Rin stared at the boy wide eyed. Here she had been, happily watching the fight, thinking about whether she would have to fight the winner or not, when all of a sudden, a kid popped up shouting something. Rin stared at him, then the extended hand, then back at his face again.
Was this another opponent for her to fight? Maybe it was like a tournament, the winner of each battle would face off the other and the champion would be let go. That seemed reasonable. Except this new arrival didn't seem to want to fight. It fact, he seemed scared. This could be to her advantage. If he didn't know better, Rin would be able to take him out before he even knew what hit him. If only she had a weapon.
"Come with you? What for?" She mused as a little bubbly feeling welled up in her right hand. She glanced down at it to see a liquid emerging from it, covered in a rainbow sheen. That stuff Omni have given her had been in her hand all along! What a silly place to keep it.
