Thomas Pugsley is Soviet officer in the K.G.B. Pugsley is from an alternate reality where all people are Dogs were the Soviets rule the world. During world war 2 Pugsley was assigned a mission to assassinate Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Pugsley succeed in his mission to kill the US president by Sneaking into the White House and killing him with a Spoon successfully making it look like natural death. When Pugsley returned to Soviet Russia he was ranked lieutenant and appointed as a Russian arms dealer. Later on in his life, he got married to a beautiful golden retriever named Lyusi and had 10 "golden pug puppies". Years later the Russian government created a space program to explore the deepest reaches of space. Pugsley was a prime candidate for being Russia's cosmonaut. For three years Russia trained him in space operations. Tragically, when the Russian space program finally created the Rocket ship it blew up mid air with Pugsley inside. During the mayhem of the wreckage, Omni saw the opportunity and took him. Unfortunately, all that remained of Pugsley was his family picture of him, his wife, and his 10 "golden pug puppies" and listed him K.I.A.
Physical Description
Human sized pug standing at an shocking 7 feet and 2 inches with the look of a bear from the neck down, wearing a green fur overcoat with no pants or shoes and a fur ushanka with a red soviet star on the front.

The Makarov is a pistol created in 1951 by the Soviet Union for its reliability. The weapon shoots a 308 auto full metal jacket cartridge. The Makarov takes 2 seconds to pull out and takes 2 seconds to reload. The Makarov's fire-rate is 1.5 seconds. The range of the weapon is 55 yd. The pistol is small and concealable it weighs 730 g. The pistol has a chrome lined barrel it has bakelite or plastic grip reinforced with steel inserts.
The Spoon-300 OM
Just a rusty spoon. Takes 1 second to pull out, has a range of 3 feet. The Spoon is for beating people. The Spoon is also a tool used for soup and other food like potato.

History is a tad light for an OC character. Anything else you could say would be appreciated.
Little confused on the physical description, do you mean he has the body of a bear from the neck down? Please revise to be more clear.
Makarov Pistol: When you say "Makarov shoots its bullets in 1.5," I'm guessing you mean the rate of fire. Wording is a little confusing there. You also forgot to list the OM price for the move. Other than that, this is fairly good.
The Spoon: Lacks OM price. How does your character attack people with this? Is it a bludgeoning weapon? More details.
