History is a tad light for an OC character. Anything else you could say would be appreciated.
Little confused on the physical description, do you mean he has the body of a bear from the neck down? Please revise to be more clear.
Makarov Pistol: When you say "Makarov shoots its bullets in 1.5," I'm guessing you mean the rate of fire. Wording is a little confusing there. You also forgot to list the OM price for the move. Other than that, this is fairly good.
The Spoon: Lacks OM price. How does your character attack people with this? Is it a bludgeoning weapon? More details.
