Yuuka is somewhere in the range of 18-20. Though she's fairly polite with people since killing weaklings is boring to her, and begrudgingly abides by the spellcard rules which were designed to stop Youkai like her from outright killing humans, she has also committed a genocide of the people of Makai (basically the Touhou version of the Underground, full of cast out Youkai and Demons) before said rules were instated just for funsies, and she supposedly does still kill anyone who actively messes with her. I don't think she feels anything about murder, and mostly does it to get a rush out of fighting more than anything. I'd personally put her at high-19, since she's not completely malevolent to everything yet, but she's still a horrible remorseless serial killer.
