Chara and Frisk bond thingy

What you're describing is essentially the functionality of a Vita Compass. Needless to say, that's not something we can just permit you to have free of charge, even if it is just for a specific person. So, in order to have this kind of ability, you will have to buy a Vita Compass and have Chara encounter Frisk (assuming they haven't encountered one another yet).

I will say that, if you do end up doing the above, you're free to fluff/explain it as a bond between the characters that they (re-)established. But keep in mind that this would only work both ways if each of you had a Vita Compass.
