513015/the-backstory-of-fink-then-loki-flew-and-the">http://blog.brokenrul.es/post/537695130 ... ew-and-the</a><!-- m -->
The original canon at the end of the game Secrets of Rætikon, where the player basically ends up activating an apparently sacrificial machine that kills all of the animal life in Forst (the bottom of the mountain); Fink is summoned by Omni sometime afterwards.

Physical Description: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://blog.brokenrul.es/image/53769513015">http://blog.brokenrul.es/image/53769513015</a><!-- m -->
Fink is essentially a hoopoe with a humanoid stance and gait on land, and an avian appearance in the air and water; what the image above doesn't show are its two arms, which are easily concealed, and easy to mistake for normal bird legs whenever they are extended in flight (but, as is visible in the image, the bird's actual legs are also what appear to be its tail feathers during flight).

Stats:
ATK: 1
DEF: 2
SPD: 3
TEC: 4

Starting Proficiencies:
Physical Strength – 1000 OM
Ranged Proficiency – 1000 OM
Area Attack Proficiency – 600 OM

Starting Powers:
Flight – 1800 OM

Starting Moves:
Gravity Gun – 600 OM
Gravity Gun is a ranged sound-based move that forces things in the direction of (inhalation) the user.
As it is produced by the hoopoe's voice, the move is highly dependant upon sound waves in order to work: anything blocking sound or muffling the hoopoe will have an immediate obvious effect on the affect; a louder call gives rise to higher power and a wider area of influence, while a quieter call does just the opposite.
Concerns that come with freqency and severity of use span breathlessness, voice loss, loss of consciousness, and other similar consequences.

I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.
